Summary:
James T. Kirk can't believe it's the end of the second five-year journey. What happens in the future? Will the crew remain together?

After 10 wonderful years aboard the USS Enterprise, James Kirk doesn't feel like facing the crew. The highs and lows, the adventures, the promise of a new beginning, and the premature end for others. 'I better get this over with.' He reminded himself.
Spock, Jim's ever-loving Vulcan husband, promised to stay with him no matter what, even after his promotion to Captain. Spock will always consider himself the first officer to one James T. Kirk.
Leonard McCoy, Jim's longtime best friend, decided to stay despite being appointed to full commander.
Jim will soon learn about the rest of the crew.
