Chapter Text

I've learned how to walk now. Still taking my small unsteady steps, before making my short fall and getting back up again. The lamb is thriving, having been running for a while now. Different species take different times. Out in the open, tall green grass grows around the hooves of the sheep, they eat it. It was warm outside, the glowing sun shining on the wool in it's back as the lamb went around again, exploring it's places. The water, the small hut, where they slept, close by the human's house where the hens went around, then back to the rest of the flock out in the middle of the field. Something was over in the corner, something different or new. The lamb felt a need to see it.

I am now in school, second grade. I have great friends and a kitty at home, named Stevie! I am growing up quick, and I like to play outside with my friends. We have a ball we all pass around. Mom's hard at work, she is a doctor, and Dad works at the electronics store. I want to be like my parents when I grow up. I like reading in school, my teacher says that I need to focus more on my school work then the fantasy world in the pages, but they feel much better then the real world she wants me to come back to.

At home I like to play videogames, when I am not reading or when there is bad weather, since I can not play with my friends when it is cold or wet, mom says i will catch a cold. She does not like when I am sick, I do not either but I like being home and playing games or reading instead of school. But I can tell it makes mom sad, I can't be home alone, so she has to stay home too, she gets worried about work. She thinks I do not know, but I do. Still, today I am sick at home, I have high fever, mom is sick too, she fell asleep at the table, I tried to make her coffee on the big machine but I think it's cold now. I am just going to play some videogames and let mum sleep.
