Chapter Text
In the streets of Fontaine you could see a considerable number of people, some going about their own business, and others enjoying the wonders that were offered to them in different places, and on the other hand we had the brothers who were running quickly.
Although in this chase, Lynette was the one running after Lyney, trying to catch up her brother, who seemed like the feeling of "gossip" had hit him so hard that it gave him a great ability to run faster than usual.
"Lyney, this is stupid."
She said seriously to her brother, hoping that the magician could hear her words well, she didn't know what would happen if he discovered what Freminet was hiding.
"It's for the good of Freminet, Lynette! Who knows if he's in danger or something!"
The girl let out a frustrated sigh.
On the other side of the situation, we can find a certain blonde, who with his heart racing, was walking towards a place in Fontaine somewhat hidden from the general population, a beautiful lake, where he had hidden in one of his many attempts to want to disappear from the same world without anyone bothering him.
But this feeling was no longer entirely common lately, not since he met a very special person for him, someone who, despite being very contrary to him in several aspects, had taken it upon himself to treat him with such beautiful delicacy, one that I appreciated it too much. And even though he and his boyfriend, Gaming, had only been together for a few months, and because of fear of the blue-eyed boy, their relationship was not so public yet, it felt like a lot of years had passed since then from their first talk, their first hug, from their first kiss...
"Freminet!"
The aforementioned was so deep in his thoughts that he could not notice that he was already at the meeting point, raising his gaze a little more when he realized that an opposite figure was approaching directly to him, he was able to recognize it, his partner was smiling at him in such a characteristic way that he couldn't help but smile also in a soft way.
“Gaming…”
While he was saying the brunette's name, he was already practically at his side, taking him in his arms, hugging him and raising him a little off the ground, letting the blonde let out a soft gasp of surprise at the sudden action.
"Hello beautiful! I missed you so much!"
Gaming looked more than excited, jumping in his position, holding his boyfriend tightly, while he tried to grab the dancer's shoulders.
"I missed you too... But it's only been a week since we saw each other, and... Could you please put me down?"
The blonde asked calmly, Gaming let out a nervous laugh, but he did what his partner asked, although his calmness did not last long, because he later found himself kissing the diver's freckled cheeks. Freminet, somewhat embarrassed by that type of contact, left himself while he felt how his insides and face were heating up, a sensation so beautiful that he began to laugh at the tickling that was caused.
Gaming stopped after a few seconds, to look at the boy with a big smile, while his hands remained on Freminet's waist.
"I feel so happy to have the most handsome boy in all of Teyvat with me."
A blush crossed both their faces, without being able to avoid it, the contact was so common, but for both of them it had an even stronger effect.
They had a somewhat romantic moment after that, spending a few minutes in the water barefoot, playing with it a little. Later, somewhat tired of those games, they sat near the shore of the lake, enjoying having a meaningless chat, both just wanting to be with each other.
"If one day you can go to Liyue, we have to go to the Wanmin restaurant, the chef there has some dishes that are a little exotic, but also some very delicious ones"
Gaming explains to him with emotion, as he normally did, describing various aspects of the place, highlighting the most important ones in his opinion.
"Oh! And we should go see the lantern rite too! I would really like it if you could see me dance or something like that, it's a festivity that I love very much! And I love it more if you are with me"
Freminet became a little nervous at imagining the large number of people that could be in that place, after all, that festival was not something small or something that went unnoticed by people. Although, the image of being with his dear boyfriend having such a happy moment motivated him a little more to be in a place like that. He was close to Gaming, so he didn't miss the opportunity to take the initiative a little this time, placing his head on his shoulder, while he slowly closed his eyes, listening to the sound of water and nature.
"That sounds like a great idea... I would love to go with you..."
Gaming blushed a little at the contact, but decided to respond with his arm rising, and putting it on the blonde's shoulder, keeping him at his side in an affectionate way.
These two lovers were so immersed in their own world that they did not notice how two individuals were watching them from the bushes, and here we return to the same thing that happened at the beginning. Lyney watched in disbelief what was happening, Freminet? Was his little brother dating someone? When and how did all this happen? He looked at Lynette trying to look for any sign of disbelief in her, but the only thing he could see of his sister was the same face she used to have almost every day, it was as if she wasn't surprised by any of this.
"I can't understand it... How did he... When did all this happen?"
