Chapter Text

Elizabeth stumbled out of the ball pit into the light of the day. she stumbled slightly trying to get her footing now outside of the ball pit. That's when she realized then she had no shoes, the feeling of the rough concrete felt strange. She looked back at the ball pit she had just come out of.

It looked like it had been burned, Some of the balls stuck together in melted lumps of colorful plastic, one side was even black. She reached out to touch it for a moment

The wind whistled making the scraggly roadside trees sway and the balls in the ball pit russell. Why did she pop out on the other side of this weird ball pit? Why was that where the pond connected?

Elizabeth stepped back further from the object suddenly fearing that old man consequences would pop out and drag her back. She was still out of breath and her head pounded from the screaming. She looked around frantically. Was he watching? Elizabeth felt like she was being watched.

“No one is going to find us now we are free….” They looked down at the snow stained now with Michael's blood

“Not the time to think of that..” Elizabeth tried to shake off the sudden memory as she
looked down at her now ash covered outfit. In its prime the shirt had probably been a bright vibrant red now dimmed to the color of dry blood. The jean shorts similarly had once been a full pair of jeans but had been haphazardly ripped into shorts.

“No, don't focus on your outfit, you need to find your Father!” Elizabeth shook her head trying to get the memories of screaming out. She looked up and down the side of the road for some indication of where she was

“But first you need to find out where you are relative to Daddy…” Elizabeth just stood there on the side of the road, the wind whipping her hair as the cars zoomed by. She really hadn't planned past escaping true death now she didn't really know what to do

Usually when Scrap Baby didn't know where she was, she would step out in the middle of the road and attack a car. Then lift out the owner of the car and scream in their face to tell her where she was.. But Elizabeth was too tiny for that.

She wasn't exactly scary in this small form, or able to lift someone out of their car. Even when she was in Michael's body Elizabeth was able to get things done. Michael had been big and loud, people would listen to them when they talked if they she were Michael.

“Maybe you could try calling a taxi…? You've caught in a couple people while they were trying to get taxis” Elizabeth murmured to herself pacing back and forth

Elizabeth felt cold metal under her neck and a hand grab around her waist pinning both of her arms tight to her body, the arms were small and slightly scrawny but strong

“Look girl! I don't know who you are or who told you about this place but if you tell anyone else, especially Daniel, there'll be consequences!.” It was a boy's voice speaking in the words he sounded not much older than her.

Elizabeth tried to turn slightly, maybe get a look at her assailant but the metal thing pressed deeper into her skin. Then she realized it wasn't a knife. It was something like a metal tube.

Who did this kid think he was trying to “kill” the daughter of William Afton? Even if she wasn't giant and pointy and made out of sharp metal anymore she could still probably take him down and kill him easily. She pictured herself jamming the strange metal thing down the child's throat

“Oh God don't make me do this.. Elizabeth please please don't make me do this..” Michael's voice was small and shaky in the back of her head. “Shut up dummy!” 1 slam 2 slam the head cracked open and blood spilled all over them

“If you don't tell me now I'm going to kick you so hard you're not even going to know your own name!!” The boy shouted in her ear snapping Elizabeth back to the Present

Now that line just made her angry. She had just gotten her name back and this Foolish Boy wanted to take it away from her? No way she was going to let that happen..

So she bit down as hard as she could on the boy's hand. Feeling the taste of blood in her mouth, She smiled to herself slightly. The boy screamed out in pain wrenching his hand away and falling to the ground awkwardly

Elizabeth stood up as tall as she could trying to make herself look as imposing as possible. She even let out a little menacing chuckle licking blood off of her teeth and lips

“My name is Elizabeth! and when my daddy finds you he's going to…” She thought for a moment, what was the worst thing her father ever did to her?

“Useless”

She settled on the second worst as the boy tried to crawl away holding up what was now visible as a metal straw. “Drop a bucket of water on your head then electrocute you and then leave you alone for 4 years straight!”

Elizabeth stared down the boy taking a step closer

His skin was tan covered in scrapes, bruises and now the indent of her teeth in his arm. One of his wounds was covered up by a band-aid on his chubby cheek. His face was framed by light brown hair that spiked in every direction. But the most striking thing about him was his amber eyes staring up with terror.

He should be terrified.

“Look I don't know who told you about my spot but it's mine!!” The boy struggled to his feet, his face showing a mix of embarrassment, anger and fear.

This spot is his? If where they were was his “spot” then he must know where the ball pit had spit Elizabeth out.

Elizabeth held out her hand for the boy to shake proudly proclaiming "My name is Elizabeth Afton I'm looking for my dad! can you please tell me where I am!”

—------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Gregory stared at the hand. This girl had just wandered into HIS spot then bit HIS arm and now wanted to shake HIS hand?!

“Come on, I won't bite again!” This Elizabeth girl said, smiling at him, his blood still smeared on her teeth.

He should run as fast as he could back to his bike, and pedal until his legs were sore. He knew this girl was bad news when he saw her pop out of the ball pit like she had just been sleeping there…

Gregory reluctantly shook the girl's hand. “My name is Gregory” It would probably be Better to have this girl on his good side. Anyone who would sleep in that ash covered ball pit and whose first reaction to danger was to bite was probably someone he didn't want on his bad side

“Nice to meet you Gregory, could you please tell me where I am?” The girl who just a couple minutes ago had looked at him like she was planning to skin him alive was now talking like a polite British princess.

