Chapter Text

It had been a few days since Aiden had been staying in this remote cabin, he slept on something nicer than the bed on Sky City, but it still reeked of cats, which Cassie was famously fond of. Yet, Cassie wasn't really around, she was always out of the cabin, probably at Soren’s fortress during the day, while coming back at night with more information about the command block with him. They had a board in the kitchen, with all notes and books scattered around, meticulously planning out the day Aiden would leave the cabin for his “redemption” while Cassie stayed behind to deal with Soren and the followers.

Day by day, he would always stay on the porch, looking at the sun, with Winslow beside him always licking himself clean. This day was no particular different from others, he stared at the sun, slowly setting in front of him, watching as the giant ball of orange immersed itself into the pink and purple sky. He looked down on his journal in his lap, while Winslow was seemingly still purring behind him, enjoying the warmth of the porch. He had been writing a lot in his journal he got from Sky City, this was the 5th book he had written in, he flipped through the pages, seeing the words “Maya” and “Gill” repeatedly appeared right in front of him page by page, his eyes were getting sore and he could feel the burn. As he flipped to the first page, he could see a scribble he made, behind it was Lukas’ name.

It was the first day Aiden sat in Cassie's bed, in the attic, with just a torch beside him, he could recall the fuzziness of it all, the boiling rage as he wrote Lukas' name down, only for him to rip that page as he launched the ball to the corner of the attic. He wrote Lukas' name again on the next page, seemingly more calm than before, yet his quill was hovering in the name, as his hands were trembling. He let out a groan before scribbling the name as he wrote down something else, which was Cassie's weird demeanours.

Aiden shut the book tightly, as his hands were almost squishing it a little too tight. He lightly stroked the leather cover of the book, this time it was a green cover. He thought about the times back in his cell, with just a lantern beside him, carving out each word meticulously on his page, writing the joy he had when he was with Maya and Gill, the day Maya and Gill were really happy about getting their first time stepping out of their cell for community service, he wrote them all down, just so he wouldn't forget them. It was the last strand of hope for him, to at least have a better life than before. However, the times he felt bitter about Lukas was equally as much in those pages. He still could faintly remember him writing about that in the lava pit while Gill and Maya were asleep. The burning lava from all sides was just fuel adding to him. Then, Gill woke up, he couldn't really quite remember why, but he felt furious as Gill kept asking what he was doing. One thing led to another and Gill’s jacket was on fire. He could still see the fear in Maya’s eyes that day, even if he was screaming at Gill for the most part.

No wonder Maya didn't want to come near him, he couldn't blame her at all. Then there's community service, he did try to be nice, but somehow the citizens were so retarded on many levels he could shove them down the gutter, which he had once, and got solitary confinement for a week. It still wasn't his best moment.

“ Hey, it's getting dark, why aren't you inside?” A sweet voice suddenly came from afar. Aiden snapped out of his chain of thoughts, the red haired girl in her usual black shirt walked across the plains as she stepped onto the porch. Aiden let out a cough, as he got up from the porch. Cassie was busy making that baby noises with Winslow, it was starting to tug on his sanity.

“ Oh, who's a good boy, oh you are! You're so cute.” Cassie nudges lightly on Winslow's nose, the amount of annoyingness it was giving the Aiden was unbearable with that high pitched voice.

“ Could you stop making that NOISE every single time! It's driving me CRAZY!” Aiden grunted as he banged the door opened in front of him. Cassie rolled her eyes in displeasure as she followed behind him.

“ And you're supposed to be the sane one? I'm getting some personal judgement from you.” Cassie gave a fish to Winslow as she let him prance out of her arms.

Aiden scoffed before he looked out of the window, a little too tired to deal with another argument with anyone. He rested his arms on the window sill, he could see the mobs aimlessly wandering around, zombies hurling each other, skeletons just standing there aimlessly. He would hope someone would pass by, or maybe a creeper blowing up a wandering trader and his llamas. Yet, it was somehow peaceful tonight, too peaceful for him.

