Chapter Text
As soon as she entered the wide space of the JC law hall, Yoo Jaeyi noticed the first murmurs about her arrival right away. While not uncommon, the topic was apparently new.
Yoo Jaeyi was in a good mood.
People were curious. Surprises.
Quite contrary to her usual, the CEO seemed like someone else; She wore a dark navy blue pantsuit that, even with the deep hue, was the first time she wore something outside the usual gray or black.
Her normally cold expression and that of someone who rethought the hiring of each employee there seemed like an April fool's play; a simple smile , not open, but something dangerously close to sweet.
And she hummed.
Wherever she went, where she was normally filled only by the mortifying touch of his jump, she now possessed that soft vibration of some whispered music.
No one dared to comment openly; others took the opportunity to breathe more freely while the more daring ones gossiped about the reason for the change.
As soon as she reached her floor, Yoo made sure to stop by her favorite classmate's room to torment.
watched an extremely focused Choi on a series of documents on her desk. The computer turned on made a quiet noise of rain, a habit that helped the lawyer to concentrate.
Jaeyi smiled. She seemed at peace. Then she slapped the wooden door hard, causing the other lawyer to jump in her chair.
“Good morning, Kyung!”
“Holy father, what's your problem?!” she replied by pressing her hand against his chest.
“I came to say good morning. Did you have breakfast? I'm hungry, I was thinking of ordering a salad” she commented as she snooped through the books very well lined up on the shelves of the office.
Choi was silent, looking at her as if she were a small inconvenient dirt. Where did this sound familiar?
“What do you want? It's very weird.”
Jae looked at her with a false innocence “Have I literally been a sociable human?”
“That's the problem. You seem to be in a good mood, bad sign.”
Jaeyi leaned against the doorframe again, crossing her arms, smiling in that smug way that, for some reason, irritated many people.
“Your boss is in a good mood, how is that not a good sign?”
Choi leaned back in her chair, looking at her with a mixture of anger and arrogance, falling like a duckling in her teasing.
Even though Yoo really was her boss, being her mother's partner in the company, the younger Choi hated it when they reminded her of the title.
It was funny to the point of becoming cute.
“You're not my boss. You are my partner who likes to extort my time” the biggest bit her tongue so as not to argue against “By the way, I plan to report you to RH.”
Yoo Jaeyi laughed openly, familiar with the humor disguising the other woman's hatred.
“Good luck with that.”
The lawyer walked away to her office, hearing the other's movement as she followed her. When she entered her space, Kyung was still looking at her suspiciously. Arms crossed. Evaluating it from top to bottom. The same posture as when she was younger. Her hair, a little longer over her shoulders, fell in a relaxed way over her glasses.
“Seriously, what did you do? I don't want to get ahead of myself worrying about what I'll have to worry about later.”
Jae laughed, ignoring her as adjusted her bag on the table and took off jacket. "How much anxiety, have you ever thought about going to the psychologist?"
“Yoo Jaeyi.”
The said rolled her eyes, approaching the table support “everything is fine, Choi! Wow, relax a little.”
Kyung didn't believe it, going to the door to close it before throwing herself on couch.
So much hatred for her existence, but she acted as if the space was her own. Adorable.
The younger lawyer followed her to her locker, stretching her arms and ignoring the gaze digging into the back of her head.
“Relax? Haven't you forgotten that tomorrow we have an audience with Seok's asshole?”
When she heard the expletive, she couldn't hold the teasing whistle between her lips.
“Wow, watch your language, mommy can hear it at any time”
Kyung seemed to hold back from raising her hand against her.
"About them, don't worry. We work hard, we have everything we need," she reassured as she leaned on her desk, "Trust yourself more, Choi.”
The other lawyer looked away, visibly stressed, "That didn't reassure me.
Her leg wobbled a little as she played with her fingers. Jae watched her for a moment, seeing a slight similarity in her manner. A shiver went up her back.
“my god, you and Seulgi are so similar that it hurts.’
Kyung stood up with a single jump, startling the bigger one, "I knew it!"
“Did you know what?”
“You and Seulgi. Something happened between you, didn't it?”
Jaeyi sighed sadly before saying, "Not as much as I'd like."
All it took was that and that dreamy expression for Kyung to regret her insistence.
"Yes, ew. Goodbye” she complained practically running to the exit.
Jaeyi laughed as he slightly scared her away, "Tell Yeri i said hi."
Choi snuck her finger before leaving, making her laugh some more.
Aware of her tight schedule for the day, Yoo soon returned to her chores and threw herself headlong into work.
On the one hand, she understood her partner's nervousness and, even though they were more than prepared for court, she had learned that precaution was never too much.
Later that day, exactly five hours into an ongoing review, Jaeyi felt something different in the air.
First came a slightly sweet, quick smell. As if a single breeze carried to her and disappeared. And then again, more persistent, tasty and familiar. Her stomach growled with longing. The lawyer dropped the papers at the time. It couldn't be.
Jaeyi hurried off the table, almost running to the door.
She thanked how wide the corridors were, only to curse the vision in front of him.
In front of Kyung's office, Choi and the beautiful Woo Seulgi seemed to have a lively conversation. By the time, Kyung will just return from lunch, holding a food basket, possibly from where the familiar smell emanated.
Jaeyi's heart froze. In an unprofessional way, she was careful to hide between the doorway and keep a view of the two of them, off their radar. Yes, pathetic.
Woo looked so god damn beautiful. She wore baggy jeans and a plain burgundy button-down shirt. Loose hair. A jacket hanging from her arm with a helmet in hand. She came on a motorcycle.
She seemed excited. Smiling easily at whatever the four eyes said. Perfect.
Would the basket be from the coffee shop? Had Seulgi brought Choi food?
Jae felt a strange sensation in her stomach. Something icy, snaking from your belly to your lungs, cooling them.
Like anguish. Disappointment? Jealousy . It wasn't bad, she knew well about Kyung's solid relationship, but was this the first time Seulgi came to her agency and was it to see Choi?
What a cold and ugly feeling.
Jaeyi went back into the room, her heart pounding. Suddenly, just because it wasn't the focus of Seulgi's attention, all her spirits went down the drain.
She turned her attention to the paperwork on desk, though she still smelled the unbearably good smell of the bag of food Woo had brought.
Maybe she should take the advice she gave Kyung and put it into practice; needed therapy.
Twenty minutes later, at the height of her frustration at having found a flaw in the body of evidence in the case, Yoo heard a knock on the door.
She sighed loudly as she said, "Come in."
Jae didn't wait for Choin to bring the next problems to her headache and started chattering about hell in the form of paper in her hands;
“I found another inconsistency in Seokun's testimony. At this point, if that imbecile escapes from this we will have to open another application.”
