“Kain na kayo doon ako nakapag breakfast na.”
Jhoanna and Colet turned at the voice and saw Brent smiling at both of them.
They had just finished with the first wave of patients. Shrugging, they didn't wait for Brent to say anything more. Kasama naman na ng lalaki ang mga clerk nila kaya naman dumeretso na silang dalawa sa pantry.
Naroon na ang pinamili na taho ni Colet para sa kanila.
"Hihigop na sana ako dito kanina." Colet said as she and Jhoanna sat down, holding the mugs of the silken tofu yumminess.
Jhoanna simply hummed, too hungry to function. Napakarami naman kasi nung pasyente nila kanina. She removed the hair tie keeping her long hair in a ponytail as she drank from her mug.
Napatingin siya kay Colet na pansin niya ay nakalingon lang sa kanya. "Bakit?" She asked with a small smile.
"Wala." Agad na sagot ni Colet sabay iwas ng tingin bago uminom sa sariling mug ng taho.
Jhoanna smirked to herself. Sa apat na araw na nakasama niya si Colet ay pakiramdam niyang kilalang kilala na niya ito. And she knew the girl had a habit of just looking at her and when she'd look back, Colet would suddenly look away and if that wasn't so endearing.
Colet jumped when she felt something against her leg and subtly glanced at Jhoanna who was non-chalantly drinking from her mug.
But Colet felt it again and realized that Jhoanna was brushing her leg against hers.
The devil.
“Wai.” Colet said in a warning tone and Jhoanna simply looked at her.
“Hmm?”
Ahhh.
Colet never backed down from a challenge. She smiled to herself as she too brushed her leg against Jhoanna.
“Hi good morning!”
The two quickly pulled away from each other when they saw Sheena entering the pantry.
Ngayon pa lang ang pasok nito dahil floater and post.
“Hi Shee!” Jhoanna greeted, giving the newly arrived girl a small wave.
“Hi! Ui bumili din ako taho.” Sheena said as she lifted the cup she has also bought from Kuya nagtataho outside.
She pulled a chair and squeezed herself between Jhoanna and Colet.
“Sa labas ba post niyo?” Sheena questioned as she drank from her cup.
Jhoanna nodded eagerly before continuing to tell Sheena of stories from the past hour.
Colet stayed quiet and was content with just looking at the two who were both animatedly conversing with each other.
“Ate Jho apakabargas.” Sheena chuckled as she drank from her cup.
Tumulo na kasi ang arnibal sa gilid ng mug ni Jhoanna kaya naman medyo kumalat na itoi sa daliri niya.
And Jhoanna was about to move to wipe it off when Colet beat her to it, grabbing a tissue which was right there on the table in front of them.
Like it was the most natural thing in the world, Colet started wiping the area where Jhoanna’s fingers were now sticky from the sweet sauce.
Sheena stilled while watching but seemingly decided not to talk about it as she continued watching the scene unfold before her. Na para bang wala siya don? The audacity?
“Kayo na ba?” Hindi na natiis ni Sheena.
Jhoanna and Colet both looked at their co-worker who was expectantly waiting for an answer when Jao, one of their clerks entered, knocking.
“Ma’am Jhoanna, Ma’am Colet, sorry po, nag ward po kasi si sir Brent, may ER for extraction lang daw po.”
“Ako na.” Colet quickly answered and stood up, not forgetting to rinse her mug at the sink first which she’d be coming back to clean up before she and Jao both exited.
“Makapag spot check na nga din.” Sheena said as she also stood up from. She stretched her arms above her head and moved to the door but was able to see Jhoanna cleaning Colet’s mug. Napataas na lang talaga ang kilay niya bago siya napailing at tuluyan nang lumabas.
The day went on normally for all of them when Ma’am Ica approached Jhoanna a few minutes before noon.
“Jho, sorry, I need you na mag 12 hours ngayon.”
“Po? Bakit?” Biglang tanong ni Colet.
Jhoanna quickly reached from behind and gave Colet’s arm a slight pinch.
Mabuti na lamang ay nag-explain lang naman ang kanilang chief. “Hindi kasi makakapasok si Angel may lagnat. Si Lloyd naman magiging kapalitan mo.”
“No problem po Ma’am.” Ngiti naman ni Jhoanna sa kanilang chief.
Nagpasalamat lang naman ang kanilang chief bago iwan na sila.
Making sure that they were alone, Colet turned to Jhoanna, sitting down beside the girl.