“ Still all jittery about tomorrow?” Cassie followed suit as she relaxed her arms on the window sill beside him.

“ Just peachy. Not that it matters.” Aiden could see a skeleton with a golden helmet on, reminding him of who he was going to see tomorrow. Cassie let out a sigh as she stood there silent for a while.

“ Do you ever feel lonely? Just being like here with your stupid cat.”

‘ With Winslow around, it's more bearable. I've met some people in a dimension with goddamn two moons, ugh, that place reeked of zombies all night. Then there's these people who said they have “fans” which I couldn't even see, then they would talk in a distance with ABSOLUTELY NO ONE, and they have these weird words like “fanart” or “ subscribers”, just send me to the Nether already. Thought I was going crazy just for being stuck in that world for years, but ah….erm…how can I say this without being rude…” Cassie’s arms got more intense as she frilled them around, almost hitting Aiden's face.

“ Sounds like a mental asylum to me.” Aiden chuckled. Cassie shrugged as her body relaxed, seemingly having gotten her long kept frustrations. Aiden looked at her eyes from the side, her brows seemed to be always knitted together when she's quiet. There's still a sense of mystery to Cassie, being all the sweet and sugary girl she tried to, but Aiden knew she’s hiding something from him. There's this one thing he had been curious about Cassie, she had a lot of knowledge on red stone and building, and also the command block. He always wondered where she came from.

Suddenly, Cassie's head perked up, seemingly sensing Aiden’s suspicions. “ How long have you been away from here? You must have been stuck in Sky City for so long.” Cassie asked, still sticking to the window sill. Aiden swiftly turned away back to the window, with a sudden gnaw in his chest, he didn't realise he had been away from this place for so many years, the familiar roads to him seemed like a blur now, he even needed a map to get to Beacontown. He can’t remember when was the last time he stepped foot into his home, or the place where the Ocelots used to hangout at a lake near the town he couldn't recall. The road to where he and Lukas used to pick up clay for building competitions, it was all a blur. His once familiar home suddenly felt like a foreign land again. Aiden sighed as he tugged on his sleeves.

“ Long enough to write 5 journals, but…” Aiden tried to take a glimpse at Cassie, she was still staring out at the window sill. Her shoulders were getting stiff, shrinking into her neck.

“ I-I…” Aiden took a gulp before trying to think of words to put his thoughts together.

“ I don't really have a place to call home.” Aiden let out a shaky breath, the itching feeling was still scraping his heart, he didn’t know why but the air seemed more tense than before. He tried to look at Cassie for an answer, yet her mouth kept shut, he could see her arms, shifting every few seconds, unable to stay still on the window sill.

“ What about you? Why haven't you gone back to where you came from? Seemed unreasonable to stay here long enough for you to stay somewhere in close proximity with fuckin Jesse in this world…”  Aiden chuckled, trying to let the gnaw in his heart relax a little. Sadly, it was a futile attempt. Cassie retrieved from her shrinking position, her arms left the window sill. She glanced at him, her eyes widened as the yellow light seeped into her green eyes. She then let out a sigh before her brows straightened.

“ I used to have a home, but it didn't feel like home anymore. I…can't really go back...” Cassie said coldly before her eyes wandered back out of the window, with her arms neatly placed on the window sill. Aiden didn’t know what the comment meant, he understood it was something she wanted to keep to herself but the itching in his chest did seem to go away a little. The two stood there, with Winslow purring beneath Cassie, as they watched the mobs roam freely underneath the night sky, only the grey clouds floating above the dark sky, as the first drop of rain fell onto the grass.