Silence. Then a hesitant whisper.
"Hmm, i guess that means more work?"
Jaeyi face lifted so fast that he almost felt a brief vertigo.
“Woo Seulgi.”
Even with a mad heart and unbridled by the magnificent sight of the woman in front of her, her voice, stubborn and childish, with the frustration of the affair and jealousy in memory, came out hard and short without she realizing it.
The bartender frowned briefly, even more afraid.
“Did I come at a bad time?”
When she saw her retreat to the door, Jae realized her big mistake.
“No!” She gestured quickly.
Seulgi really seemed relieved for a moment, restless, coming back to her. “For a second I thought you didn't want me here.”
Yoo forced a mockery.
- Sorry, i.. hum, I saw you earlier," Seulgi waited, looking with those eyes of a curious owl, "I thought you had come to see only Kyung."
She laughed a little, seeming to really find the idea a little silly;
"Why would I come here to see her? We live under the same roof.”
"I had forgotten that," Jaeyi looked away, embarrassed, her shoulders warming up slightly, "Then why did you come?"
Seulgi approached, only then showing the same basket as before “brought it to you.”
The lawyer's lost gaze wavered between the item and the serene face of the university student.
“Serious?”
Woo shrugged, pretending it was nothing special, even though her visibly red face gave her away. "You really seemed to be entering a stage of depression yesterday, so I took advantage of my lunch break to do a good deed."
She deposited the basket on the table. Yoo turned around, curious.
Jaeyi eyes lit up at the sight of the contents: Three cupcakes, two cannolis, three sandwiches and a small bottle of a yellow drink.
"By the way, Kyung told me that you have an espresso machine here, so i was in doubt whether i would bring it or not," Seulgi explained in a low voice, crossing his hands behind her back.
Seulgi shook her head, smiling; the CEO held her breath. She'll still kill her with that blessed dimple “So i brought passion fruit tea with chamomile.”
Still lost with the banquet in front of her, Jae's countenance frowned, "It's not raining."
Woo laughed softly, "I know, but you seem to be pretty stressed about whatever this "Seokun asshole" has done.”
"I think just by seeing you, i feel infinitely better," Jaeyi was sincere, reaching for a quick cake and shoving it in her mouth before the college girl thought about taking it out of herself.
Seulgi had something to do with the order of feeding, insisting that dessert always came last. Jaeyi, obviously, didn't care much.
Woo didn't seem to call this time, however. She seemed to still be processing the impact of ceo sentence “That was... Kind, i think.”
"You were kind, Seulgi-ah. i really… appreciate that" Yoo smiled widely, amused by the sight of her ears, "I had forgotten my lunch.
She widened her eyes slightly, starting to pull back. "Oh, then I'll let you rest."
Not at all. Yoo Jaeyi was faster, holding her wrist lightly with that flirtatious little smile. She moved closer, taking advantage of the height difference waisted by her heel to overlap a little over Seulgi. The bartender, to her surprise, did not hesitate to face her;
“Have you eaten yet?”
Woo Seulgi shrugged “I planned to stop by a small shop before going back to campus”
“Do you have time?”
“I do.”
Jae caressed her thumb on the wrist she held.
“do you want to have lunch with me?”
For the first time, the bartender did not hesitate in the answer “yes.”
This has also become a routine.
Jaeyi's work took a little longer to return to the usual chaotic control. In the meantime, to her complete happiness, Seulgi made sure to always take her lunch daily.
Same time, every day. It was a dream.
The fourth time she received the basket, she tried to pay for the food, being faithfully refused by her partner.
“Think of an act of care on behalf of our friendship.”
Jaeyi melted, leaning her shoulders against the back of the couch, almost purring at her, "So you really care about me?"
"Yes," Seulgi didn't hesitate, ignoring her gaze as she ate portion of ramen with Tteokbokki.
Jae felt like she was on cloud nine. After months of seeking Woo Seulgi's friendship, having taken several cuts from the eldest and even some lion swatters in the other fighting classes they took together - it's not a complaint - she finally felt that they were reaching that area that I longed for.
Patience was really a virtue.
The CEO never really thought she would be in this situation; soft and passionate. It was strange. Uncomfortable even. But, heavens, she was loving it.
In the beginning, specifically a few days after the bar and in the midst of researching for the woman, for a brief moment of denial, the lawyer even thought she would be able to indulge herself in the area of friendship if she needed to. a complete denial.
And then, since Jaeyi had always been ambitious, her chest screamed that it wasn't enough the moment she entered the coffee shop for the first time.
She didn't even try to deny it anymore.
From the beginning, when she realized who was a blushing and smiling bartender in front of her at that bar, that Woo Seulgi was the one who shared kisses and honeyed touches of pleasure, Yoo knew she wanted more.
Jaeyi always wanted to.
wanted to talk about the tests at school.
wanted to share a breakfast.
wanted to have her like that again, and again, again, again.
Countless times.
And every day she felt that anxiety of having to keep your desires only in dreams grow.
Seulgi didn't seem to refuse the idea completely either, she realized. Seulgi is a romantic girl. Even with her somewhat crude manner, the future doctor liked to be flirted, praised and, most importantly, listened to.
In the beginning, after the best sex of her life, when they started exchanging a few more words on their trips to the coffee shop, Jaeyi discovered how much she enjoyed listening to Woo Seulgi.
Especially the moments when she noticed how the bartender left small gaps for her, testing her, setting implied limits. It was a kind of soft, natural confidence that grew so quietly and pleasantly between them.
Jae loved to make her feel comfortable with her presence. Make she smile, be bolder, responds; make her treat her like a close friend, even though they were both still trying to figure out how that friendship would work.
But the reality was different; Jaeyi wanted to be more greedy.
She wanted Seulgi to stop in every possible romantic way. Yoo wanted to be his hammock under a tree on a sunny day, her warm bed on snowy days, insatiable hunger on a night of pleasure and lust, even her passion fruit tea on flu days. Jaeyi wanted it all.
She would have it all .
And it was this hunger that made her stumble a step on that metaphorical ladder.
One day, the two had arranged to have lunch out. As they walked to the elevator, in comfortable silence, a voice vibrated in a corner of the hallway.
"Ms. Yoo, an instant, please”
Yoon Ara, Kyung's secretary, hurried towards them in hurried steps. Vibrant eyes and a smile too easy in the direction of the CEO.
Jae saw the thick folder in her hands, recalling that Choi had warned about the cases that would move to scanning
“hi, Ara. What can i help with?”
"Sorry to bother you again, but Kyung asked me to question you about the whereabouts of the 24H06 files," she explained in a polite and slightly animated tone.
The lawyer quickly recalled; “they are in the private closet in my living room, the password is the same.”