"A few months ago... You can't know everything, Lyney"
Lynette's words were as if a bucket of cold water had fallen on his head, which only made the doubts worse.
"What do you mean? Lynette, did you knew about all of this for a long time?"
The girl with violet eyes looked away a little, then sighed softly, and now looked with her penetrating eyes at her brother, who seemed very disconcerted for all the sudden information he was receiving at the moment, and which was yet to come worse for him.
"I found out by accident... It was a day when you were not present in Fontaine, I was just looking for a new tie for one of our shows... Until I saw him with that boy..."
Those explanations from Lynette seemed to be almost impossible, he couldn't believe that on any day anything could happen.
"Freminet managed to see me in the same way, I just tried to leave as quickly as possible. When we returned home, he met me in a place further away from Father and the others, and explained to me everything that was happening. But he was so nervous that he almost cried, it was very difficult for him to talk about all of this, all of that was his little secret"
"But, why didn't he want to tell me anything if you already knew? It's not supposed to be a secret anymore if you already know..."
Lyney's tone of voice was concerned, but with a hint of anger in it, he felt offended that Freminet couldn't tell him what was going on, or that he was at least interested in someone.
"I chose not to say anything, after all, it is his decision whether to make all this public, and sorry Lyney, but not all Freminet matters are yours, he will eventually discover the time to tell you"
Lyney looked back at the couple that was on the floor, observing how his little brother looked much happier, how he could laugh without any problem, not like at home where he seemed to have the same expression. He thought about all this a little, and very careful not to be heard, he got up from his hiding place, being watched by the feline girl.
"I guess you're right... I think is the moment to return home, Lynette..."
The Pyro user sounded a little sad, but he decided that it had been enough, and since his sister was right about all of this, he couldn't force Freminet to let go of everything at once, he had to give him some time for this. He walked away with his eyes downcast, and Lynette followed him with the same silence, not wanting to talk more until she wanted to.
But in the place where the youngest of the "sibilings" was, he could hear a sound coming from the distant bushes, being somewhat surprised by this, while Gaming rested his head on his lap without any problem.
The sibilings were sitting in the living room of the building, sharing some tea between the two, but it only seemed as if the anemo user was enjoying it, Lyney was still somewhat thoughtful about everything he saw previously, without being able to still completely believe it. A soft knock could be heard on the door, the two looked at it, and on the other side a soft and low voice spoke.
"Lyney? Lynette? Father told me that you were here..."
It was Freminet's voice, there was no doubt. Lyney was close to choking on some of the tea he was trying to drink. Lynette, seeing how he reacted nervously, moved her favorite cup away from her lips, holding it delicately in her hands.
"Yeah Fremmy, we are here, please come in"
The door opened slowly, showing Freminet, who had his little penguin Pers in one of his arms, as he always used to be, but his other hand was not shown, as if he had it hidden behind the door, this did not go unnoticed for the magicians, but they decided to remain silent about this.
"Hello Freminet, Would you like to have some tea with us?"
Lynette said with a soft tone, watching as the blonde shook his head at her invitation.
"No, thank you very much Lynette, I'm not very thirsty, and actually..."
The rest of Freminet's arm could not be seen, and his hand even less so, the state in which he was found revealed his nerves, avoiding the gaze of his sibilings a little, who were quiet and attentive to whatever was happening.
"Is something wrong Fremmy? You look a little strange..."
Lyney's voice caught the attention of the other two, making Freminet blush a little at that statement, squeezing Pers a little more with his arm, somehow looking for a comfort to fix his nerves.
"I would like... to talk to you about something... Or rather about someone... Especially to you Lyney, and please, I ask you not to get so upset, because I know how dramatic you are."
A giggle escaped Lynette's mouth, also avoiding the somewhat annoyed expression on the face of her biological brother, not being able to believe that his little brother Freminet, the one he had "cared" so much for as long as he can remember could say something like that out loud, and worse, with him in person, the magician put a hand on his chest, proving the blonde's point.
When the environment seemed a little more welcoming for the diver, he took a big breath of air, and his hidden arm became more and more visible to his brothers, and at a certain angle, something else could be seen, another hand, the which took with affection that of the blonde. The unknown figure became clearer with each second, until now they could clearly see a young boy, like Freminet, at his side, who smiled nervously before the expectant eyes that analyzed him from head to toe.
"Guys... I want to introduce you to Gaming... My boyfriend..."
