"It's a been long time, Alu," you shook his hand, smiled at the man who was younger than you. The young man, Alucard, smiled back at you. Then, you greeted his friends, too. The black haired man was Granger and the brown haired is Tigreal. "It's pleasure to see you again, guys." you said cheerfully at them.
Alucard patted your shoulder, "Looks like the business woman come back to this kingdom, you really are crazy about making money, girl." he laughed, "But, seriously? You don't want to give your power to our Moniyan?" asked him. Yes, you had a power, some kind of magic that made you stronger and full of rage. And you just shook your head with a awkward smile, of course you didn't want that. After all, you just wanted to traveling around every side of the world while trading like Erick and hoping to meet your old friend.
"Nah, I prefer to be an old maiden," your shoulders shrugged, "but I'll traveling around every side of the world and find the new things to learn." you said as you raised your chin proudly at him.
Your gaze shifted at Granger, "Hey, Grangy, I heard that you and Silvanna---"
"Shut up, [Name]." he cutted your words like a sharp knife, but you grinned; you wanted to annoy the gloomy young man.
You and Alucard looked at each other, and looked at Granger. "You sureee? But, but, but I heard that Silvanna says that you're a softie sometimes, I wonder how you are like that softie toward someone?" you playfully nudged his hand.
"I agree, [Name], I saw him with---"
Before Alucard slipped too much words, Granger's hand stuffing Alucard's mouth with your lollipop that you were holding; it was lick by you. The blonde man widened his eyes as his friend did that to him, Alucard chocked. And you hitted his back to help him to took the sweets out of his throat. He groaned as he finally spit out the lollipop, "The hell, Granger? It was a joke ..." he coughed.
You were just sweatdroped as you see the interaction of your friends, "Guys ..."
"[Name], hey! Father will let you trade by yourself this year!" Edward yelled from his Erick's horse, "I hope you won't die, sis!" he laughed, clearly he was joking.
You replied, "Not now, Edward. Maybe I'll die when ugly creature attack me," you rolled your eyes, grinned at Edward.
You shifted your gaze at your friends, smiling at them. "Alright, this business lady will take her leave first." you chuckled.
But before you hoped on your horse, you sighed, "If you know anything about Xavier, please let me know." your hands patted Alucard's shoulder, "Moreover, you are an honest person, Alucard. Please let me know."
You ride your horse-drawn carriage on a deserted town street, still far from your destination for trading. You yawned, boredom was hitting yourself. And you entertained yourself with your magic power, you could control many things or people as you pleased. And here you go, you controlled a handful of sand on the road and formed a small clone of person, none other than Xavier. Your best friend, and you missed him so much. You controlled it, making it walked on your palm.
You couldn't help but smiling like an idiot in love, "I hope I could see you again, Xavier." you sighed.
But, when you about to made another small figures with sand, suddenly your eyes were blinding by a strange power, you wanted to scream but your throat felt like full of something that made you uncomfortable. Slowly, you lost your control of yourself and your power. The last you could feel was a rough surface on your face.
You didn't know what happening, all you could hear that just a hissed.
Drops of rain water wet your body lying on the ground, and made you react; opened your eyes slowly because your consciousness has gathered. You looked around, you were not on the street of a quiet town but on the border, a place where the abyss creatures roamed.
You tried to sit up, but you could hear a noise. The voice of the abyss creature.
Your breath immediately hitched and your heart felt like it was beating very fast. Trying to get up from the ground, you walked slowly under the rain that was starting to pour down heavily. Your mind told you to get home as soon as possible, and with any way.
'Lord, please, save me.' you kept repeating that sentence while walking through the forest without a definite direction. No matter how many hours had passed, you were still persistent in leaving there. For the safety of your life.
Your legs slowly felt like about to break, your eyes felt heavy to keep see in the dark, and your mind just slowly full of fear. This was the umpteenth time you felt afraid; this time you were afraid of the dark.
Suddenly, light appeared toward you and entering into your sense of sight.
That was hurt you. Made you want to scream as loud as you could. But, your mouth were shutting up. And again, you lost your awareness and control over your body.
A familiar scent wafted into your nose, forcing you to open your eyes. And one face you caught with your eyes, Xavier, your little childhood friend.
"[Name], why did you come back here without Erick and Edward?" he asked first, your eyes still focused on his sapphire eyes. His eyes always mesmerized you.
"You ... Where have you been? And where is this? How come you found me?" You didn't answer his question, you threw questions at him instead.
Xavier paused, then he took a deep breath. "Lumina City, I'm still here with you, where I was born and where the place I was raised." he answer. "And you suddenly returned to Lumina City in a mess, you only wore thin clothes and lacked material, also ripped."
Xavier was answering all of your questions, but you started to hug him all of sudden. You whispered to him, "You idiot, why don't you show yourself or the bridge of your nose?! It turns out you're still here!" you tighten your arms around him. Clearly missed him, but also disappointed because he was never showing himself to her.
"But, why are you here? Aren't you one of the—"
"I'm punished." Xavier huffed, cuts your words.
You looked at him with frown, "Why so? Aren't you the best?"
Xavier sighed, then he looked towards outside the window. "I ..." he considering whether to tell you or not. But, finnaly he spoke to you, lowly. "I don't believe in this light."
"You mean, you stopped being a warrior of the light side?" you didn't believe this, after Xavier always told you if he really wanted to be like Arbiter of Light when he was a kid. But, now he stopped.
He nodded, But despite Xavier's silence, you could still see the anger in his eyes. Then it left silence that make you felt strange and bordered by walls.