Ara bowed briefly before continuing, "Right! One more thing,iI don't want to delay you, but you would like to know what you thought of the dessert i gave you yesterday?” She asked, her smile tripling with excitement.
Jaeyi returned the expression of kindness with a little more care.
“yes, i remember well. They were very good, Ara. It hit the nail on the head with that pistachio filling. Your classes are bringing great results.”
Yoo watched the glow of determination intensify in the young woman, "I'm glad you enjoyed it. I have advanced a lot in the course. If you don't mind, can i bring the samples we prepared for you to try?”
“I would love to.”
In the elevator, something had changed. The comfortable silence of before had evaporated the moment the doors of the metal box closed. Seulgi was still quiet, but the small details in her posture revealed a new change. The biggest one didn't understand the sudden tension.
After exactly three floors of that silence, Woo slashed;
- That woman, Ara, she likes you.
Jaeyi was curious about the finding.
“Ara?” Seulgi agreed, "I know."
Half without realizing it, Yoo Jaeyi made another very serious mistake.
“What a joke. She was missing jumping like a puppy, she didn't even look in my direction for a greeting” that tone, low and rough, of Seulgi sent alerts to her body. She let out a bitter giggle before actually staring at the lawyer, "So you've been encouraging her, while giving me constant advances?"
The woman's whole posture had changed. A shiver ran down Jaeyi's spine. That venomous, almost bored, familiar tone gave her chills while captivating her.
You've seen a thick and angry Seulgi before. Twice. Never directed at her. But now, that reaction seemed different, really new.
Still not understanding, the lawyer tried to defend herself. Another mistake.
"I never encouraged her, i was just kind," even trying to give an assurance, her voice faltered.
The college student just murmured in agreement, not believing as she fixed her hair that was already done.
“Accepting food specifically cooked for you and giving you the password to your private locker?” she pointed in a calm, controlled voice, as if trying to teach something to an ignorant person “If you want to make an idiot, that's fine, but don't insult my perception, Jaeyi”
If Seulgi hadn't been so beautiful and attractive in her little moment of jealousy, Jaeyi probably would have been annoyed by that sloppy way of speaking.
Instead, greater just gave her an equally ignorant little smile;
“You're jealous.”
The bartender stared at her with boredom, almost rolling her eyes for real. "Is that what you focused on?"
Yoo Jaeyi held back her smile. You would have to be careful. At the same time that she wanted to prevent her future wife from getting really angry with her, she wanted to tease her and enjoy this tasty moment.
"So you don't deny it?" Yoo whispered against her ear, before seeing her walk away with feigned revulsion.
"I'm not jealous," she shrugged, moving away to the opposite side of the elevator. Liar “I don't care who you like to have fun with. Just don't think I can be one of those people.”
Jaeyi wanted to jump on her neck.
She even had a partiality of guilt. It wouldn't be an unusual behavior coming from her, since it was something very recurrent in her class days; collecting admirers only to disappoint them after a while.
However, even after months of trying to prove to the other young woman that she was no longer that young idiot, it seemed that all her effort was still over a bridge of trust made with popsicle sticks for Seulgi.
She tilted her face, analyzing the sullen young woman.
"I don't want to have anything to do with her," she said seriously, firmly.
Woo Seulgi, as always, laughed stubbornly, in disbelief.
“Oh, yes, i forgot. You like the attention, don't you?” returned with poison.
The bartender had an ugly habit of protecting herself by distributing the acidic liquid into words. Yoo didn't judge. Worst. She identified herself a little.
Jaeyi did not respond to the comment. Better yet, she was silent for about three floors, just analyzing her. "You look annoyed.”
Seulgi didn't look away: "I'm not.”
“Certainty?”
“Yes, why would it be?”
Yoo approached a little, just two steps, with a calm expression. "Unfounded jealousy is usually common, sometimes it doesn't need a reason... Solid.”
“Hypothetically, in that case it would have.”
"So you admit it?"
"I said h ypothetically, " he spilled her head as she leaned against the wall, "In this reality? Not at all.”
Mockery. Almost a joke. Yoo Jaeyi didn't like it.
"Are you sure about that?" Her voice was nothing more than a whisper. When she reached her, she started playing with a string from her jacket. "Wouldn't you be bothered if i encouraged her?"
Woo swallowed in a rude way, staring at her. Shrugged “You decide your company's professionalism policy, Yoo Jaeyi.”
The bigger one got a little closer “Do you think the scandal wouldn't be worth it?”
"What a stupid question," she replied a little too quickly with that annoyed snort.
This seemed to bother her. Woo Seulgi could find her inconsequential, determined, especially with what she was fixated on. Then, for a moment, the reckless idea of the CEO not bothering with the risks seemed completely believable. It was Jaeyi, after all.
She looked away, still annoyed and annoyed. Her lips tightened tightly to the point that the ghost of her dimple appeared.
Yoo Jaeyi thought it was lovely.
"Look at me, Seulgi.. please" she asked and waited. When she found the owl's eye sockets, she smiled a little: "You're jealous.”
She didn't answer for a moment. Her jaw tightened a little more, she was irritated. And then her gaze faltered, going down from her eyes to her mouth. God, yes, please.
"Jaeyi," she called in a whisper.
"What?" the older one closed her eyes briefly, enjoying the pleasure that rose to her back with just a single call. Was she that weak?
"You're too close," Seulgi gaze tried to harden again. Jae felt her lips rise and fall fast, weakly, leaning a little more towards her.
Yoo could feel her breathing.
See in detail every micro detail on your cheek.
Her gaze also went down to her lips.
"Do you want me to step aside?"
Seulgi swallowed hard again. Their eye sockets vibrated between her and down again.
"This is not the place for that.”
The lawyer laughed softly, using a motion to make her lips almost brush against her nose. "So you want it, but somewhere else?"
“Yoo Jaeyi” The call went out a little clouded with confusion and rebuke.
They could call her crazy, but Jae could have sworn she heard a spitting whisper of "please" almost inaudibly escape her.
Their eyes met again. Hard. Firm. Excited only by the other's breathing.
“You want to.”
It was a confirmation.
The bartender's gaze hardened.
Seulgi stared at her firmly, angrily , about to argue again, but Jae didn't give her the chance. She squeezed her nose lightly with her fingertips, letting out a giggle with the way the minor's expression softened a little when she frowned.
“I'm going to change the locker password and ask her not to bring me food.”
The college student processed for a moment, surprised by the sudden reassuring posture, "You don't have to do this for my sake."
The lawyer had to hold back her impulse to lean on her, hug her around the waist, appease her frustrated expression the way she wanted.
Instead, she just kept playing with the string of her coat, keeping a serious look of understanding “No, you were right, it would be unethical and unprofessional.”
