Rhea and Dom had spent the week reconnecting, and they were mostly good aside from Dom simping over Liv in her comments. And while that pissed Rhea off she decided to let it slide because she had been texting Jey all week.
To Rhea, her texting Jey was all harmless and to get back at Dom but even she couldn't convince herself that that was true, there was something about Jey Uso she couldn't put her finger on it, but she'd never say that out loud.her thoughts were interrupted by Damian speaking.
"You ready to go?" he asks, walking towards her.
"yeah just let me get my phone." She picks up her phone and a smile immediately forms on her face when she sees that Jey had texted her again.
"So that's what Dom was talking to Finn about, he said you've been cheesing at your phone all weekend." Damian says and Rhea's face immediately drops.
. "shit what else did he say?" she says nervously.
"y'know you kinda suck at the whole getting back at him thing."Damian says chuckling at her causing her to roll her eyes.
"shut up Priest." she says before walking with him toward the car.
"I'm just saying you should be having fun with this, you had to watch him get kissed and straddled on TV for almost 3 months, whatever you got going on in Jey Uso's DMS can't be worse than that" Damian says.
He had a point, Jey and Rhea's texts consist of good morning texts, some light flirting and Jey telling her about how good Waffle House is and how he was serious about taking her.
"I guess you're right, but seriously priest what else did he say?" she asks.
"He saw that video Jackie posted, I think he connected the dots, but he'd have some nerve if he was mad at you" Damian says irritated at the thought.
They get in the car with the rest of the guys and head to the arena, once they arrive, Finn, JD, and Dom walk ahead and Rhea and Damian walk together laughing at a text Jey sent her.
Later in the clubhouse, Rhea approaches to boys to tell them Damian is focusing on Gunther tonight and that she's working on getting her women's world championship back when Dom stops her and pulls her to the side
" Mami that sounds great, but could i talk to you for a sec?" "yeah sure" Rhea says with a smile. I know we had a good week reconnecting, and like you said last week I'm yours... but I'm a little worried about what i saw online with Jey asking about your number and you said yeet."
Before Dom could even finish his sentence rhea laughed she enjoyed that her plan of making him jealous worked even if she did feel a little guilty earlier.
"Dom c'mon man I'm just messing around, unlike what you've been doing with Liv Morgan,I've been looking at your socials too." rhea says pointing at him before Finn walks over and suggests that Dom attacks Jey and Rhea immediately intervenes.
"Jey Uso? he doesn't matter." she says trying to diffuse the situation and Finn quickly call her out for defending but she plays it off as her not wanting them to start a war with him and tells Dom to use his brain before walking off.
Rhea takes out her phone to text Jey about their plans but that he doesn't have to worry because she told them not to attack, only for her to come back later that night and find out they did attack him. "oh my god" she mouths clearly annoyed and now sami zayn was involved and she knew better that if anyone was a threat to the judgment days tag title reign it was those two, a part of her was also worried about Jey because even if she wouldn't admit it she liked Jey Uso
.but luckily she was able to distract herself from those worries with Finn's yapping about how he's tired of being disrespected.
"okay, that's cool but i told you guys no one touches Jey Uso, and what now Sami Zayn is involved?"
she quickly asks where Finn and dom were and it's revealed that he was with liv. Rhea takes Dom to the ring and he finally ends things with liv.