“Wai ako na lang sana nag 12 hours.”
“Off naman ako bukas.” Jhoanna replied, subtly caressing Colet’s hand from under the desk so no one would see.
Colet looked back and sighed. “Off din naman ako bukas.”
“Kaya nga it won’t be a bother?” Jhoanna chuckled. “Saka…dinner na lang tayo together?”
That got Colet smiling but was obviously still not that happy that Jhoanna would be spending a few more extra hours working
She tried reaching for Jhoanna’s hand when Stacey came into view, stretching her hands above her head.
“Jho, tara sa canteen? Gutom na ako eh.”
Jhoanna and Colet subtly pulle their hands away.
Muntik na.
Buti na lang biglang napatingin din si Stacey sa telepono.
“Ahm, sige tara.” Jhoanna whispered but then turned to Colet. “Chat ko na lang kung ano ulam sa canteen.”
“Mmm.” Colet said, nodding her head as she pretended to be engrossed with something in the computer in front of her.
Stacey looked at Jhoanna then to Colet then back to Jhoanna.
“Okay lang ba kayong dalawa?” She asked.
“Ha? Oo naman.” Jhoanna said, clearing her throat.
Colet with all of her might decided not to turn or to show her face because her ears were turning really red by now.
“Tara na Jho.” Aya pa ulit ni Stacey at hinawakan na ang pulsuhan ni Jhoanna bago ito hilain palabas.
2PM finally came and that meant that the morning duties would be heading on home.
“Oh? Jho tara na.” Aiah said as she held her tote bag, fixing it on her shoulder. Mikha was right behind her, texting on her phone but also lifted her head when she realized Jhoanna was still situated by the reception area.
“Dude uwi na tayo.” Mikha said.
And in came Colet coming from the pantry, fixing her bag. “Pinag 12 hours yan.”
“Naks. Money in the bag.” Aiah chided, her teeth glowing as she teasingly looked at Jhoanna.
“Money in the bag pagod in the back.” Balik asar pa ni Mikha.
“O siya happy duty na lang.” Aiah said before they waved to Jhoanna who also bid them good bye.
“Ingat kayo!” Jhoanna said with a small smile on her face.
Colet gave her a small glance, which she returned but also quickly looked away.
Jhoanna heard the back door close meaning the morning duties had now all left.
She sighed before checking their Hospital Information System for the next warding time when she heard the door opening again from the back.
Probably one of the afternoon duties, getting in late agai—
Jhoanna’s thoughts stopped when she felt a pair of lips kissing her temple.
She quickly gave a glance and saw a smiling Colet standing there.
The latter leaned in and whispered in her ear. “Hintayin kita maya, sa condo ko tayo magdinner.”
And in a split second Colet kissed the mole on Jhoanna’s jaw before she quickly exited through the back door once again.
Jhoanna held on to the area, not being able to resist the growing smile on her face.
“Jhooooo.”
She turned at the voice and saw Maloi approaching her.
The woman then hugged her from ehind as she sat on the chair. “Thank you at nag 12 hours kaaaa para di ako tumbling dito.”
“Oo naman ikaw pa!” Jhoanna giggled just as the phone rang. She immediately answered and when it was the ER calling for an extraction, she quickly grabbed their tackle box and made her way.
“Jho ako na!” Maloi called out but Jhoanna waved her off.
“It’s okay I got it!” Jhoanna replied, her smile reaching the heavens.
Naiwan doon si Maloi na windang na windang sa nangyayari. “Ang saya naman nun. Parang hindi nagmorning duty.” Nabulong na lang niya sa sarili.
6PM came and it was time for Jho to head on home.
“Ako na bahala Jho!” Taneo, the one she was endorsing to said.
“Thank you!”
Nagpaalam na si Jhoanna sa mga kasamahan at lumabas na ng laboratoryo.
She grabbed her phone and saw that Colet had texted her.
Wai:
Wai nandito ako sa parking.
Jhoanna’s eyes widened at that. At talagang pinuntahan pa siya ni Colet?!
She quickly made her way over to the parking lot.
At ayun na nga nandoon si Colet nakatayo sa tabi ng kotse niya.
Napalinga linga pa siya sa paligid kung may makakakita man sa kanila.
“Hey.” She greeted as she approached the woman.
Colet’s face lit up upon seeing her.
“Bakit pumunta ka pa talaga?” Jhoanna asked worriedly.
