When Constantine and other members of Justice League Dark first announced the foretelling that all the magic users received about the potential war between Infinite Realms that could end the living world, the Justice League still did not fully believe that. But then, more and more magic users, enemies or not, “contact” the league’s members about the prophecy, showing their fear of that.
Even Wonder Woman dreamed of her Father's warning about the possibility of the war and its consequences, and Shazam also saw some view of the future when the war happened, which is not great.
What’s worse? According to the prophecy, it is not the war between Earth and Infinite Realms that destroys the living world. No, the ending of the human worlds and galaxies is just a small aftermath of the fight between the Infinite Realms. The message that all the magic users on this Earth received, aka the warning, is the effort of all worlds and dimensions of the living to self-help.
That was the reason why all Justice League founding members gathered at Tower with the Justice League Dark to summon a Ghost King
- And why does our Earth have a key to end the war before it starts when it does not even start on Earth?
The Flash asked while finishing his sandwich, still unconvinced about the “ prophecy” thing.
- The war will start because of something in our Earth. You should feel lucky because if it is due to something on other dimensions, we don't even have a chance to stop it
Constantine scowled his face, he seemed grumpy a lot more than usual. All magic users, or anyone related to magic, have been put in an uneasy mood since receiving the warning about the future.
Green Lantern, aka Hal Jordan, raised his eyebrows:
- Then why should we summon a Ghost King of Infinity Realms? Doesn't it make Earth more reachable for him?
Shazam explained:
- He could reach Earth whenever he wanted so summoning him is our way of inviting him politely. And if we could keep a friendly ally with him, we could ask for his help if the war happened. Due to all the ancient histories about him, he is a wisdom king who doesn't mind giving a hand to those in need, as long as we are in goodwill
Batman still disagreed with this plan from the start:
- I don't think summoning the powerful entity to be our backup plan due to his history descriptions is a smart move
Superman also wasn't happy about it:
- I agree with Bruce. Are you sure we don't have another plan? Like blocking the bridge between Earth and Infinity Realms?
Shazam tried to sound calm but his voice couldn't hide how tired he was:
- Well, if we do that, our world will be forever lost and fade away slowly. The Infinity Realms have the beginning of every world and will accept all the world when it meets its ending. If we cut ties with Infinity Realms, we delete our beginning. And if we don't have the beginning, we never could have something like the present or the future.
Feeling the seriousness in Captain Marvel's voice, all the heroes stay silent, with sincerity in their eyes. Batman looked at all the Justice League Dark members and then gave Zatanna a small nod.
All the magic users looked at each other before forming a circle and casting magic spells.

The Infinity Realms includes the beginning of all worlds that ever existed and everything of the worlds that met their end. It has been ruled by the Royalties with The Ghost King Phantom as the Leader, the King's Brother, Dan the Wrath as the First Commander, and Vlad the Plasmius, the King's uncle as the Consultant.
All three of them used to be Halves - the beings that stayed between life and death. But ruling the Realms too long means the Phantoms will become one with the Realms someday, or disappear into the unknown, leaving their throne to the new king.
All the Phantoms don't care about losing their throne of Infinity Realms. The Infinity Realms are their Kingdom, domains, and territories but never their home. They are trapped by destiny and obligations in there. Even ruling with their brothers or uncle doesn't make it feel better cause all of them are not really in a "friendly relationship" with each other. So it could be said that all of them are waiting for their ending.
But then, one day, they changed their minds.
Everything started because of the prediction of Clockwork about someone so special that their being could change the state of Infinity Realms, who could be called the Royal's Heart. That has been stated that The Royal's Heart will complete the royal's heart, and become the meaning, and motivation to existing. This person will be a heart in their carcass, giving them the family they always wanted.
Phantom is the first one to know about it, he laughs it off. How could some person who-knows-from-where could give him what he always wants, a family? Then Dan and Vlad also know, and they also doubt about it. But The Ghost King Phantom, who used to be Clockworks, Master of Time's student, still listens to his old mentor's advice even if he doesn't have to care about anyone's opinions anymore. So even when the King himself doesn't like the idea of a soulmate at the beginning, he still keeps the orb that will guide him to his future spouse.
Phantom just keeps looking at the orb sometimes a day, like a relaxing game. Then, he begins to imagine the person that destiny to fulfill his void, who could they be? What would they like? How will they meet? It's just the curious, Phantom said to himself. But then he's craving it, craving to meet his other half, to know his soulmate, to unify with the person who will save him from loneliness.
The orb becomes the center of his court, in the ceiling where he could see while sitting on his throne. And he waits, like a creature inside a bottle, knowing the cap will open one day but not sure when it will happen.
One day, while sitting on his throne, Phantom suddenly feels the summon. Before he can decline it like normally, the orb lights up and give the Ghost Message: " Answer it".
So Danny answered the summon into the dimension that he knew would be where he met his soulmate. The orb glows up again and gives another the Ghost Message behind him: " Act nice and they will invite you to your destiny".

The circle that the magic users drew in the Watch Tower glowingly, and a giant shadow with dark green eyes came out of the summon symbols. This giant being looked around the Justice Leagues and Justice Leagues Dark like it was searching for something then the shadow caught on a green flame that consumed its body. When the flames died down, stood there a slim and beautiful man, with silver hair and green eyes, in an armor that looked similar to Batman’s but with different symbols like a DP alphabet in English.
The man looked directly at Batman, spook with a language that no one had heard before but being translated straight into their heads:
- I am Ghost King Phantom, the ruler of Infinity Realms. Now give me the reason why your dimension wants to summon me

What the King Phantom didn’t know is that he was not the only one who looking at the orb, waiting for their other half.
He is not the only one in the Royalties of Infinity Realms who dreams about the potential mate that will make their lives worth waiting for.