“You're on the outskirts of Hurricane Utah?” Maybe Elizabeth was like Joshua or Jeremy. Elizabeth's parents had just got tired of her and thrown out on the side of the road

Now it made sense to Gregory. Elizabeth's parents had thrown her out for biting and poking in places she shouldn't have! And now she's just deluding herself into thinking that someone is coming to save her.

“All right then just point me in the direction and I'll start heading out!” Elizabeth smiled, preparing to walk before a loud rumbling noise came from her stomach.

“When was the last time you ate anything…?”

“Wait, I get to eat food??” Elizabeth looked down at her stomach poking it as if she was surprised it had made a noise

“Yeah..? Do you want food?” Gregory paused then added "if I give you food you're not going to bite me again right?”

“Yes! yes!” Elizabeth's eyes lit up. Gregory knew that look, He'd seen it enough times in his own eyes, She was starving.

A plan formed in Gregory's head.

“I have a sandwich?” The sandwich was disgusting, He wouldn't be losing much by giving it to Elizabeth

“I'd love to have your sandwich!” Elizabeth said with excitement

Gregory slowly and carefully walked over to his bike which he had hidden in the bushes. Staring directly at Elizabeth to make sure she didn't try to sneak attack him. Gregory pulled out the dented lunch box which contained the sandwich

Elizabeth stared at it like it was gold as he carefully handed her the lunch box. Stepping back a little bit as she opened up the lunch box and held the sandwich in her hand like she didn't know what to do with it

Gregory couldn't help but watch as Elizabeth shoved the thing into her mouth hole and then kind of gulped it down barely chewing. Then immediately started coughing, seemingly choking on it before swallowing it..

“Oh I'm sorry! Still getting used to being back!” Elizabeth smiled at him again.

Gregory just stood there dumbfounded as Elizabeth choked out the words through a coughing fit. This girl made Jeremy look Normal

“Now that I've given you a sandwich you aren't going to attack me again right…?” Gregory took a hesitant step forward

“You attacked me first, I was just protecting myself!” She paused then added on “No materials belonging to or under the license of Afton Robotics are to be harmed or dismantled without permission if done so, the Current holder / renter of the materials will be charged a $2,000 fine”

Afton robotics? $2,000 fine? Gregory couldn't tell if she was talking about herself but being charged $2,000 fines usually meant someone had money.. A plan was beginning to take form in his head.

“So I'm guessing you aren't from around here? How did you end up here anyway? What do you mean by a $2,000 fine..?” Gregory backed up slightly getting closer to his bike in case he needed to escape quickly.

“Well I wa-” Elizabeth stopped in the middle of her sentence “I'm actually not, my dad accidentally got mad at me and dropped me off in the wrong place…”She stopped for a moment as something dark came over her face. it scared Gregory but it was gone just as soon as he noticed it.

“And what I mean by the fine is if someone hurts me or loses me they have to pay a $2,000 fine!” She chuckled to herself. “I remember this one time when Freddy got out they were preparing to issue a statement to the employees.”

“What kind of statement..?” Gregory tilted his head curiously, He didn't ask what kind of employees

“Whoever finds Rental a2 we'll get $300 and discount off of all company merchandise” Elizabeth said in a attempt at a New York accent which made Gregory giggle

“So maybe if I helped you find your dad he'd be really nice and give me….?” This girl was obviously dangerous Gregory knew that but the chance at money to get himself a good meal for once was too much to pass up.

“Oh definitely if you help me and give me more sandwiches!” Elizabeth Nodded ecstatically. Her words were too sweet, Almost like a parody of an innocent little girl, Gregory knew he should run.

Gregory molded over this would be risky and stupid but…Girl was interesting, she was different, she was psychotic and dangerous and probably got thrown out somewhere. But she held herself differently than other abandoned kids, especially the more Gregory looked at her. She looked out at the world as if she was Both experiencing it for the first time and for the 100th. And if all of that didn't make her intriguing the promise of possible food and money definitely did

“No promise of more sandwiches… But yes I'll help you! As long as you don't bite me again…” Gregory held out his hand cautiously and the girl shook it. For Better or For worse it was a deal.
—-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Old man consequences sat there nursing his wound

He stared down at the mask in frustration. He did not know what it was with this family but they were stubborn and dangerous. Elizabeth had done the least damage out of her family but she was still in Afton and still obsessed with her father…

All this meant that things would be very very hard and annoying from here on out.

“Now I know you've been waiting at the pond. What do you want this time…?” Old man consequences muttered to himself. Of course she had come to belittle him.. Don't get him wrong, old man consequences love the company! and she was doing great things but oh God was she annoying sometimes

Cassidy sat down and smiled next to Old Man consequences. “Well I've been thinking you've let all three of them go… “

“No Cassidy, you can't go down and deal with this yourself!” Old man consequences bended the rules sometimes yes but not to that extent. Every once in a while a spirit would fall through the cracks. There was that Casey kid or that strange boy who claimed he was a robot, And especially anyone with the name Afton. But if he had anything to say about it Spirits would move on like they should

“Well the others are going to notice soon..” Cassidy was right about that..

Old man consequences said nothing just healed his wound and picked back up his fishing rod. That would be a problem for another day