Colet shrugged as she smiled at the woman. “Ewan? Kasi dapat magkasama tayo kanina.” Tila nayayamot niyang sabi.
Jhoanna chuckled as she finallly opened her car and Colet got into the passenger seat.
She had just clicked her seat belt into place. “May need ba tayo daana—mppff.” Jhoanna’s words were cut short when Colet planted one as she faced her.
“Waiiii.” Jhoanna chuckled against Colet’s lips who was now cradling her face and still pecking her lips continuously.
“Sorry can’t get enough.” Colet said, brushing her nose with Jhoanna’s, planting one last peck before finally pulling away.
Pasimpleng napadasal si Jhoanna kasi paano na lang siya mamaya kapag nandoon na sila sa condo ni Colet.
She drove up from the basement parking and was surprised to see Sheena waiting by the entrance.
At kahit tinted ang kotse ay napayuko si Colet.
Siyempre ay kilala ni Sheena ang sasakyan in Jhoanna.
Feeling a bit nervous, Jhoanna rolled her window half way, subtly looking at Colet who was still ducked down.
“Shee! Bakit nandyan ka pa?” Jhoanna asked. Ang alam kasi niya ay kanina pa ito nakauwi.
Sheena’s eyes lit up when she saw Jhoanna. “Ui Ate Jho! Susunduin kasi ako ng kuya ko.”
Jhoanna breathed a sigh of relief. Nakakahiya naman kasi kung hindi niya ito ihahatid diba?? Nagiisip na lang siya ng dahilan kung bakit kasama niya si Colet sakaling isasakay niya si Sheena.
But since that wouldn’t be the case, well Colet would have to stay ducked down.
“May kasama ka ba?” Sheena suddenly asked.
Jhoanna felt her heart start beating faster. “Ha? Wala.”
“Ay oki! Ingats ka Ate Jho padating na daw kuya ko.”
“Ingat Shee!” Jhoanna waved back before driving off.
Umayos na ng upo si Colet.
“Jusko sumakit leeg ko doon.” Colet said.
Mahinang natawa si Jhoanna she reached with one hand and caressed the area of Colet’s shoulder and neck.
“Mmm.” Hindi natiis ni Colet na umungol sa sarap.
“Wai wag please.” Jhoanna chuckled.
Natawa na din si Colet. “Mag drive ka na dyan.”
Grinning, Jhoanna did as Colet said before they reached the latter’s condo building.
Saka lang naramdaman ni Jhoanna ang pagod nang makita ang sofa bed ni Colet.
“Jusko. Mahirap nga pala ang 12 hours.” She said as she fell face first and closed her eyes.
Colet approached slowly and fixed Jhoanna’s hair. “Wai mag shower ka muna doon dali paglabas mo kain tayo.”
But Jhoanna was feeling a little too tired to function and only moaned in answer.
Colet chuckled. “5 minutes lang. Ipagiinit muna kita ng water.” She said, kissing the top of Jhoanna’s head.
And so she fussed over things and started with the cooking, letting Jhoanna rest. Lahat naman sila nakaranas ng 12 hours at nakakapagod talaga siya.
Colet was starting the sauce for the creamy pork chops she was cooking when she heard Jhoanna finally getting up to shower. Alam naman nito kung saan ang damit niya.
She chuckled to herself. Para siyang may alaga kasi.
She hastened with what she was doing. Gusto niya kasi kakain na lang si Jho pagkatapos nito magbihis.
This felt so domestic. And they’d just gotten together a few days ago. Oddly enough, she wasn’t really bothered about it. She just knew she felt happy.
She had just turned the fire out when she felt two arms wrapping around from behind.
An instant smile crawled up Colet’s face as she glanced at the person behind her.
“Naks fresh na.” She teased as Jhoanna hugged her tighter.
“Bango naman nyan. Nagutom ako lalo.”
Colet chuckled as Jhoanna pulled away so she could plate the food.
Inayos naman ni Jhoanna ang maliit na lamesa doon.
Nandon na din ang sinaing kaya naman masayan silang dalawa na tumuloy na sa pagkain.
“Grabe, ang sarap pala talaga kapag gutom no?” Jhoanna said as she continued eating.
Colet smirked at her. “Aminin mo na lang na masarap yung luto ko talaga.”
Grinning, Jhoanna leaned closer and wrapped her arms around Colet’s as they sat next to each other. “Masarap kasi niluto mo para sa akin.”
Natawa na si Colet. “Boang.”