Jesse laid on the bed, as she felt the unfamiliar bed sheets wrapping around her dusty body. She stared at the wall in front of her, her eyes focused on the nails of each plank. She saw each nail as she recalled another worry she had. Her hands grappled onto the sheets tightly as she thought about Lukas’ arm, she didn’t know why she would dwell on it, every time she thought about him falling to the ground with his whole body aching, he wished she could pluck each strand of hair off her scalp. Jesse wondered if Lukas did trust her at all, since she came back from the jailhouse, she knew about the horror of what Romeo did to her town, she couldn't even imagine the pork chops at that scene, it gave her chills. She scoured every inch of his face for clues, he did seem quiet when she mentioned Romeo, but she suspected something more was bothering him.

Suddenly, Jesse jolted up as she heard a faint knock on the door. “ I could hear you cry, don't worry, I won't be too loud.” Bonnie's voice travelled through the door across the room to Jesse.

“ Come in…” Jesse sighed as she sat up straight on the bed, leaning her slumping body on the wooden planks wall behind her. Bonnie held what seemed like a bowl of beetroot stew. She despised the taste of beetroot but her tummy was craving for at least a crumb of bread.

“Here, it's what I have, beetroots taste like rotten flesh but when the world's like this, you gotta do what you need to survive. I even heat it up in the smoker so thank me later.” Bonnie plopped down on the corner of the bed, with some distance between her and Jesse. Jesse saw the bowl of red liquid with steam coming out, Bonnie's face wasn't helping either with her frown increasing getting more prominent as the smell from the steam tickled both of their noses. Jesse shakily grabbed the bowl, her palms holding the warm bowl of soup, there was some sort of comfort but the smell of beetroot was too strong to comprehend any sort of comfort in here.

“ DRINK THE GODDAMN SOUP PLEASE!” Bonnie flailed her arms in the air, her eyes screaming for Jesse to get the job done.

“ Alright!” Jesse gulped down the bowl of hot beetroot soup, as the disgusting taste lingered onto her tongue and followed by the throat, she held in the urge to vomit, and finally she finished the last drop. Jesse looked at Bonnie, hoping she could throw the bowl at her face. She could still taste the fleshy taste in her mouth, with the remnants of the beetroot sticking to her throat. At least the hot soup helped her gulp down that terrifying experience.

“ You sure you ACTUALLY didn't give me rotten flesh.” Jesse tried to hold in, her stomach wasn't regretting it but her mouth was. Bonnie laughed as she pulled out a bottle of water from her inventory “Water.”

Jesse swiftly caught the water bottle in her palms as she clawed her nails into the cap to unscrew the cork, gulping the fresh water down and washing all the remnants of disgusting beetroot away.

“ So what brings you here to such a Netherish place, you definitely aren't from here so fill in on me.” Bonnie lifted an eyebrow as she crossed her arms. Jesse rested the water bottle on her lap as she warily inspected Bonnie’s face. Her eyes were also full of suspicion, even so eager to dig something out from Jesse.

“ What makes you think I would trust you, you literally took my weapon away.” Jesse scoffed, looking down at the empty water bottle, looking at her own reflection. “ It was rent, sweetie. Nobody gets anything free in this apocalyptic world.” Bonnie sang those words like it was a melody but Jesse felt those words piercing her brain as the thought of Cassie arised in her mind.

“ I guess my world would soon become that too…” Jesse continued to swirl the bottle, with little of its water at its bottom.

There was a brief silence between the two, Jesse could see Bonnie's mouth was zipped shut, her eyes a little droopy after her words, her body slumping over. But the lapis eyed woman soon sat straight again, she took a deep breath before continuing.

“ You know I once had a town here…” As those words came out of Bonnie’s mouth, Jesse’s body jolted up in a split second, her eyes suddenly attentively looking at Bonnie sitting at the edge of the bed.

“ It was really beautiful, with all the trees and grass, the sheep… even ice was better than this…”  Bonnie’s voice slowly became less energetic as her voice trailed off into silence.

“ I've seen a world being destroyed before where I'm from, I…understand…” Jesse shuffled her legs before finding another comfortable position to be in. This place seemed really familiar like the underworld at the Sunshine Institute. It was eerily similar but at least there wasn't a warden bossing her around.

