“Jimmy! Be careful!” Mrs. Solidarity says, as she watches her child get his stuff packed and ready to leave for the entrance exams. “Mummm, I need to go-” Jimmy whines to his mother, saying he has to leave, otherwise he’ll be late. Mrs. Solidarity, gave Jimmy a kiss on the forehead, “You got this!” She smiles. “MUMM!” Jimmy whines embarrassed, as he leaves, knowing Martyn was waiting for him. Jimmy leaves the house and goes to Martyn, “Sorry! My mum, is being so embarrassing” Jimmy complains to Martyn, making him chuckle.
“Of course, who would’ve guessed” Martyn says, as the pair, of them start walking to UA. “Did you put anything as backup, in case you didn’t get into the hero course?” Jimmy looks at Martyn, wondering if he had put anything for backup in case he didn’t get into the Hero course. “Nope! I believe in myself” Martyn says with way too much confidence in Jimmy’s opinion. “You’re insane, I made sure to put general studies as back up” Jimmy tells Martyn.
“Jimmy, you got this” Martyn wack him in the back, but not hard enough to hurt. Jimmy takes a deep breath. “Maybe…” Jimmy says. As they continued to walk, almost there they were right at the entrance of UA. Jimmy looked up, “damn it’s huge” he muttered under his breath. “Don’t you think–” Jimmy looked to where he thought Martyn was, but he was no longer there, but he looked ahead of him, and he spotted Netty. Of course… Jimmy rolled his eyes. Of course, he’s gone to Netty. “Guess I’m walking alone…” Jimmy thought to himself.
“I can do this! I can do this” He kept repeating to himself. “I can do-” Jimmy trips over himself, “I can’t do this!” Jimmy’s eyes widen, as he falls over almost face planting in the ground till someone stops him, he felt a hand grab onto his arm, Jimmy squeals in panic, but then he heard a voice pick up. “Are You okay, I should’ve asked you first before doing that, sorry” A male's voice spoke, adding a small chuckle. The boy helped him up, and Jimmy turned to face them.
“Hi!” The man grins, and Jimmy stares blankly. “I- I- uhh” Jimmy blinks, scratching the back of his head. He was about to say something till he heard another voice call out, and the boy– Tango, disappeared going in the direction where the voice was coming from. Jimmy facepalmed, never doing that again, Jimmy noted to himself. “Timmy!” Netty calls out, with Martyn standing next to her, Jimmy rushes over. “I saw that” was the first thing Martyn said when Jimmy was standing beside them.
“Shut up… That was so embarrassing!” he complains. “Did you say thank you?” Netty asks him. Jimmy blinks, “No–” he looks down, still embarrassed from the earlier encounter. “Tim! Even I know that you should say thank you, did you at least get his name?” Martyn shakes his head, and asks him if he has at least got him a name. “No…” The dirty blonde responds. “You idiot” Martyn says, as he checks his phone for the time. “I think we should start going, we have our written exam soon” he tells him, and the three of them head off, ready to do their written exam.
Once they got in, they went to their given seats, and luckily for Jimmy, Martyn was in the seat right next to him. Netty was fortunately enough to sit in the row behind. As soon as everyone sat down, the room was full of chatter till a teacher, who Martyn can only describe his hair to look like a banana. “Hello everyone! Welcome to UA writing entrance exam, my name is Present Mic!” Present Mic introduces himself before letting all the students start writing for their entrance exam.

After the Writing part of the entrance exam, Present Mic began explaining the physical part of the exam, how they would be fighting robots in the entrance exam. As well as explaining the point system, and depending on the points is how you pass the exam. And how there is also a giant bot, that you’d want to avoid as it didn’t give any points and was just there to be a pain and get in the way. “So now you can go get changed into some fitness gear” he tells them after explaining the physical exam. In which they did, slowly students exited the building, going to change into something more athletic.
Jimmy changed into a pair of black sweatpants, a black compression top and a black pair of sneakers. Whilst Martyn wore a matching green and white seat of tracksuits, with black sneakers. Then they went to the area where the physical entrance exam was being held, “Timmy, look, it’s the kid who helped you, you should say thank you” Martyn nudges him in the shoulder. Jimmy notices the dude, “Should I?” Jimmy looks at Martyn, what if he does something stupid again. “Just go!” Martyn shoves him forward in the direction the guy was.