Seulgi fidgeted, a little exasperated, "Do you swear?!"
Yoo couldn't stand that perplexed face, filled with arrogance, wide eyes and half open mouth. Her body acted fast. She leaned in, leaving a lingering kiss on the bartender's cheek, right where she knew the dimple appeared.
A shock passed through her back. She had forgotten how soft and warm a woman's skin was. Jae sighed lightly as she walked away, ignoring the burning on her own face to dazzle the intense red on the other.
She took a step back, only then realizing that Seulgi was holding the edge of her blouse tightly.
"I like the way your ear turns red when you're embarrassed," she said quietly, a thought slipping through her lips, "so cute."
Seulgi, still staring at her, began, "I already told you…”
The lawyer cut her off again, putting a little more space between them - for her mental health and sanity - and leaning in with that amused air.
"And it's not with her that i want something," this time she used her most serious tone. Soft. Letting the transparency reflect in his eyes.
Woo stared at her with something similar, but still hesitant. Jaeyi flashed another quick, almost hesitant smile, "I'm also looking forward to your sincerity, Seulgi-ah."
The elevator beeped.
Seulgi sustained that new, different look, a mixture of frustration and vulnerability. As she detached herself from the wall to leave, she made a point of keeping in touch until the last second.
Its smell and warmth made Jaeyi dizzy, her heart pounding as she tried to get back on track.
Seulgi liked her too. Yoo was sure.
Although the natural path was leading them to this outcome, Jae couldn't help but feel a little impatient.
An itch teased the back of her neck every evening, that urge to press, thinking of ways to assert her presence and how she could incline Seulgi to her charms a little more.
It was a treacherous whisper. Almost like a muscle memory.
Impatience.
But Jaeyi remains motionless every time. Breathing carefully.
The realization that her greatest weapons in this relationship were patience and transparency was frightening; She felt naked to the possibilities and consequences of what would come next.
And yet, she was willing to continue on that path;
Even with Seulgi constantly showing herself to be a nice surprise box.
A few days after the occasion of the elevator, Yoo Jaeyi put herself on the test again.
It was almost the end of a rarely quiet morning when she realized that Woo was missing for lunch. On Tuesday, Seulgi had two classes before noon, which made her arrive punctually at one in the afternoon.
It was almost half past two and nothing from the university. Yoo had confirmed lunch by text earlier, earning the usual thumbs up emoji as an answer, but nothing about the delay or if there were any changes.
Tired of waiting and slightly worried, she decided to go check it out at the bakery herself. If Seulgi wasn't there, she'd call Hee Yoon. Or would it be more practical to interrogate Kyung already?
Fortunately, as soon as Yoo opened the entrance to her office, she was faced with an agitated, alarmed, almost panicked Seulgi.
Worry swept away any other feeling present in her chest. The bartender entered the room before she could react appropriately, closing the door behind her with exaggerated care.
"I need to hide," Seulgi said in a low voice.
Jaeyi frowned, looking at her with amused incredulity, "What, from whom?"
“Aunt Yujin! I have a pending matter about my father's will, but i really don't want to deal with it yet” she explained quickly, looking for some hiding place
“So your answer is simply to run away from your lawyer?” Yoo joked, finding it all too comical to really take it seriously.
"Jaeyi, please, i think she's going to come here!”
“Then why did you enter this very room?”
She moaned dramatically “Because i turn into a tapir when i panic, hurry up”
As much as she wanted to laugh at the situation, she was curious about the outcome. Yoo grabbed the fugitive's hand and guided her to the back of the office, where a large empty closet awaited them.
It's every humiliation.
In near-perfect punctuality, three familiar knocks at the entrance gave her time only to pull Seulgi into the space and close the doors.
"Ms. Yoo?" "Kyung's mother's quiet voice made them hold their breath," "Kyung, didn't you say she was here?"
Yoo could hear the muffled voice of the other friend in the hallway, answering something about not seeing her leave.
Jae felt the wall hit her back as she cradled Woo's body in front of her, covering his mouth with one hand
Even with the compromising situation, she could feel the exact moment when the other held a giggle against her palm.
The sounds of footsteps began to echo toward her desk, followed by the noise of a heavy box hitting her.
"Look at this mess..." Yujin complained quietly as she fiddled with the groups of papers she was working on. Jaeyi can't help but roll her eyes.
Your organization was not a mess.
Jaeyi pulled Seulgi's face lightly to face her, signaling to remain silent as the two of them sat on the floor of the closet, facing each other.
The universe, however, seemed to be working overtime.
The space was large, but not enough for two people to move so freely. The proof? Jaeyi was about to sit down when Seulgi stumbled - gracefully - on the little mess in her feet toward him.
The two held their breath while the older one fell in a stranger and, frankly, compromising way into the lawyer's lap. It would have been a pleasant thing to see if she hadn't hit the forearm in her stomach. Along with the sudden heaviness and awkward closeness, Yoo couldn't hold back a small gasp of pain.
“Shit, sorry!” Seulgi whispered, receiving a pained and amused giggle.
The ceo couldn't deny it. Even with all the embarrassment, she found the whole situation hilarious, unusual and precious. So, naturally, Yoo Jaeyi was enjoying it.
Ignoring the worried gaze above her, she brought her hands to waist, guiding Seulgi to be more comfortable on her lap as she stretched her legs under her weight.
Woo seemed confused at first, a little reluctant, but the idea seemed better than risking making more noise. She kept herself on her knees, avoiding actually sitting on her familiar legs.
Jaeyi left her hands behind, leaning on them, fearing her own curiosity if she left them on that wonderful waist.
One thought made her curious. She brought Seulgi's face close to her ear, whispering softly with humor.
"So, from what i understand," she held back her smile when she felt the other tense against her. "All this time you were bringing me lunch, you knew you had a great chance of meeting your lawyer," she let out a brief breath against her nearby cheek, touching her lips there briefly, "and continued anyway?"
When she pulled away to face her, it was no surprise how much Seulgi avoided looking into her eyes. Cute.
"Um, actually, i made sure before," she explained after clearing her throat.
"Oh, were you stabbed in the back by the adventurous Choi?"
The university student rolled her eyes, but a small nasal sound gave away her mood “I had a exam today and traffic was impossible, due to the rush i ended up forgetting to ask.”
Yoo made an expression of feigned surprise. With a cheeky curiosity, she brought her hand to her chin, caressing her lightly “was you anxious to see someone?”
One topic that Jaeyi would take time to get used to was the Seulgi agility. At an almost frightening speed, the woman covered her mouth with one hand while the other pinched her arm lightly, enough to make her bother with the sting, letting out a muffled "ouch".
"Don't start," Seulgi whisper had a delightful seriousness to Jae.
