-2 MONTHS LATER-
Me and Jacob have been dating for 2 months today, so i decided to surprise him with cupcakes. Dad helped me make them, they have a plain sponge, blue icing, and either a heart or a 2 on them. Last month on our anniversary, Jacob got me a necklace with our initials on it, so cupcakes aren't as expensive, but hopefully he likes them.
I think things have been going pretty well between us recently, we have been on 2 dates since we got together (we went to the cinema one time and back to the cafe on the other). I tried to take him on a date one time, but he said ‘he should be the one to do the dates’ and we had our first argument, but eventually i just agreed with him. It worked out fine, we are both still happy. Apart from that one argument, we have been fine. We hang out on the weekends and after school, and we eat lunch together every day.
Right now, it's about 10 minutes before morning form. I didn't go and see my friends, instead I'm on my way to Jacobs’s locker. I round the corner and I see the familiar messy brown hair that makes me smile. He walks round the corner to his locker but... he continues walking? I walk behind him, and I'm about to call his name, when a blond girl calls his name. He walks over to her, and she grabs his tie. They mumble something to each other and then they both lean in and... kiss.
What?! Jacob is cheating on me? My fucking boyfriend is cheating on me.
I just stand there, holding the cupcakes, mouth slightly open in shock, while they kiss. My boyfriend and some blonde girl, kissing.
The tears are threatening to escape now. I can't move. I'm frozen to the spot. My boyfriend is making out with another girl. What the fu-
*Splat*
Oh shit. The cupcakes. I dropped the cupcakes.