Bonnie's eyes widened, Jesse could notice the curiosity and suspicion slowly appearing in her eyes. But Bonnie didn't ask her about where she was from, at least for now.

“ Hopefully my story could make you open your mouth.” Bonnie chuckled as she stretched her body, her eyes reminiscenced at the painting in front of her. It was a town with tons of houses and roads, it could even be as big as Champion City. Jesse perked her ears up, wanting to find out how the world had become this hellish place.

“ I was a leader of a town, I used to call it Emerald City and the place grew so big, and one day…” Bonnie’s eyes lingered at the painting a little too long, Jesse found her silence a little eerie. Bonnie coughed before she continued.

“ Things fell apart…it was raining lava, houses began disappearing, people were burning alive and…” Bonnie’s shoulder began to retract, Jesse could feel the anguish seeping out from her even if her face didn't seem like it.

“ It's okay if you don't want to share, you don't have to…” Jesse faintly said as she tried to reach out for Bonnie, knowing what it felt seeing things crumble before you.

“ I insist, Jesse.” Bonnie sat up straight again, her eyes were still filled with anguish but she had a certain determination in it. Jesse retracted her arm, with Bonnie’s nod, Jesse sat and listened.

“ And sadly the people were too reliant on me, asking me for a place to stay where I had none, the only place was the town hall, with it's underneath safe from lava. Too many people were asking in, and…”

Bonnie sighed as she walked over to the painting, her hands almost touching the frames before briefly pulling itself away.

“ All of them burned alive outside, in the lava…” Jesse could see the pain in Bonnie’s eyes, looking down on the floor.

“ That's terrible, I-I’ve seen somewhere as bad as this but…” Jesse tried to get a few words out before Bonnie interjected back.

“ You know, what's worse?” Jesse saw a dejected smile on her as she leaned against the wall.

“ The people left me, just because I couldn't save everyone from the lava. After the lava stopped, everyone just left me here, all the buildings gone, and all my people…”

There was a moment of silence between them, Jesse had the image of the Beacontown in Romeo reign, it looked very much like the Sunshine Institute. Jesse relaxed as she looked at Bonnie, her body slumping against the wall. “ I know what it feels like to do everything you can, only to get shunned for not doing the best they expect.”

“ I wish my friends were here, if only I hadn't pushed them away.” Bonnie sighed followed by another disappointed chuckle. Jesse perked up again, hearing Bonnie mentioning her life before the end of the world.  Bonnie seemed to notice Jesse’s interest and gave a smile.“ Ah…another story, it's not as bad as this one but, you know, being a leader you have a lot of stuff to attend to…”

“ Paperwork too?” Jesse chuckled.

“ And yes that too. Always hated that one. But I used to have friends running the town with me, it was fun at first with me running side by side with them, but soon…the town grew into a city, I didn't want to bother my friends on their adventures so I took up most of their jobs and I just…”

“ Want to help them?” Jesse tried smiling but that gripping string on her heart knew what she felt, that crushing feeling when she always had to be the one responsible for everything around her.

“ Yes…you and I could make perfect tea buddies.”

“ If the apocalypse allows.” The both of them chuckled before Bonnie continued on.

“ And that's one fatal mistake I made, everything was so much I couldn't handle it, my friends kept asking me to give them the load but I refused so badly… and that fateful day, I lashed out on them, I said things I shouldn't have said, they left town, and I never saw them again. That day, when the world turned to ashes, I feared they were…”

“ Alright, that's my side of the story, so be a good girl and pass up your end of the deal.”  Bonnie wiped her hands as she stretched her body. Jesse didn't really catch her words, she was busy, thinking about the last thing Bonnie told her.

And that fateful day, I lashed out on them, I said things I shouldn't have said, they left town, and I never saw them again.

Her mind only had her being mad at Lukas before he ran away from her. Her heart slowly pieced together as she felt her mind getting clearer.

“ Thank you, Bonnie.” Jesse whispered faintly but it was loud enough to be heard by Bonnie.

“ Well, my, I am greedy but not heartless.”