Another topic is that maybe she would never get tired of Woo's bossy treatment.
In response, Jae licked her palm, holding back a giggle at the sight of the other's bored expression. It wasn't disgust or anger, just a "really?" almost tired.
The lawyer kept her mischievous gaze, biting her lower lip as she adjusted her posture against the wall. Seulgi followed her every move, helping her, still avoiding touching Jaeyi.
Why so hesitant to touch her? Did Seulgi think it would be uncomfortable for Jaeyi? Or was it for her? Or was ir fear?
Jaeyi had to bite her tongue with the numerous teases about how she seemed so comfortable the last time she was there, naked, sweaty and relaxed. Begging against her ear, satiating her most unholy hunger, wishing only for a single explosive outcome.
Yoo stomach froze. The CEO had to look away this time, materializing why she had thought about that situation that moment.
It was comical how much they tried not to touch each other so much, even though the tension, anxiety, and desire to do so was so obvious.
Meanwhile, outside, Yujin seemed to find her reports very interesting.
Seulgi shifted a little, starting to become agitated again, keeping her own hands on her thigh, rubbing some of the sweat.
She was nervous.
"Seulgi-ah, are you all right?" Yoo Whispered
"Uhum, just a little restless," Her voice was so low she almost thought she had imagined it. her eyes, dark and curious, swayed in search of every detail on the lawyer's face.
The older one returned her gaze, only then noticing her breathing, more specifically the lack.
Jaeyi didn't know if she felt jealous, since on her side, it was almost impossible to avoid wanting to inhale Seulgi's scent. She tried to memorize it with each uncontrolled breath; a wonderful, slightly sweet perfume, mixed with the fabric softener of your clothes.
The day was cold, windy. She thought as she felt like touching her skin with her cold hands. Would Seulgi be as warm as a blanket?
Yoo turned away again, not caring about the other's doubtful look.
She never realized she was so caught up in the aroma until it was too late. Detail; it wasn't a complaint. Jaeyi loved that feeling of getting lost.
The helpless lightness of the lack of control as the intoxicating presence of the bartender settled in her veins, leaving her drunk, wishing that her warmth would burn her bones.
Seulgi shifted again, staring blankly below her face. Was she trying to focus on listening to Yujin or on her neck? Jaeyi smiled. It was easy to answer.
"She's not going to find us," Yoo tried to reassure her, receiving a quick expression of doubt.
“Who?”
There you go.
Yoo Jaeyi smile widened before Woo could redeem herself or hold back the embarrassed shock on his face “ Oh, yes , i know.”
The minutes seemed to have turned into hours. They could still hear her partner fiddling with Jae's documents. Seulgi sighed, craning her neck a little. Yoo followed the movement closely.
“Too uncomfortable?”
Seulgi agreed without much confidence “Heat. “
It wasn't . Jaeyi's air conditioning always stayed at less than twenty degrees, a forgotten custom.
They heard the sound of heels moving again, closer to the closet. They both held their breath. One of Woo's hands grabbed the woman's blouse beneath her, just above the waist, apparently without realizing it. The lawyer held back the urge to annoy her.
Jaeyi approached her ear again, her voice almost imperceptible “Calm down, otherwise she'll hear.”
Seulgi shivered again.
Yoo was going to explode before they could get out of there. The university student looked at her almost angrily, whispering between her teeth “It's easy for you to talk.”
Jaeyi got to her feet, stopped supporting herself and brought her hands up to Seulgi's, pulling her to her face. Seulgi's eyes widened, but she didn't pull away, whether she was afraid of making a noise or not.
“What are you doing?” she asked almost in panic.
As it turned out, the bigger girl's face was also slightly damp, hot, a cold sweat, caused more by the pressure of their closeness than by danger or temperature.
Jaeyi smiled shyly, trying not to flinch at the way Woo was looking at her. At first she just helped Seulgi's palms hold her cheeks, but the way she held her face, even lifting it a little more, almost made Jae regret it.
“You're not the only one, Seulgi-ah," Jae whispered.
The bartender agreed with a silent movement, still holding her jaw, staring at her as if the lawyer had cast a hypnosis spell. If Yoo were a witch, she'd try it.
Due to the lack of support and another flush of nervousness in her body, Jaeyi tried to fix her posture, moving closer to her, avoiding making too much effort to avoid falling backwards.
Seulgi seemed to notice, letting out a slight sigh against her face, but still holding his face. Gradually, the lawyer's smile faded with that look, finally noticing the new tension settling in.
Seulgi always made her intention clear with words, always gently escaping her flirtations and pretending not to notice or reciprocate that side of the lawyer.
But now, with that look? Everything in her emanated danger. All of Jaeyi's confidence was put to the test, and she failed gracefully.
Woo's thumb went down to her lips slowly, caressing them with a torturous delicacy. Jae clenched her jaw, holding her tongue and the urge to use it. Both hearts were in danger. Yoo was finally starting to feel impatient and frozen at the same time.
She wanted Seulgi to press a little harder.
wanted to take her finger inside.
wanted to hug her.
Kiss her.
Corrupt it.
Yoo Jaeyi wanted Seulgi to break.
Then she heard a moderate sigh. As if her goddess finally answered her prayers.
"what hell, Yoo Jaeyi”
Yoo didn't have time to react. Seulgi pulled her face in for a firm, strong kiss, breathing firmly against her skin. How long had she held her breath?
Jae blinked about three times before really processing what was happening. On the third touch, her hands flew to Seulgi's neck, pulling her to her in a possessive and desperate prayer.
She felt a failure in her breathing, perfect moment that her lips really started to move. Slow, careful, familiar and tasty. Seulgi thumb made a tender motion against her cheek and Jaeyi felt like it could actually melt under her.
Yoo heard Yijin walk away from the table, perhaps going to her bookshelf near the exit, she wasn't sure, didn't even pay much attention. Yoo Jaeyi didn't care.
Feeling her heart beat roughly, she wanted to ask her princess for permission to compare it with her beat. Was this really real? Was it really happening?
Jae brought her hand to the eldest's waist, pulling her, more out of a muscle memory than a request, which Seulgi must not have understood, since it was enough for her to sit fully on her lap.
That was the moment of rupture.
Yoo Jaeyi loved it.
In that first moment, they kissed each other so carefully, a warm slowness, becoming familiar again, with longing, calmly leading them to an increasing outburst of pleasure.
Then it started to accelerate.
Seulgi pulled her mouth away for a moment - right, air - which caused a snap of her moist lips to freeze her for a moment. Hiding place, right too.
She looked at her with wide eyes
Dilated pupil
Jae smiled, being accompanied.
"Be careful," she whispered against her lips, before taking them more hungrier.
Woo silently nodded, her expression getting lost between the faint thrill of amusement to a dark lust in her eyes.
