It is gone. She became water. It was a shock for everyone. It was painful to look at Kai. All his life he had been taking care of his little sister, but he could not save her, she was taken away by her own element. It's ironic. Jay - they had a long relationship. For the rest of us, she was like a sister to us, she was a friend, one of the best of the best of the best. But for Cole, her disappearance left him with an emptiness in his soul.
Every day at 7 pm he sits down at his desk and starts writing. He writes everything. How the day went, what interesting things happened, how others are feeling. It became a kind of therapy.
Afterwards, Cole would walk to the sea and send a letter to her. With the hope that maybe she would read them in the water.
Today is no exception. He sits at his desk and writes a letter that might reach the addressee.
"Today everything is the same. I noticed that my letters become like stories at the end of the day. Our competition with Samurai X, my back still hurts from the memories, I could have thrown it not into the wall, it was a cave after all. I remember how our arguments with Jay turned out at the Tournament of Elements. We realized that our friendship was still strong, and we had no right to make your choices for you. We found Zane and defeated Chan. Peace and quiet again.
I remember receiving your elemental powers. You learned that you are the mistress of water. We fought the ghosts and only water could defeat them. I became a ghost. You supported me, even though it was very difficult for you. You had to learn in a very short time what we had been achieving for a long time. Victory was once again on our side.
I remember things that you and Jay think are just your memories. Jay's deception. His desires that led to our being hunted down and two of our own being taken. Our adventures on the island. Then the wish and I don't remember what happened next. Your death from the Tiger Widow's venom and Jay's wish to take it all back.
I remember the Day of the Dead. I thought it was the end for me, but it was only the beginning. I keep your hug in my memory to this day.
I remember the fight against the Hands of Time. The return of your parents. The disappearance of Sensei Wu...
I'm writing too much. I'll pick up where I left off tomorrow. I'll have to hurry if I want to give you the letter at our usual time.

After finishing the letter, Cole rolled it up and put it in the bottle. Telling his friends that he was going for a run on the ocean, he left for the beach. Only Kai followed him, knowing what was in his heart.
The sea. Quiet and calm. This is where Cole gets his peace for a moment. He rolls up his letter and puts it in a bottle. He throws it as far as possible. He looks at the horizon for a while longer. The sun is very bright today. After standing there for a while, he goes home, and never notices the almost transparent silhouette of the girl to whom he writes his letters.