“ Alright, here's my end of the deal.”

Lukas stared at the ceiling, just normal wooden planks staring back at him, it was a chilling feeling but he felt nothing. The scene of her bursting out in the desert kept replaying inside of his head, over and over, her eyes were glowing with rage, it felt familiar, he remembered when the supposedly Jesse back at Beacontown would just lash out at the slightest bit of blue in sight of him, that's what got Stacy into prison, Romeo's eyes were glowing in that furry red with the threatening yellow pupils in Jesse's skin. It was terrifying the exact copy as Jesse, down to each strand of hair. But that wasn't Jesse, Jesse wasn't like that at all.

However, he did feel like it was that all over again. Those words when “she” told him to hit the road, it was thousands of needles prickling his heart, rage filling up his mind back at Beacontown. He still remembered how he thought not an ounce of the old Jesse remained in her. That was all Romeo, the real Jesse wouldn't talk like that to her friends, not even shout at the worst mannered people in town. He couldn't help but wonder why he would correlate Jesse lashing out at him with Romeo. Guilt started to fester inside him, as he scrambled through his memories, he knew she didn't mean it back at the desert, but it still hurt. It was too much. Maybe he was the problem, after all, it felt like his problems always ended with him leaving.

He shuffled his hair, as a few blond strands of hair fell off onto the pillow. He sighed and turned his body to the side, still laying in this stranger’s bed. He darted his eyes for a while, aimlessly inspecting the room’s decor, just a few bookcases with tins of chests, the walls did have item frames with potions, a variety of healing ones, potions of speed and some other he couldn't recognise. As his eye finally landed on an item frame, with a blaze rod.

If you're not with us , you should just hit the road, Lukas!

Lukas remembered how Aiden pushed everyone around, his eyes always building up jealousy as Jesse walked around town, he pushed everyone around, increasingly getting more riled up by Maya and Gill's comments. It was worse when he hung out with Jesse and the rest, when they got back to Jesse’s treehouse, Aiden was almost setting fire to it. Luckily Axel got it time to stop them, but Aiden was still relentless. That night was a hell ride, and every night he wondered why Aiden changed.

Aiden used to care so much about Maya and Gill. While they were 15, Aiden stayed up all night with Gill, just because he was scared of mobs in a lighted village. Lukas barely got any sleep with Aiden groaning and complaining all night but it was still impressive how Aiden got through the night without shutting his eyes while Gill had fallen asleep soundly surprisingly. For Maya, Lukas still remembered how giddy she was when Aiden punched up a guy who stole her diamonds. Even if they were mean to people, especially Jesse and her friends, which he felt a little uncomfortable pointing it out, Aiden had the best interest for his group. That was what he used to think.

It perplexed him, that smile Lukas saw when he first met Aiden, was wiped off his face completely. There was one particular night, when Aiden hugged him, he could feel Aiden held on longer than he should, Lukas knew Aiden with all his whining, could never be tired of the Ocelots, then why did he change. How could one change so much? It was too far-fetched from the things Aiden did at Sky City, to treat Maya and Gill just like punching bags, Lukas wondered what was the last straw that made him do that.

To push him off the edge of that floating island.

To push him off the edge the portal.

Why?

Maybe Lukas saw the signs, it was clear Aiden was changing, but he just brushed it off. Maybe if Lukas didn't start hanging out with Jesse after the Wither Storm, would Aiden still be the same? Will he still be Aiden’s friend? Maybe this was all his fault, just like everything that has happened, just like Petra’s wither sickness, just like how Aiden made him leave, maybe it really is his fault this whole end of the world thing happened, maybe it was all Lukas' fault. Maybe then, Jesse wouldn't be here with him, angry at him.

Lukas sighed as he felt the lump in his throat grow larger, almost blocking his airways. His eyes scrambled around, trying to push away all those memories back when things were normal, he took a deep breath, sitting straight up at the bed. He rubbed his face, trying to calm himself down.