After finishing up, they washed the dishes before settling on cuddling on the couch.
“Wai…” Colet called as Jhoanna had her head on her chest.
“Mm gising pa ako pramis.”
Colet chuckled at that. Why was Jhoanna so cute.
“Lipat na tayo sa kama?” She suggested as she caressed Jhoanna’s hair.
That got Jhoanna’s eyes opening slightly.
“Baka masanay ako ah.” She chuckled.
Colet grinned at her before leaning down to peck her lips softly. “Balak ko na sanayin ka talaga.”
Kinikilig na napakagat labi si Jhoanna.
The first night back from Tagaytay, she also slept in Colet’s condo. Ginabi na kasi sila at mas malapit ang condo ni Colet.
So she spent the night. And it all felt very natural. Ganun siguro kapag masaya?
Kaya ito. Jhoanna found herself lying down on Colet’s bed after washing up and brushing her teeth.
Inaantok na talaga siya. Ikaw ba naman mag 12 hours sa trabaho.
After a few moments she felt Colet spooning her from behind.
And that gave her a sense of comfort. There was something with a warm body beside you, matching the cool sheets and the air conditioning.
Parang mas lalo siya inantok.
Jhoanna could feel her eyes starting to close when she felt Colet kissing her cheek. She smiled and reached for the girl’s arm, directing it to wrap around her slim figure.
“Tutulog ka na Wai?” Colet whispered against her skin.
Jhoanna moaned in answer. Kasi napapapikit na talaga siya.
She heard Colet chuckle.
There was a few moments of silence where Jhoanna was about to let sleep take her when she felt Colet moving to kiss the side of her neck, her lips moving slowly and smoothly along the smoothness of Jhoanna’s skin.
“Wai please, patulugin mo ako.” Jhoanna murmured.
A small laugh escaped Colet’s lips. “What? Tulog ka lang dyan.” She said in a teasing manner before continuing to kiss Jhoanna’s neck.
This was where Jhoanna finally turned so that they were facing each other.
“Ang kulet.” She murmured as she reached to peck Colet’s lips.
Napapikit na kasi talaga siya.
Colet finally gave in though. She smiled as she kissed Jhoanna’s forehead. “Sige na sleep na tayo. Buong araw sa akin ka.”
Jhoanna smiled at that, burying her face in Colet’s neck. Excited na siya.
Hindi na nila kinailangan pa bumalik sa condo ni Jhoanna dahil kasya lang din naman ang mga damit ni Colet kay Jhoanna.
They opted to go South far away from their co-workers.
It was a silent conversation on their part that they keep things a little lowkey.
Kasi sa totoo lang hindi pa din nila kaya i-explain sa mga katrabaho nila.
Sa sarili nga hindi din nila ma-explain eh.
They chose to shop around a mall in the Cavite area.
“Wai ang ganda nung bag.” Jhoanna scurried over to a store when a certain bag had caught her attention even from outside.
Colet smiled as she watched the fascinated look on Jhoanna’s face.
“May ganito din na kulay.” Colet said, seeing the bag next to where Jhoanna was looking.
“Dali twinning tayo.” Jhoanna said as she was already holding on to the first bag.
Before Colet could speak, an attendant had already approached them. “Ay maganda po yan ma’am, very spacey po sa loob.”
Though Colet knew in herself that she didn’t really care for the bag. Basta twinning sila ni Jhoanna.
So without any more questions asked, they bought the two bags, black and maroon to be exact.
From that store they chose to transfer to another where they could also shop for some clothes.
Colet was looking at a shirt hanging above. She tried reaching for it when Jhoanna stood behind her and easily reached said shirt.
Grinning, she teasingly kissed the top of Colet’s head. “My short baby.”
“Maka short ka dyan. Titan ka lang talaga.” Colet murmured, still thankful that Jhoanna was tall enough to grab the shirt.
She kissed the mole by Jhoanna’s right jaw and decided to get the shirt just because she’d remember this moment every time she wore it.
They continued looking around when Colet saw another blouse.
“Wai muhkang bagay yan sayo.” Jhoanna said, planting her chin by Colet’s left shoulder as the latter was subtly looking at one blouse.
Smirking, Colet turned her head slightly to glance at the girl, their noses almost brushing. “Sus, kasi hihiramin mo?”
Jhoanna giggled as she bit her lip. “Alam mo agad ah? Sige kung ayaw mo ako na lang susukat.”
“Samahan pa kita sa dressing room.” Colet said challengingly but Jhoanna only rolled her eyes.