Her lips moved a little faster, wet, in an impasse between the feeling of filling the scarcity with the desire to enjoy. Seulgi's grip on her chin was no longer so gentle, but rather firm, trembling and possessive as her other hand reached for her hair behind her neck.
Jae held back a raw sigh when she tugged a little on her strands, hard. She clamped her lower lip slightly, sucking on it with the thirst of five hungry vampires, holding back a sound. Even as she tried to hold back her trembling, she noticed when the smaller girl smiled slightly.
“Careful” her rough, low, breathless voice worked well against the sting in her pride. She barely parted her lips to tease her.
Yoo was about to retort, even opened her mouth a little, but Seulgi didn't give her the chance, kissing her more deeply, using her hot, wet tongue to make her relax, swallowing another sigh of approval.
Her hand, still on her waist, drew her closer, sending a shiver down her spine. They were pressed even tighter together, Woo gasped softly into her mouth, pulling her by the neck.
Thanks to her dreams, Jaeyi remembered how Seulgi kissed her like someone who had already become familiar with her taste, like someone who knew her pleasure, how she learned from that surreal efficiency.
But, gods , tasting that sensation again seemed like something out of this world. Feeling her heart, her trembling and firm touch, suspended any fantasy Yoo might have had with those memories.
The lawyer didn't know whether to thank or curse Yujin for still being there.
Seulgi was literally melting in her mouth once again and Jaeyi still had to worry about anything other than that? The world has never looked so good and cruel to her.
In a daze of boldness, the lawyer tightened her waist a little more, urging her to move over her, but with a softness that gave her room to retreat.
Woo hesitated for a moment, which was enough for it to be her turn to devour her, to search for more of that flavor, bringing her back to the cloud.
Her lower lip trembled a little. Jaeyi pinned it between her teeth, pulling it a little harder. She noticed her skin crawling. It was as if her body had the memory of how to kiss Seulgi embedded in her skin, deeper than her tattoos and bones.
Then with a single flick of her tongue in the college student's mouth, slow and full, he finally undid it against her. Woo Seulgi moaned. Jaeyi didn't even have time to enjoy it. She ended up walking away too quickly, afraid that they had gone over the volume limit, which led her to slam the damn head against the wall.
shit, that was loud.
The sound of the papers stopped. Both held their breath tightly. Jaeyi acted fast, fishing her phone out of her pocket, trying to control her uneven breathing and ignoring both the headache and Seulgi's gaze.
Choi Adventurer:
Seulgi is with me.
Get your mother out of here. Now.
She did not receive a response.
Yujin managed to take exactly three steps towards the closet before an exasperated Kyung acting horribly entered the room.
“Mom, daddy is on the phone, he said he needs you now!”
Her partner looked annoyed as she walked away, "What's up now?"
The footsteps and voices then moved away. Jaeyi was concentrating on the door, trying to hear the moment when the tall latch rang to confirm that they were safe.
She hadn't even noticed the way Seulgi stared at her, or how his hands still held her blouse tightly.
That night, after getting out of the shower, Jaeyi still felt hot.
After Yujin was gone, they both came out of the closet in intense silence - ridiculously embarrassed - making their way to the elevator farthest from the office possible. As soon as the doors closed, Seulgi asked her where she would like to eat, acting as if nothing had happened.
Jaeyi wanted to blow up that building, but she didn't insist.
Hours later, something between desire and anger still bubbled up his neck.
She threw herself against the bed with her phone in hand, refusing to miss a fabulous, rare night of heavy sleep because of Seulgi's stubbornness.
How can someone give you such a good candy and take it away minutes later?
So… let's just pretend nothing happened?
Princess: What if I do?
Coward
Princess: Don't me off and who knows
Princess: Good evening, Jaeyi-ah.
Jaeyi missed the time slot the next morning.
Two days later, Yoo Jaeyi had finally gotten a break from work, so with grace and a bit of desperation of someone hungry, as soon as she had the first break, Jaeyi rushed to the coffee shop.
She missed the place.
Even the boring bell above the entrance door.
That specific day, as she had already put in her mind that she was going to visit the establishment since last night, Yoo made sure to prepare herself and, without wanting to think she was divine.
As the morning was a little sunnier, she took the opportunity to wear a comfortable dress under her coat.
"Seulgi-ah!” she vibrated as soon as she entered the place. Noticing the woman's sweetly hungry look at her outfit, the lawyer was sure she hit the nail on the head.
Before Woo had time to reason, Jae propped her top up on the counter, rising high enough to reach the other woman and give her a quick kiss on the cheek.
Seulgi froze, eyes wide and nose red. So cute.
“I missed seeing you wearing that little hat so much.”
Seulgi rolled her eyes, "I'm going to have her burned."
"You won't, no," she smiled smugly.
Ah, the nickname. Seulgi loved it.
"Why don't you throw yourself on the next avenue you cross? Preferably under a bus.”
Jaeyi ignored it, watching the young woman prepare her order with exaggerated happiness.
"You couldn't stand missing it," she sneered, being pleased when the woman didn't deny it, "looking forward to tomorrow?"
Seulgi played dumb for a moment, just to annoy her, as the lawyer had already refreshed her memory with seven affectionate good morning messages that morning.
First, it would be the Jena event, the one that Woo went exclusively against her will.
Second and main; they were going on a date.
“It's so much emotion that i try not to think so as not to explode” as well as sarcasm .
The biggest smiled smugly “Effects of having a date with Yoo Jaeyi.”
Seulgi stopped. She looked into her eyes and gave her a mischievous little smile.
“A date?”
Yoo didn't hesitate, though “Yes. A date.”
Seulgi held her own smug expression, resting her arms on the counter.
“You didn't specify that it would be a date.”
“If I did now, would it change your decision?”
She pretended to think again, finally managing to stress the other out with this sloppiness “I can't say. Would it?”
“Seulgi-ah!” i said slyly, even though I liked seeing her so playful “Why are you so mean to me?”
Before she could even curse her for her seemingly born cruelty, Jung rushed past them, straight for the exit.
“Boss, I'm going to get the goods!”
“No fooling around” Seulgi shouted at the front door already being closed by the boy.
Jaeyi looked around. The place was empty, she knew that only Jung and Seulgi were here in the morning and it was Thursday, Yeri's day off. Something crazy popped into her mind.
Before the older woman could think much about the situation they were in, Yoo hurried to the other side of the counter, smiling broadly before grabbing her wrist and practically dragging her to the back.
“ Yah, Jaeyi, what are you doing?”
The lawyer had been there once before, she knew about a little room they used as a kind of storage room. That was her target.
Jaeyi found it.
Seulgi did not have time to put the pieces of her intention together.