The books beneath him caught his attention, especially the one that looked particularly old and grumpy than the rest. It was from Soren's pile of books.

“ Dear Friends…” Lukas mumbled to himself as he picked up the book, he gently lifted its cover, feeling as if it was going to be ripped in half any moment. He scanned the page, with a wall of text right in front of him. It was something he desperately needed to distract him from his own thoughts.

As hundreds of new stories begin, so does mine. As I bid farewell to Hadrian, it's time for a new place to begin new discoveries, a new journey. The command block was now in my hands, as Romeo gave me his last words before disappearing, the ground felt different from when I last visited the place. It felt as if the blocks were freshly placed. With Fred meeting his demise and Xara under his vicinity, it's best to follow his orders and stay hidden.

“ Keep the command block, mate. I got no use for it. If you ever dare question me about those two, or even think about telling anyone, you know what's next…” Those were his last words as I ran across the plains, searching for shelter from the mobs. With all the worlds I've travelled through the portals, this was quite the contrast from all the fiery plains and sunken structures, this was abnormally normal I say so.

Now with the shelter in this tavern, with a strangely being with me, thick brows with that horrid hair, all the potions scattered around like some witch’s hut. It's hard to just converse with that man normally, with every second of his words being blasphemous. It's best to leave at sunrise.

Lukas flipped again and again as he saw the words Hadrian again. “ It couldn't be, could it?” Lukas flipped a few more pages briefly, finally settling on another page with just a few words.

This Ivor person has some great intellect about potions, he definitely could aid me in future studies about endermen, a few potions of invisibility wouldn't hurt if I stayed around. His voice may be a little…aggravating but locking one's self inside a room was enough to tolerate it.

Lukas winced his eyes at the passage, finally seeing the raw emotions of Soren, displaying before him. He giddily flipped a few more pages in front, hoping to see Ellegaard or Gabriel in a few more parts.

Our expedition in the sea temple was the most unspeakable experience I've seen. Gabriel hadn't been sleeping well in his quarters, Magnus and Ellegaard had been well, quarrelling. Ivor just was as enthusiastic as ever, still holding onto that prismarine like dear life. I'm aware of Romeo's ordeal about not coming towards the temple, I suspect he was the one that cut short our air supply. Typical.

I should inform them about my past, stopping them on this journey but it's best that they don't know about my relations with the admin, it was out of my control in stopping them. But with these expeditions getting more out of hand, maybe it's time to use the command block, I haven't used it since Hadrian had it. The few times I had my chance to study it was only just about giving a boost to speed and agility. With these expeditions getting more out of hand, maybe the command block could help us in our venture, just that a secret aid no one has to know. If the command block could help us, then my friends won't meet their demise, hopefully. That said, someone has been snooping around my quarters, wouldn't know who but I would catch him with some traps.

Lukas gasped lightly, feeling his hands slowly disconnecting from the pages. He continued a few more pages, reading about the adventures with them going to the ice biome, getting the packed ice, and the mention of the command block. Then he finally settled on a page with Ivor as the opening.

Ivor had been let's say agitated or more so furious with his findings about my background. He was flinging potions everywhere, like the mad man he was but I can sense his distrust in me growing. I told him it was best not knowing my past with Romeo or the builders, but he was still throwing potions of slowness at me. Infuriating. He calmed down once we made a deal. If I didn't use the command block in our expeditions, he wouldn't reveal the past to the others. It was fair play and I hope this ordeal wouldn't get too out of hand. Yet, we’re facing the Ender Dragon soon, if things don’t turn for the worse, the command block is out of the equation.

For the past few days, I’ve been trying to figure out how to move objects in the room, from one place to another, it just seemed impossible with them disappearing all the time. All the time I had at night just writing the perfect combination, luckily there wasn’t a rift or the world would end. Hah, dear no. Ellegaard did ask why I had been so closed off for these few days, I just said it was the spiders in my room. Her face was quite peculiar I say, her frown was odd and had some concern. Might need to get some sleep, to avoid suspicion.