Jimmy starts walking in the direction till someone stops him, gripping onto his shoulder. “What do you think you’re doing?” it was a girl’s voice, Jimmy heard, as he turns to face the shorter women, before Jimmy could respond she said something, “Are you trying to bother him, and make him lose focus?” the ginger haired lady says unimpressed. “I– No! I- I–” He stutters over his words. She huffed, fixing her hair, putting it up in a quick braid. “You should also focus on getting ready for the physical exam” She tells the taller one.
“Y-Yes” Jimmy says embarrassed, rubbing the back of his neck. A sudden voice boomed, the same one from earlier, Present Mic’s voice. “Hello, Listeners! Are you ready!” He shouts. Jimmy turned to face Martyn, who turns out to be in a different section, but he promised after, they would go to each other. Martyn gives him a thumbs up and goes a separate way. Jimmy stared where he was previously standing, and takes a deep breath.
“Okay, everything’s going to go fine…” He tells himself. Trying to be positive, he didn’t really care if he passed or not, he applied for General studies just in case he didn’t make into the Hero course. He didn’t even notice that they started till he noticed them running, as he ran to catch up to the rest of the students who were also in the entrance exam. As Jimmy entered the area, he already noticed students going at the small bots getting points from them. Jimmy looked around and found one, he went invisible, so the bot couldn’t spot him, as he attacked the small, bot. The bot fell down after attacking it. Jimmy reappeared, stop being invisible, and ripped a metal plate off from the now downed robot. “Maybe I could use the metal plate to attack, my quirk, isn’t really god when it comes to defence, more for stealth” Jimmy thinks to himself.
So he does, Jimmy takes a bunch of other small robots out, silently praying it wasn’t just 1 pointer robots. Hoping he got at least some 2 or 3 pointers. As Jimmy was collecting points, he feels the ground shake slightly, like there was some kind of explosion, looking in the general direction, it was the Giant 0 pointer robots. Damn, they weren’t kidding, they are damn huge. Jimmy stared at them, not moving, before snapping back to reality. “Crap– the points” he turns around, watching the many other students who were in the exam either running away from the giant bot or, killing off the small robots. “I should’ve paid more attention to the points system” Jimmy wacks himself, calling himself an idiot silently. Maybe, he could go invisible and sneak behind the giant robot.
There are probably a bunch of small robots behind the big one. So instead of running away from the robot, he ran towards it, going invisible as soon as he got into eyesight of the robot, sneaking around it. Jimmy looked around, he was right, there were a bunch of untouched small robots. Maybe he could actually do it, he might actually be able to get into the hero course, Jimmy attacked the robots, getting a bunch more points, fighting predominantly invisible, feeling like he had the advantage. Not noticing the giant one turn around facing down towards Jimmy. “5 minute remaining!” He heard Present Mic call out. That is when Jimmy looked around and noticed that the giant robot could still see him. “Shi–” Jimmy gets cut off as a claw grabs onto his body, picking him up. The dirty blonde squirms trying to get out of the grip from the thing. “My quirk’s not strong enough to go through objects, I can’t slip out” He thinks. Jimmy stops himself from being invisible, his head looking down at all the other students. Jimmy takes a deep breath, thinking this is where he dies. Being slightly dramatic. “2 minutes remaining” another reminder.
Just as he was about to accept his fate, he remembered his parents were pro heroes, although they aren’t in the top 10, they were at least in the top 50. His parents would be so proud of him if he got into UA. Jimmy goes invisible again, pushing the claw like clasp open so he can push himself through and climb onto the arm bit of the robot. He climbs on the robot, trying to not lose his footing. “I got this” Jimmy tells himself, manages to stand up. “If I kill this I won’t get any points, but at least it will get out of others ways” Jimmy tells himself. He didn’t care about his safety anymore, maybe he could distract it. Let people get more points than him.
Jimmy climbed up the back of the robot, possibly there was an off switch? He pushed himself up, and noticed a switch. He ripped the thing that was covering the switches and flicks it, seconds too late before trying to jump off the robot, it began to fall, making Jimmy fall off it. Jimmy screams, no longer invisible, praying that something will stop his fall. Otherwise, he was going to die.
