Chapter Text
It was the beginning of the round and Chance was running around trying to make himself useful, when he ran smack dab right into the killer, getting themself stuck in a corner.
Mafioso, the killer this round, took Chance's chin and tilted it up. "Hello Bunny" Mafioso said with a smirk, slightly leaning down, towards Chance's face. He used his other hand and put it on the smaller man's waist.
"Hi~ What's this, Maf?" Chance said with a grin, trying to charm himself out of this situation. Chance bit his lip and pushed himself up on his tippy toes. Mafioso's smirk grew bigger, as they got closer to each other.
"What? Am I not allowed to say hi?" Mafioso said, his finger lightly traced Chance's jaw. Finally, Mafioso leaned in fully and kissed Chance gently. He snaked the hand that was on their waist and snagged something from the gambler, he wouldn't notice until later.
"Heh~ Good luck, Bunny~" Mafioso said teasingly. He pulled away, and uncornered Chance. Before Chance could say anything back, Mafioso immediately ran off, chasing Shedletsky, another survivor.
Chance reached down to grab his gun, planning on stunning Maf so Shedletsky could escape, when they realized something.
Maf stole his gun.
He. Stole. His. Fucking. Gun.
"Are you fucking kidding me! That- that bitch!" Chance said mostly with annoyance, but also with some suprise. Now they HAD to do the generators.
During the rest of the round, Chance's mine was on how he was going to get his gun back. Then, finally, the round ended, after Chance (and the other survivors) had died of course. They spawned back in the cabin, annoyed. Elliot looked over at Chance, he had a look like he wanted to say something but he never did. He looked away from Chance as soon as he had even looked at them.
Chance left the cabin. They needed their gun back. Unfortunately, there was really only one way to get it back. And that was to sneak into the killer's camp and get it himself.
Easy task….. Easy task.

Chance peered through the trees, he saw what he assumed was the killer's camp. As he got closer, it was almost an exact replica of the survivor's camp. That is definitely going to make this a lot easier.
They slowly crept towards the back of a cabin, trying to figure out which one was Mafioso's. After watching around for a few minutes he saw Mafioso enter one of the cabins. Chance carefully made his way to Mafioso's cabin and snuck behind the back. They peaked into one of the windows and watched as Mafioso put their gun in a drawer by his bed.
Mafioso left the cabin. Chance waited a moment before pushing the window open. Luckily, they were tall enough to pull himself inside. He fell face-first onto the floor of the cabin, they quickly got up and walked over to the draw that held his gun.
The door opened.
"What do we have here?" Mafioso said dangerously as he closed the door and walked over to Chance. Chance quickly turned around to see Mafioso stand a few feet away from them. Chance attempted to back away but ended up bumping into the drawer.
"Uh-" Chance nervously laughed, Mafioso stepped closer to them.
"Heh, unfortunately, you won't find your gun there." Mafioso pulled Chance's gun out of what seemed like nowhere. They could've sworn that he had put the gun in the drawer. He threw the gun somewhere in the cabin, far from Chance's reach.
"I- Maf, lets- lets talk about this…" Chance leaned back, which only made Mafioso move closer. They were essentially pinned against the drawer.
"About what? The fact you broke into my cabin? You should be glad I haven't killed you yet." Mafioso grabbed Chance's face. Despite desperately trying to hide how scared they were, their fear showed clearly on his face. Mafioso laughed at Chance's nervous smile.
Mafioso suddenly kissed Chance. It was rough but sweet. Chance, shocked at first, melted into the kiss, he moved his hands to Mafioso's head. Mafioso was the first to pull away. He had a soft smile on his face as he gently pushed Chance onto the bed. He climbed on top of them to make sure that Chance couldn't leave.
"Hey!" Chance's voice was muffed as their face was in Mafioso's shoulder. Mafioso flipped the two of them over, Chance was now on top of Mafioso. Mafioso held Chance close, he removed their fedora, placing it on the drawer. He attempted to take off their sunglasses too but was stopped.
"Sunglasses stay on, I want to be able to see." Mafioso gave a confused grunt but didn't try to take them off again. Mafioso held Chance close, like if he let go they would disappear. Chance didn't object to him holding them, they found it weirdly comforting, especially when the man that is holding you is someone that is supposed to kill you.
Chance closed his eyes, relaxing in Mafioso's hold. Gradually, Mafioso's breathing softened, he had fallen asleep. Chance opened his eyes and looked at Mafioso's face and smiled. He moved slightly, his face in the crook of Mafioso's neck. They closed their eyes again, and cuddled into Mafioso.

Chance woke up an hour or two later. Slightly disoriented, he rubbed their eyes as they remembered where they were. They realized that Mafioso had lost his grip on them as he was sleeping. He also realized that Mafioso was still asleep.
Carefully, Chance pulled himself away from Mafioso. They grabbed their Fedora and put it on, then looked around to find their gun. He saw the shine on the floor of the cabin, they walked over and picked it up. He walked back to the, still open, window.
He turned back to look at Mafioso, who looked very peaceful. Chance softly ran over to Mafioso and kissed him. They sighed as they walked back to the window, and slowly climbed out. They fell out of the window, making a loud thump. Mafioso woke up. Chance hurriedly got up and ran away, back to the survivors camp.
"CHANCE! Where on earth have you been?" Elliot said when he saw Chance come into the main cabin.
"Uh- getting my gun…"
"You lost it?!?"
"Yea… I got it back!"
