Chapter Text
When you opened your eyes again you were floating in the same thicc black liquid that had covered your entire body. As you looked up you saw a dim light, you tried moving your body to get closer to the light but your body refused to move.
You tried screaming for help but no sound came out of your mouth, nothing was going your way, anything you tried failed. You kept trying to move when you heard something or more someone talking to you, you listened closely and recognised the voice, it was MK! Never had you been so happy to hear his voice before.
You heard footsteps running towards yo and all of a sudden you fall a sharp pain in your side, you couldn't let out a scream or any noise at all. You heard MK screaming and Mei's worried voice asking if he was ok. You heard Monkie King saying something to MK and Mei, MK resisted but you heard his voice screaming as he was taken away. Everything went quiet again.
Time passed, you didn't know how long you been floating in this damn void, it could have been hours, days, weeks. You couldn't tell from inside the void. You got used to the void, not being able to talk, see or hear. At least you didn't have to worry about starving or or dying because of dehydration.
You couldn't do much except sleep so it was the most of what you did, day and night. When you were awake, you hear MK and Mei's voices here and there trying to defeat the black liquid that had taken over your body. But each time they tried, they failed and you felt every single of their attacks on you. The worst part was that you couldn't scream out of pain, you could only let tears run down your face. After MK and Mei's million attempts trying to defeat the black liquid covering your body you stopped crying and went numb and ignored the pain.
When you woke up again it was dead silent, you looked up and saw the same old dim light, you sighed in your head and just stared straight forward. You looked at the dim light again and saw that it was growing brighter and brighter, soon enough you were blinded by the bright light.
You felt your body float towards the light, as you reached the light you saw the sky for the first time in forever, your eyes weren't adjusted to the light so you could barley see anything. You felt your legs give out and everything went dark, the last thing you felt before you passed out was to hand that caught you before you could hit the ground.