“A kid is falling!” one of the many students call out, “Shouldn’t someone save them?” A bunch of the kids, were shouting and talking.
“1 Minute remaining” Present Mic class out. Jimmy closed his eyes, “If I were my parents, what would I do?” Dad would copy someone's slow falling quirk, and Mum… What would she do? Jimmy stares at his surrounding, noticing that kid from earlier. He was currently speeding around something. Jimmy takes a good look, and notices him waving in that direction. A landing pad? Jimmy thinks. Jimmy tries to push himself closer to the area, the speed from the height was extremely fast, and with that speed he passed out, in air. Not realising what happened. “TIMES UP!” Present Mic shouted, whilst Jimmy was passed out.
Although Jimmy didn’t notice it, but another person was there he used his quirk, to slow down time, making his fall slower, and the speedy kid who saved from Jimmy, face planting caught him, and gently put him on the ground. “Is he okay, I think he passed out from the speed he was falling.” An older lady, walked over to them, a lady who they find out to be the nurse at UA, her hero name Recovery girl. She kissed Jimmy on the forehead, so any damage to him was no longer there, yet he was still passed out. “We’ll have to take him to the nurse” Recovery girl tells the two people, the speedy quirk guy and a time quirk.
“I hope he’ll be okay” The speedy one says. “He was kind of stupid doing that trying to do that, I would never do that” The time quirk one said. Two robots came over, and put Jimmy on a stretcher, and took him to the nurses' office till he wakes up.

Jimmy eventually woke up to see Martyn sitting by the bed, “Dude, what the hell happened?!” Martyn scolds him, like his siblings would do, when he does something stupid. He sits up on the bed, and groans, his head still spinning. “What happened?” He rubs his forehead.
“You, passed out, at least that’s what I got told” Martyn tells him. “I’m never going to get into the hero course now, what they just saw, me fainted…” Jimmy looks down at the bed. “Timmy, don’t say that, I heard from the Mr saviour, that you got a lot of points” Jimmy stares at Martyn, “Mr Saviour? Wait– Martyn… How do you know this? Did you use your quirk to ease drop on him?” Just as Martyn was about to defend himself, two adults came inside the room. “Ah– you’re awake, that’s good” Recovery girl says. “It’s Recovery, lady” Martyn says to him. Jimmy nods, but kept his eye on the other adult, he looked tired and sort’ve homeless. The older man looked at Jimmy, like he was getting déjà vu, or something. This kid is a lot like Midoryia, besides this kid definitely has a quirk, similar to Hagakure, beside this kid’s quirk seems to have an on and off switch. Like he can go invisible whenever he wants.
“Hmm” the older man says. “You should head home” He says, actually forming actual words, not just noises. Martyn shoves Jimmy off the bed, being annoying, making a run for it before Jimmy chases him, which he does Jimmy chase him. “They are just like them, don’t you think Aizawa” The recovery girl says as soon as the two were out of hearing distance. “Annoyingly so” Aizawa shakes his head. The similarities are there. And those two kids seemed to have a close relationship, possibly friends? Or siblings even.

As they walked home, Martyn waved goodbye to Jimmy’s parents heading back to his own home, “Bye, Mr and Mrs Solidarity!” heading home. “Bye Martyn!” The waved goodbye, as Martyn continued walking home. Jimmy entered the home, and shut the door behind him. “How was the exam?” Lizzie was first to ask how the exam went. Jimmy scratched the back of his head, “I kind of fainted, like the last 5ish minutes of the physical exam. And I fell like twice the second time was when I fainted, the first time wasn’t even during the exam, I fell over, and some guy saved me from embarrassing myself” Jimmy explains to his family.
“Oh~ Your prince charming saved you!” Lizzie jokes. “Him and another guy apparently saved me the second time as well- I still fainted though, because I was falling superfast, but I didn’t die” Jimmy mentions how he was actually saved from the guy twice. “You’re literally falling for him, at this point” Grian says, sitting down on a stool, in the kitchen. “Haha, very funny” Jimmy rolls his eyes.