The taller girl grabbed said blouse and made her way to the dressing rooms, leaving Colet to herself as she continued browsing.
Tipid pala kasi pwede sila maghiraman kung sakali.
She was in the middle of gazing at a few more polo shirts when she heard a faniliar voice calling.
“Col?”
She turned her head and saw Mikha standing there holding a blouse.
Nanlaki ang mata ni Colet. Howshit.
What was Mikha doing here? They were in Cavite for pete’s sake!
“Mikhs? Ano ginagawa mo dito?”
“Luh bawal ba? Taga Cavite ako.” Mikha answered amusedly. She probably noticed Colet fidgeting and looking behind her so she did as well.
“Sino hanap mo?” Mikha asked, returning her look to Colet.
“H-ha? W-wala.”
It was at that moment that Jhoanna exited from the dressing rooms at the area right behind Mikha.
Colet’s eyes widened and so did Jhoanna’s.
Because of this, Mikha moved to turn back but Colet quickly held her arm and made her face front again.
Jhoanna from behind quickly ducked behind a cabinet.
“Ah Mikhs para kanino yang hawak mo parang hindi naman ganyan style mo.” Colet asked as she looked at Mikha.
This seemed to stir Mikha’s attention from behind. Since she visibly reddened at that. “Grabe nagsusuot ako ng ganito ah.”
“Style yan ni Aiah eh.” Colet said, raising her eyebrows.
Mikha gulped at that. “Napaka. Bakit pala dito ka sa Cavite umabot?” Clearly she was changing the subject.
Kung yung totoo na sagot, ang sasabihin ni Colet ay para nga makalayo sila ni Jhoanna pero tamo ito si tadhana talaga namang sinakto na nandito din si Mikha.
“Yung ano…gusto ko lang makita yung outdoor park.” Colet answered. It was lame, she knew. Pero wala na siya maisip,lalo na at nakikita niyang umeexit si Jhoanna ng shop.
It was in that moment that Mikha’s phone started ringing.
“It’s my brother.” Mikha said as she smiled at Colet. “See you na lang sa susunod natin na duty! Enjoy your uh…solo date.”
And with that she left Colet standing there.
After a few moments, Jhoanna came back, checking to see if the coast was clear.
There was a giddy smile on her face as she approached Colet. “Grabe Wai muntikan na yon. Of all places bakit kasi nandito si Mikhs diba?”
Colet shook her head, chuckling to herself. “Nagutom ako sa kaba ah.”
Jhoanna grinned as she took Colet’s hand in hers. “Tara na kain na tayo.”
They decided to eat at a small cafe, talking about how Mikha almost caught them.
“Tila ninja ako kanina eh.” Jhoanna laughed, executing the move she did just so Mikha wouldn’t see her.
And Colet just had to snap a few photos of Jhoanna since the woman looked so cute. She loved hearing Jhoanna’s laugh and also loved seeing her do so. It was hard not to smile seeing Jhoanna like that.
“Lakas paparazzi eh.” Jhoanna said when she noticed.
“Wala ka choice you look so cute here.” Colet chuckled. She stared at the picture and just wanted to post it, for the whole world to see. Parang gusto na niya talaga…
“Hey nandito na yung food.” Jhoanna said, snapping Colet from her reverie.
Sighing, Colet pushed her thoughts to the back of her mind. She plastered a smile on her face and got ready to eat.

“Ihi.” Bungad ni Stacey kay Colet na naka-assign sa Clinical Microscopy section. She placed a basket on the counter and Colet only rolled her eyes.
Quota na kasi siya sa dami ng specimen.
”Pagtapos mo dyan kumain na tayo atecco gutom na kami.”
Colet watched as Stacey walked away. Nagugutom na din kasi talaga siya kaya binilisan na niya ang pagbasa.
Nang marelease na ang resulta ay naghugas na siya ng kamay at dumeretso sa pantry kung saan nakaupo na si Mikha, Stacey, Sheena at Maloi.
“Dalawa talaga yung order nitong kimchi cheesy chicken?” Mikha asked as she was taking the orders from the paper bag. “Col sa’yo ba ‘to?”
“Huh? Hindi may baon ako eh.” Colet answered as she showed her lunch box. Creamy beef na luto ni Jhoanna kaya excited na excited siya.
“Akin yan Mikhs, wag ka judgemental gutom ako.” Stacey answered.
