They pull up out the front of James’ small 2 bedroom flat and Regulus grabs Harry out of the car seat. Once they get inside James leads Regulus to Harry’s bedroom and he places him down, when they hear a car out the front. Suddenly James’ phone lights up, it’s a call from his mum.
E- Jay! Darling, we just pulled up out the front are you home?
E- Ah wait your car is here so you must be!
J- Hi Ma. Yes, but I do have guests over. I’ll be over at the door in a second.
E- Thank you Darling.
James hangs up before signalling to Regulus that he was going to the door and smiling at Lily. “Ma! Hi, sorry I just got Haz to sleep.” He says answering the door. “No worries, wouldn’t wanna keep the poor boy up.” His dad replies as the walk in the door each greeting him in their form of comfort. Euphemia or Effie as she is well know likes to kiss James on the forehead whereas Fleamont or Monty prefers to simply smile at him and sometimes gifts him small gifts for him and Harry.”Anyways this is Regulus,” James states pointing at Regulus whilst he waves. “And this is Lily they are my new band mates.” He explains whilst she whispers a hi and Regulus and her go back to their conversations. Once the elder two go off to Harry’s bedroom James comes back and sits down next to Lily. “I am so sorry I didn’t realise they were going to turn up.” He apologises feeling bad for leaving his friends to talk with his parents.
”So James, Jamie. Tell us about yourself.” Lily states and James replies, “Well um I’m a single dad and I play-“ “No not that, about you we already know about Harry and your drumming.” “Well I’m 22. I’m Pan.. I um- I started playing the drums when I was 12 because I thought it would make me more well um. I’m not sure about sharing the reason yet but I’m sure I’ll say eventually.” He states quickly looking down at his hands.