“Hey, that reminds me of that one kid is Erraserhead’s class, about how he fell from a huge height, but was saved by some girl, using her quirk. Pretty sure He finished UA last year. Lost his quirk or something after a war, here in Japan” Lizzie recalls a story she was told from someone another year.
“Didn’t you participate in the war, because they called Hero’s from all over the world to come here, isn’t that why we moved?” Grian looks over to their parents, waiting for an answer. “Yes, that is why we moved, at least you will be tending to the most famous hero school.” Mr Solidarity answered. “The kid is Izuku Midoryia, and yes he lost his quirk that was given to him by the last number 1 pro hero of Japan, All Might” Their mother added. “He finished the year before I started at UA, I’m pretty sure” Lizzie says.
“Lizzie, Grian, how long did you have to wait till you found out that you got into UA?” Jimmy asks. “I think it was 3ish days, I got mine on the third day, whilst Lizzie got hers on the fourth or fifth day. I think it can take up at least a week” Grian says, trying to remember. Jimmy nods. “If you don’t get in this year, there is always next year” Mr Solidarity tells his youngest son. “Dad’s right, don’t go too hard on yourself if you don’t get in” Lizzie tells him, patting him on the back. “Thanks, Liz” Jimmy sighs.

It was the fifth day, and Jimmy still hasn’t got a response back, “What if they forgot?” Jimmy fiddled with a string on his hoodie. “What did we tell you, Jimmy?” Lizzie looks at her younger brother. “Not to worry…” Jimmy repeats what he was told five days ago. “What are you hoping for, Tim?” Grian asks him.
“I don’t know… I wouldn’t mind getting into the hero course, but I feel like I’ll end up in general studies” Jimmy mumbles. “Hey, it’s okay, if you get into general studies, Mum did general studies and when it was the sports festival, she managed to impress the teachers from the hero course, getting her into the Hero course” Grian assures Jimmy. He was only saying this as Jimmy had got the same quirk from his Mother, who also had an invisibility quirk. Whereas Grian got his from their father, and meanwhile Lizzie got a sort of mix of both of their parents.
“But then I have to prove myself even more” Jimmy complains to them. Lizzie rolls her eyes, “It’s fine, we’ll help you– somehow” Grian tells him, trying to assure him. Just as Lizzie was about to say something, they hear the doorbell ring. “Go! Go! Go!” Grian pushes him off the couch, so Jimmy could go to the door, which he does. Jimmy opens the door, to see a letter on the ground. He goes to pick it up, and his siblings pear over him. “Open it! Open it!” Grian chants as he noticed the UA stamp on it. Jimmy closes the door and heads over to the couch and opens it.
As he opens it a small chip of some kind was inside, which has a button on it, Jimmy clicks it and a hologram like thing appeared. The hologram started off with, welcome to UA, and then starts talking about UA, and then it finally says welcome to the Hero course. Saying when he should be expected to start UA.
Lizzie and Grian jump with glee, hugging their little brother, “WOO! You did it!” Squeezing him. “You usually get the uniform on your second day, the first is a tour of the campus. Oh, did you select having a dorm, since they’ve added dorms it’s a choice whether you’d want to stay on school campus or not” Lizzie asks.
“I’m pretty sure I said yes to that” Jimmy tries to recall the memory. “Ooh! That’s mean you get to meet your neighbours” Grian says to him. “But I still get my own room, right?” the dirty blonde tilts his head, kind of worried that he would have to share a room with some random.
“Nope, you’ll get your own room” Lizzie says. Jimmy nods, grabbing out his phone so he can message Martyn that he’s got a response back from UA.

You> Hey, Martyn I got my response back, from UA, wbu?
Martyn> OMG Timmy, I thought you died, I kept trying to call you, but you didn’t respond back to me.
Martyn> And I got in btw
You> Me too dude, have you heard from Netty?
Martyn> Yup, she got into general studies, so did Zee and Salem.
You> That’s so great for them!

Jimmy goes off his phone and looks up, “Martyn, Netty, Salem and Zee has got into UA” Grian smiles, “Woo! We totally need to have some kind of party like maybe on the weekend before we– well, when you start” Grian suggests. Jimmy nods, “maybe” Jimmy doesn’t out right agree with the idea, but he doesn’t say no to it.