In the next second, the minor was against the door of the closed room, small and smelling, feeling Jaeyi's whole body pressing against her as she held her face and kissed her as if she hadn't drunk water for five days.
Woo didn't fight back. Not at all. She melted completely. When Jae asked permission with his tongue, that same tasty and hot muscle, Seulgi just let it and moaned against the woman's mouth, grabbing her beautiful and expensive outfit hard to almost tear it. She didn't mind the cocky smile she'd have to put up with afterwards.
Yoo focused only on Seulgi there, who kissed her as hungry as she was, desperate, always longing, running his hands through her hair without any shyness.
“Jaeyi..” She tried to call her, maybe say they shouldn't, that it wasn't appropriate. The lawyer just devoured her own name from those soft lips.
It didn't matter what warnings she might take from Woo. Not now. Not with the way she held her and writhed with her touch, nullifying her worries, leaving her as lost as she was excited.
“Why do you act like you don't want me?” Jaeyi whispered this painful doubt, running her lips over her cheek to the earlobe of the minor, kissing her softly. She wanted to make her restless, as messy as possible “When in fact…”
"I want you," the confession froze her sentence and Yoo Jaeyi's entire body.
Seulgi took advantage, using her cruelly disadvantageous strength to switch places.
"Don't feel cocky," she said against the skin of her neck, running her lips from the length of the side to near her pommel, leaving a wet kiss there. Jaeyi suddenly shuddered weakly with a single specific touch. She remembers “But I want you, Jaeyi... More than your impatient mind can handle.”
She spread more kisses, open and long, sometimes holding the skin in a pinch with her lips. Jae had to bite her tongue, but she didn't want to be left behind. “How sure are you?”
Silence. Seulgi paused for a brief moment, before the bigger one felt her lips moving in a movement that she felt, knew, was a crap smile. Slowly, her right hand reached the side of her leg, lightly caressing before climbing under the fabric of her dress.
Her fingers were cold against the warm skin, making her shiver.
“What could my mind not handle?” Jaeyi smiled, even though she was completely weak and at a disadvantage. "There's so much you have no idea, Seulgi.”
“Tell me then” Woo said quietly, close to her ear, tracing her wet tongue there. Jae held back the urge to roll her eyes, forgetting the sigh that eventually escaped him. "How long have you wanted me, Yoo Jaeyi?"
Yoo wouldn't answer that. It couldn't. Too soon . If the other noticed, it didn't show, as she continued her work of distributing kisses against her, pressing their bodies even more. The silly hand pressed against the burning flesh.
In a sudden hurry, Woo used her free hand to fetch her own, which held her shoulder as an anchor, carrying it under her uniform. Together they pressed the icy palm against the warm skin from the waist to near her belly. The contact was delicious, as intense as a prayer.
Seulgi closed her eyes at the small thermal shock, the lawyer let out another groan at the sight.
Woo was in charge. Jaeyi initiated the whole situation and Woo Seulgi managed to turn her inside out.
It wasn't a complaint. Suddenly, her weakness became a welcome gift.
The older one felt that butterflies in her stomach, which went down to a specific point. Her breath failed. The bartender's other silly hand, still on her thigh, pulled her forward, to wrap her around her waist. Seulgi used her body to press her. Jaeyi sighed loudly.
“damned, Seulgi.. its.. fuck. Hell," she cursed with the sudden loss of breath.
"Language," she fought, smiling lasciviously. The smaller one let her fingers explore on their own, bringing her hand to her hair to guide her face gently downwards.
Jae wanted to laugh “ Sometimes it was hard to unravel your crude flirtation.”
Seulgi's expression changed to a false neutrality, tilting her face as she stared at her, defying her words. Her lips fought over her mouth, letting her breath soak her
“So you didn't like it?”
Jaeyi did not answer. Seulgi seemed not to like being ignored, as her mouth soon came down to bite right over her wrist point. The larger gasped, clinging so tightly against her that Woo herself ended up releasing a deliciously sinful sound against her aching skin.
She scraped her nails on her stiff belly, hard enough to mark, just to match what was being done to her neck.
At least Jae was more discreet.
“Seulgi..." Woo dropped her skin, running her tongue over it, approving of Jaeyi's sentence, cursing, and liking. "You could have left that confession for the date."
Seulgi chuckled before pulling away a little, "Do you want me to stop?"
Jaeyi did not answer. She took the opportunity to kiss her again, thirstier than before. Her tongue acted quickly, receiving a muffled moan in the middle of the aggressive movements, making that same movement she liked, receiving another sound of melted satisfaction.
She used her leg around her to pin her closer.
Heavens, it was so good. She's so good.
Yoo scratched her a little more, still devouring her, focused on taking away any reaction of excitement from the woman. Shortly after, sufficiently inebriated, Jae raised her other knee a little, right in the center, almost imperceptibly until it really pressed against Seulgi.
She barely released her lips as she panted, pulling, reaching for Jaeyi harder, arching into her. The place burned with desire. Yoo felt her heart beating so, so hard for her that she had a flash of trembling fear.
Heaven and earth, help me.
Seulgi pulled back a little to breathe loudly and deeply through her red mouth, looking at her with those dark and curious eye sockets, moving almost in sync on her thigh. “We’re not having sex in the warehouse. Please.”
Jae felt her face heat up a little more, but she didn't miss the opportunity “We won't.”
Seulgi grabbed the leg that tried to press it harder, ceasing the attempt with a resilient last breath.
They locked themselves in a shared silence with their panting breaths. Yoo brought her hand to her lips, drying the contours with her fingertips.
"yes, we won't," Seulgi whispered as if affirming to herself too. Her gaze didn't take off her hands, however.
Jaeyi smiled a little, hovering again close to his nose.
"But you'd like to."
The bartender smiled with a giggle.
"As much as you," he returned quickly, alternating with the breaths of air.
"Yes," Jae leaned in, placing a lingering kiss on her half-moist neck, "But we won't."
She moved back a little further, letting go of her leg, enough to avoid falling into the same trap as before.
Seulgi looked into her eyes as she regulated her breathing. Jaeyi stared at her neck, the way she moved in each breath search.
They stayed that way until the air didn't seem thin.
The classical music of the environment was Jena's face.
When her sister organized an event, it was always possible to find pieces of her in every corner of the place.
Jaeyi thought it was attentive, even if she laughed a little she always saw something tacky and so much the director's face.
She felt a relief for not having to deal with it. Her sister had a natural talent with all the planning, the details and the extravagance. As much as she remembered the endless classes about this orchestrative side of the family, the youngest never had much affinity with it.
Yes, she would know how to organize and plan an event that lavished the Yoo family title everywhere, however, to her happiness and relief, she didn't need to.
