Chapter 4: Buck Is In Love With Eddie

Whoops, it’s 2 AM and I’m running out of steam here. But it’s basically bits of Chapter 1 mashed up with bits of Chapter 2. Buck and Eddie and Chris are a somewhat more traditional family, Buck doesn’t actually bother to move out of Eddie’s house, and they all live happily ever after.

Tommy absolutely finds love. Maybe with Ravi, who has no idea what Tommy saw in Buck, but who is perfectly happy to listen to Tommy nerd out about cars and planes and monster trucks, since Tommy listens patiently to Ravi nerding out about his long-term investment strategies and his plan to retire before 50. (Tommy decides he can wait to mention that he’ll be 50 in six years until their third or fourth date.)

Notes:

I have decided that Tommy turns 44 this year because I want him to, and 9-1-1 has fucked the timeline enough that I feel no loyalty to any stated character ages.

I can't believe this is my first fic for this fandom. It's four genres of fic squished together in 1200 words, and perhaps the whole thing is exemplified by Chapter 3 (nobody wants this). To be fair, I don't want chapter 1 either (sad Eddie! nooooo).
