Izuku Midoriya woke up the next day with Mei in his arms still sleeping, she barely gets any sleep, and it was still pretty early so he didn’t try to wake her. Instead he just started stroking her hair, it felt like thick noodles.
After nearly an hour Mei finally woke up, when she opened her eyes the first thing she saw was her boyfriend, she smiled and gave him a quick kiss and buried her face in his shoulder.
“Morning Mei,” he said, pulling her closer. “Morning Izuku,” she said with her face stuffed in his shoulder.They stayed like that for a few minutes before Mei kissed his cheek, and got out of his bed.
“I enjoyed this Izuku, but now it’s time to go make some more babies.”
“Are you sure you want to leave right now Mei? I can make you something to eat before you go” Izuku said sitting up.
“I’m fine Izuku, I have some food bars in my dorm, so I think I should be good for a while” She walked over and pecked his cheek once more “ see you later Izuku” she said as she was walking out, still wearing his clothes.
“See you, Mei I love you” he responded. After Mei left he got out of bed.’I should bring her food later’ he then realised she left wearing the clothes that he had lent her. ‘I’m never getting those back am I?’
Soon he walked downstairs to go get breakfast. Some of his classmates were already there.
“Yo Midoriya, just saw your girl leaving in your clothes, care to explain?” Kaminari asked, trying not to laugh. “Yeah, did you let her keep it or what?” Sero asks this time, teasing a bit.
“I let her borrow it, but not so sure she’ll give it back” after saying this some of his classmates laughed.
“Seriously dude, you let her win with this ‘Izuku Time’ but now you really need to control her” Kaminari spitting out some of his food.
Kirishima was hearing this teasing, got up and decided to stop this unmanliness. “Not cool guys, it’s called giving affection, and he’s respecting his girl, something you guys won’t experience with that attitude” that made both Sero and Kaminari stop their teasing and upset.
Kirishima just put his arm on Midoriya’s shoulder and said, “It’s manly for you to do this for her, but have you ever considered spending time with her in her dorm?”
Midoriya turned towards Kirishima to answer him. “I have been in her dorm before, and it’s just like a second office or lab for her, she has nothing but smaller projects she works on, and a bunch of tools scattered around” this surprised everyone who was listening.
“Just another lab? Does she even have a bed?””She has an inflatable mattress that she uses whenever she felt like it. She just moves her stuff around to make room and goes to sleep” He said so, so casually that Sero and Kaminari decided to not tease him anymore.
“Oh Midoriya, your school uniform” Yaoyorozu came with his uniform folded in her hands. Thanks Yaoyorozu” he gladly took it from her and made food for himself.
“Alright this is it for now, everyone go to lunch and we’ll have our heroics exercise after that” Aizawa said before walking out of the classroom.
All the students packed up their things and headed out.
While all the students were heading to the cafeteria, Midoriya was going in a different direction, “Midoriya, where are you going, the cafeteria is this way.” Iida said, having his hands pointed towards where the cafeteria was.
“I made some Bento earlier and I’m going to the support department to give some to Mei” he said while holding up the Bento box, even though he was being hypocritical from what he said the last night, he still had to make sure Mei at least ate something.
“Very well then” Iida decided to walk towards the cafeteria without him.
Midoriya made his way to the support department, this time the door didn’t explode in his face. Mei was on a work bench making a piece of support equipment.
“Hatsume, the bell just rang, it’s time to go to lunch.” One of the support students tried to get her to take a break.
“That’s fine, but I need to finish this” Mei didn’t even look away at what she was working on, instead she just kept on working.
“Hatsume you can’t keep skipping meals and sleep, your body needs them, please take a break” the same student was still trying their best, but Mei stayed put at what she was doing.
“That is for the weak, I’m going to make my body get used to it. An inventor must do so in order to-””Hey Mei” she was interrupted when Izuku came to where she was working.
“IZUKU” in a blink of an eye she got off from her bench and was right in front of Izuku.She gave him a quick hug, making sure not to dirty up his uniform again. Although he may need to get a backup in case that happens again.
“What are you doing here?” she asked after she let go of him. “I know I said we shouldn’t be eating Bento a lot, but I made some for the both of us” he held up the box again, this time to Mei “ so you should take a break from what you’re doing so we can eat” ‘Wishful thinking pal, I tried talking to her but she wouldn’t even liste-’ “Sure Izuku lets go” Mei said without hesitation.
‘You gotta be kidding me’. The other support student thought to themself that the hero course student was able to persuade her so easily unlike what they had been doing for the past couple of minutes.
Before they could go another support student came holding blueprints. “Hey Hatsume, if you aren’t leaving any time soon, maybe can you help with some adjustments to this-” before they could finish Mei just turned her back towards them and said “Can’t right now. It’s Izuku time” before walking out with Izuku.
After they left the other two students were still standing there in shock. “Well this is surprising, she never takes breaks, just stops when she’s done””I know right, how was that guy able to persuade her so easily unlike the rest of us? Not even Powerloader could have done so” the one that failed to persuade her said, only for the other one to say, “Wasn’t that her boyfriend, maybe that’s why.” they said. “Make sense, at least she’s eating, speaking of which” they decided to walk out so they can go eat al well.
Mei and Izuku didn’t go to the cafeteria, instead they went to a bench that was outside. It was common for the general studies students, although Izuku felt weird because he was the only hero course student there.
He opened the lid, there was enough for the both of them so they started eating. They did receive a few stares from the general studies students which embarrassed Izuku, he didn’t know if they were staring at them because of them sharing Bento or that he was the only student there that was from the Hero course, but Mei didn’t even notice and kept eating.
Halfway through eating Mei pecked him on the cheek again which shocked some of the students that were staring and caused most of them to look away. “Taste good as always Izuku” Izuku on the other hand had a small blush since Mei kissed his cheek while several people were staring at them.
But he brushed it off and gave her a smile. “I’m glad you like it, Mei” and he was also glad that she was willing to take a break and eat. He may have made this several times before, but it was always so tasty to Mei. Which wasn’t a bad thing of course.