Lukas found Soren's behaviour quite odd, he did find his words quite vague, with mention of Romeo and the Old Builders. But he did feel Soren keeping the secret was reasonable, wouldn’t want to know you’re with a god or so to speak monster, who could potentially ruin your life in just seconds. Lukas couldn't stop now, he needed more information, maybe he could find some way out of here with Soren's clues, one way or another.

All of them had found out about the command block, it was chaos in the quarters, all about Ivor blaming me for not telling everyone about my relations with the admin and our…deal. I didn’t have a choice, the Ender Dragon was blasting everyone off the island, it had to be done. I couldn’t bear the heavy loss. We need to be alive. But I knew the shame that came with it, everyone had agreed not to talk about it, on my terms, we let Ivor keep the treasures and the Order would still go on, with Ivor first leaving. Soon, Magnus and Ellegaard left in favour of their own peace, Gabriel was the last to leave his quarters. That day, his face was painted with disappointment. I usually find these feelings stuff a waste of my time, things just happen and we’re not really in control of mishaps. But not after he left.

“They didn’t hate you, they were…hurt you didn’t tell them about…that…I understand it was out of our hands but we could have done things differently if you had told us sooner.”

I remembered Gabriel’s last words, just before he too left, and the Order finally went. There were times Romeo had said this wouldn’t last long, I didn’t believe him. It feels terrible to be wrong.

Lukas paused at the last line, the corner of his eyes began to feel the piercing heat, he saw the drops of tears staining the page. He looked over to the hallway, where Jesse had walked off. He couldn’t let things fester anymore, he needed to fix things now, before things were too late, just like how Soren was too late. Just like how it happened with Aiden. He needed to tell her now.

He can’t run away anymore, not anymore.

Lukas viciously wiped off his remaining tears, trying to rub the redness off his nose. He was about to close the page as he noticed a piece of paper slipping down from the pages. He gently took the crumpled paper out to find a note.

I sensed Cassie has something…strange…to do with the Admin Holder, Romeo hasn’t contacted me about any of his whereabouts, since the Admin Holder has spawned in, Cassie will definitely be up to no good, I was too blind and desperate trying to collaborate with her. To whom may be reading this, (hopefully you’re Jesse, these things somehow always being left to you to solve) the Admin Holder can be deactivated once the Red Stone Heart is destroyed. And lastly, if you’re Jesse, I have one last message to you, if I meet my demise, tell Ivor and the rest I’m truly sorry for everything in the past.

Lukas’ fingertips pressed against the grimy paper, he let out a breath before getting up, his feet on the planks, walking towards the hallway, where Jesse had been.

“ Tell me about it, I had rivals! Loads of them are worse than Stella.” Bonnie chuckled on the edge of the bed. Jesse had felt lighter since talking to Bonnie, she was much like a daisy in the middle of a pool surrounded by lava.

Suddenly, a knock was on the door. Jesse turned her gaze over the door, to find Lukas standing there, his limbs all intact and feet on the ground, and not collapsing once in contact with the ground.

“ Lukas…” Jesse felt strings being tugged around her neck, the suffocating feeling of seeing him stand there.

“ Jesse, I…” There was a brief silence between them, with just them staring at each other, Lukas holding the door frame, as his eyes just slightly darted around, his blue pupils slowly dilated.

“ I’ll leave you two to be, the tension in here, woooh! It’s getting hot here..” Bonnie quickly left the room.  Just the two of them, sulking in this silence. Jesse couldn’t bear with this anymore.

“ Lukas, we need-”

“ I want to talk to you.”

The two stared at each other, one more time, before Lukas took the first step into the room.

Notes:

Hey everyone, so yeah, a little too long of a break I had, or exams, anyways the mcsm is being revived and hopefully I could push out more chapters soon hahah, I can't deal with this tension. And finally we can have the rest of the Order here too. Just you guys wait!

See ya! >:)

Notes:

Thanks for reading, there will be more