Mikha raised an eyebrow. “Wala nga ako sinasabi?”
“Inunahan lang kita.”
“Tama na yan gutom na talaga ako.” Sheena said as she was opening her container.
“Col patikim naman parang ang sarap ng ulam mo.” Maloi said when she saw Colet’s food.
Agad naman inalok ni Colet ang lahat. Proud siya eh. Kung alam lang ng mga katrabaho nila na itong masarap na pagkain ay luto ni Jhoanna.
“Hala Ate Colet sorry!” Biglang sabi ni Sheena nang masagi niya ang tinidor ni Colet kaya tumalsik ito sa baba.
“Okay lang Shee, may extra ako sa locker.” Colet reassured the girl before grabbing said extra utensil.
It was then she heard her phone pinging, a message coming through.
Wait. Her phone!!!!
Nakapatong kasi ito sa lamesa.
It was too late. She saw her phone lighting up and her wallpaper showed up.
Sabay sabay na napatingin ang apat pa na babae sa wallpaper.
It was a shot of her and Jhoanna cuddling in bed.
SHIT TALAGA.
The four girls looked back at her.
She sighed before sitting back down. “Uhm…” Hindi niya ma explain. Wala nga sila label ni Jhoanna eh.
Pero wala din naman siya pake. It was what she felt what count.
Sighing, she readied herself for what the girls were about to say. “So uh…Jhoanna and I are a thing…”
“Ah oo alam namen.” Stacey said.
Colet’s eyes widened at that. “Ha?”
Stacey started explaining. “Nakita ko kayo nung nakaraan may pahaplos haplos ng kamay sa ilalim ng desk atecco kita kapag nasa gilid.”
“Ako nga nakita ko si Ate Colet nakasakay sa passenger seat ni Ate Jho. Passenger princess ang peg.” Sheena murmured, drinking from her coke bottle.
Colet felt like her brain was going to short circuit.
“Ah wala kayo saken.” Maloi proudly answered. Para bang contest. “May pa halik sa sentido, kilig hanggang hypothalamus ako noon mga beh.”
“Lugi.” Mikha murmured with a pout. “I just saw them shopping together. Akala ni Jhoanna she was magaling magtago.”
“Sandali sandali.” Putol in Colet sa sinasabi nilang lahat. “So you guys know?”
“Ulitin pa namin?” Maloi teased.
“Hindi ko alam bakit tinatago niyo artista ba kayo?” Stacey said back and laughed.
“Kilig na kilig pa nga kami eh.” Sheena chuckled.
That got Colet thinking. Oo nga. Ano ba tinatago nila ni Jhoanna diba?
Their conversation was cut short when the doors opened and in came Jhoanna and Aiah since they were the duties for the afternoon shift.
“Ngayon pa lang kayo nagl-lunch?” Jhoanna asked worriedly. “Wa—Col, bakit hindi mo pa ubos yan? Nalipasan ka nanaman ba ng gutom?”
All of them look at her then back to Colet.
Aiah who was standing there confusedly looked at the scene. “Is something happening?”
Colet chuckled. Alam naman na nila. “Wag ka mag-alala Wai di pa naman ako nalipasan, sarap nga ng luto mo.”
Jhoanna’s eyes widened at that. Colet was downright revealing things to their co-workers!
“Ang cute naman ng tawagan niyong magjowa.” Sheena chuckled. “Pero bakit ‘Wai’?”
Jhoanna sputtered, information overloading. “A-alam niyo na?”
“Jho masyado kayo obvious eh.” Aiah chuckled, finally getting what was going on as she sat down beside Mikha.
Namula ang pisngi ni Jhoanna. She turned to Colet looking a little apologetic.
Colet smiled back.
“Hindi pala tayo discreet Wai.” Jhoanna chuckled.
“Sinubukan niyo naman. Masyado lang talaga kami tsismosa.” Maloi answered. And they all laughed at that.
“Pero jowa na nga talaga kita?” Biglang tanong ni Colet kay Jhoanna. ‘Cause she noticed the taller girl didn’t exactly react to what Sheena said.
“Matagal na kitang jowa sa utak ko.” Jhoanna smiled.
Grinning, Colet leaned in to kiss Jhoanna’s cheek. She was just so happy that they could move freely like this.
“CORNY SA LIPS DAPAT!” Biglang sabi ni Stacey at nagtawanan sila.
Sheena cut them off though. “Sandali! Sagutin niyo muna ako kung bakit Wai!!!”
