“Are you two awake in there?” Makarov asked through the door “we are now you old geezer” Laxus retorted back “well the i'm coming in” Makarov said as he twisted the door knob “hold on a second” Laxus called out as he shook the sleeping Freed awake “Why?” Makarov asked through the door “just give us a minute” Laxus said as Freed finally woke up “hm?” questioned the sleepy Freed “put some clothes on gramps is outside the door and is waiting to come in” Laxus whispered, already getting up to put some clothes on himself. Laxus threw Freed his bag of clothes so Freed could start getting dressed, after Laxus was dressed he pushed all the clothes scattered on the floor under the bed before getting on the bed to make it look like he hadn’t gotten up at all. Once Freed was dressed and put his bag back Laxus called out to his grandfather “you can come in now” “I have come to check up on you two to see if you have finally talked about how you feel” Makarov said as he entered the room “If that's all then you can leave old man” Laxus remarked getting a confused look from Freed who stayed quite anyway “okay then” Makarov stated walking out and shutting the door. “Why’d you do that?” asked a sleepy Freed as he pulled his knees up to his chest and laid his head on his knees “because you got to explain all of your feelings last night but I didn’t really get to say anything and I have stuff that I want you to know” Laxus explained as he tilted his head to look at Freed “I think you made your point perfectly clear last night” Freed said gesturing with his head to his torso and neck which was being covered by a turtle neck “but I understand wanting to use words” Freed continued “I don’t like talking and I’m not good with words but I know that you like words and don’t like to leave anything that could be misunderstood” Laxus said as he took a deep breath and resumed what he was saying “I’ve been in love with you for longer then I’d like to admit to myself but it’s true, you make me feel happy in a way that I’ve never felt before and it makes me feel all warm inside and you make me feel amazing and when we aren’t near each other all my thoughts end up wondering back to you and how you’re so elegant but yet so precise in you’re movements and how you’re so smart yet demanding when you speak and how even though someone who doesn’t know you woud look at you and think you’re not as strong as you are and how when you swing your sword it is in precise and fast movements and the way your hair moves when you fight and when you walk and they way you look when you put your hair up and they way you smile when the guild is acting like a bunch of idiots.” Laxus paused to take a breath before he continued “what I’m trying to say is I’ve been in love with you and I want to be your boyfriend” Laxus took in one more deep breath before continuing “so will you be my boyfriend?” Laxus asked, Freed planted a kiss on Laxus’s mouth before answering “yes I will be your boyfriend” Freed replied planting another kiss on Laxus’s mouth “if tell anyone I said any of that I will deny all of it” Laxus said as freed moved on top of Laxus pinning him down underneath his own body as he moved his mouth down Laxus’s neck sucking and biting as he moved down leaving marks to form on the dragon slayers neck. As Freed moved down Laxus brought his hands up into Freed’s hair slightly pulling on it causing Freed to moan into Laxus’s neck making vibrations to run through Laxus’s neck forcing a moan from Laxus’s mouth.
“I’m going to go take a shower” Freed said, detaching himself from Laxus before he continued “would you like to join me to clean the filth off of you?” Freed asked, walking towards the bathroom with Laxus following behind him. “You know washing someone's hair for them is considered extremely intimate” Freed said leaning his head into Laxus’s touch as Laxus shampooed his hair for him “shut up” Laxus said as he grabbed the shower lacrima to rinse the shampoo out of Freed’s hair and moving onto conditioner. Freed let out a hum of pleasure as he felt Laxus’s hands massage the conditioner into his hair, feeling Freed lean into the touch Laxus started to sway the two of them back and forth as he hummed a song that he had heard Freed listening to on a music lacrima on multiple occasions. “I’ve always loved this song” Freed said, still swaying as Laxus rinsed the conditioner from Freed's hair “yea I know I’ve heard you listening to it before through your headphone lacrima” Laxus said “dragon ears?” Freed asked, already knowing the answer “you know it” Laxus replied kissing Freed’s cheek and near Freed’s ear giving his ears light nibbles “what are you doing?” Laxus asked as Freed moved them so Laxus was now in front of Freed “you washed my hair so I feel I should do the same” Freed said pushing Laxus down a few inches so Freed could reach Laxus’s head better “okay then” Laxus said changing the way he was standing so that Freed could have full access to Laxus’s entire head.
“You do know that I can do my own hair right?” Freed asked as Laxus brushed out every last knot in Freed’s hair “I know that but I enjoy your hair its long and soft and pretty” Laxus said mumbling the last part just loud enough for Freed to hear causing the rune mage to blush a deep crimson “am I leaving it down or am I putting up?” Laxus asked as he finished brushing out Freed’s hair “could you put it up in a bun for me?” Freed asked holding out a hair tie for Laxus to use “yea i should be able to do that” Laxus said as he took the hair tie that Freed was holding out from him and began to put Freed’s hair up in to a bun leaving two pieces of his bangs just like Freed likes it. “I'm coming in” Makarov said while barging into the room “now tell me the truth, have you two talked about your feelings?” Makarov asked looking at Freed in between Laxus’s legs and Laxus’s arms around Freed's shoulders and Laxus’s head on top of Freed’s “you know what I’m pretty sure the sight in front of me confirms that you have so you two can leave whenever you want” Makarov said walking out leaving the door open.