Walking calmly through the majestic hall, Jae let her performance take care of every touch, smile and exchange of words with all the tycoons present.
Long looks tried to burn her back, some attempts at contacts a little longer, words too sweet, flattering and false here and there.
It would be very naive to think that all this stress would go to the same grave as your parents.
Yoo Jaeyi did not falter. Her subtlety constantly flirted with an amused coldness in his sentences, her aloof, aloof attitude.
It wasn't how she really wanted to act, but she was softer than she could have been before, under that gaze.
Nowadays it was as if her cage still existed, but the little door was open.
From afar, close to the stage and surrounded by a group of expensive dresses and empty glasses, her sister smiled forcefully before looking in her direction, as if she had a specific sixth sense for Jaeyi.
Exactly two seconds later, the eldest was by her side. She was beautiful. Well cared for. Wearing a long, lilac dress, her hair tied in a planned braid, and light makeup. Jaeyi couldn't hold back a small affectionate smile.
She looked fine. Healthy and happy. Good.
“Are you okay? Have you eaten?” Jae chuckled. No greetings, just genuine sister concern.
As they both wore heels, as much as Jena looked a little bigger, Jaeyi still surpassed her.
“I'm fine, don't worry. What about you?”
She approached, asking Jae in an almost annoyed way to get down. Wow, how she wanted to annoy her now.
“I urgently need to unbuckle the belt of my dress, I'm fed up” the younger Yoo held back her laugh, being joined by the other “Are you enjoying the party?”
The lawyer looked around “Our definitions of party are totally different, sister.”
Jena smiled, feigning a dramatic shiver, "I remember your type well.”
Jae bumped her shoulders lightly, feigning impatience, "But you had a good time like never before.”
The eldest made a thoughtful, almost offensive expression before offering her arm to Jaeyi. They passed through the hall with grace, pretending to have a deep and serious conversation, when in fact they were talking about Jeyoon's latest exploits.
The Yoo sisters, the ones who exposed all the rottenness of the patriarch and rebuilt the family legacy, walked steadily and consistently through the vast hall. The looks never stopped, not even the hopeful smiles, some respectful, others with that disdain wrapped in envy, distrust and remorse. They ignored it. They didn't even feel it at that point.
"You look beautiful, by the way," Jena commented when they reached the first step of the central staircase.
“I always am.”
“Yes, but today in particular it seems special. Where did you ask for this suit? you look like a prince," her eyes lit up.
Jena touched the spider pendant in her jacket pocket curiously. Her perception became even more obvious when the younger one refused to face her “Oh, by the way, i saw your friends earlier and heard interesting rumors of Yeri.”
Jaeyi closed her eyes. Of course she heard.
"Kyung should be careful with her gossipy girlfriend when her job depends on me," Yoo said through gritted teeth.
"If believing this makes you feel confident," Jena shrugged with an amused twinkle in her eye, making it obvious that she couldn't escape.
“hum.. we're getting to know each other” Jae feigned chance, receiving a mocking giggle.
“Woo Seul-gi; Last year of medical college, best in class, excelling since the first period and even aced the CSTA” Jena whistled as they both rested in the playpen on the second floor, which gave them a wide view of the entire room “She looks amazing.”
Jaeyi sighed, letting his eyes sweep the space in search of the bartender.
“She is.”
She tried at all costs to ignore Yoo Jena's thorough analysis “I remember his obsession with her at school.”
Jaeyi rolled her eyes, not believing that she would even have this conversation.
“Don't you literally have an event to monitor?”
"I have my henchmen," Jena shrugged, "I'd rather tease my little sister about her teenage crush."
The younger Yoo rubbed her face with her hands, muttering, "You're horrible."
Jena laughed a little, looking at her audience.
“She seems to be a good person. Not just because she’s stupidly smart.”
Only then did Jaeyi realize.
“Did you meet her?”
"Of course, she was with Kyung and Yeri.
The youngest tries to disguise her brief restlessness, her nervousness. It was not what she had planned for the first interaction of both. She was still dealing with the lack of total control and the possible unforeseen events. The natural course of time still insisted on being her monster under the bed occasionally.
On the one hand, she could sleep better, on the other, things like that happened.
Anyone at the event would even notice this small human detail in her, as her eyes seemed to focus exclusively on a single point while her teeth grind a specific hair on her lips.
But Jena noticed.
“Don't worry, Jae. I liked it, not that it makes any difference to you.” Her sister turned her back to the open view, leaning on the pen and crossing her arms. The lawyer understood this language “And you can see that she likes you too.”
“How do you know?”
"Yeri couldn't stop teasing the poor thing," Her expression was warm as he remembered the scene; her younger sisters totally at ease in her company while a visibly nervous and frightened Seulgi tried not to show anything out of professionalism.
“Do you think her nervousness was because i was the host of the event or because I was the sister of the woman she is in love with?”
Jaeyi laughed a little.
“I think passionate is not the right expression to describe Seulgi”
Silence. Jena stared at her again. First she was evaluative, as if trying to process what she had just heard, and then with perplexity.
“ Jesus”
“What?”
“An insecure Yoo Jaeyi?” She exaggerated look made the provocation obvious “This is literally the first time I've witnessed this and I've known you since our mother gave birth to you.”
The lawyer held her middle finger tightly, opting to bring in some of the younger brat to deal with Jena.
"uhum, because you, at one year old, remember my birth perfectly," she murmured in a tantrum.
"You were a stupidly ugly baby," it was recorded.
“I hate you.”
Jena's clock beeped just in time. She sighed, stretching lightly as she adjusted her posture to return to action.
“Go have fun with your princess.”
Jaeyi snorted, thinking about how much money she would need to hush up her case of assault against Kyung and Yeri.
Watching her sister walk away, a thought moved her before she thought too much about it.
“Do you want to have dinner at home next week?”
Jena looked at her as if she had just told the most unbelievably impossible gossip before smiling. "If you spice up your food too much, I'll kill you."
There was something curious about fate and the small stones placed in Jaeyi path.
It wasn't hard to find the beautiful glimpse of Woo Seulgi from up there. The woman shone like a shooting star, faithful to fulfill her wishes at every call.
However, to her surprise, the sight she found was not very... pleasant.
Woo was at the drinks counter. For a moment, in her own company, she seemed quiet in her space. Jaeyi, being a consistent admirer, let herself enjoy the scenery for a moment.
Dazzling was not enough to describe her. Seulgi wore a black dress with a single long sleeve, emphasizing her uncovered shoulder, back, and arm. Beautiful. Her free skin glowed, muscles well cared for, pure sinful perfection.
Seulgi posture was impeccable, confident, but right there, in a familiar curve near his neck, was a thin line of tension with an impregnating subtlety.
Unfortunately, however, the lawyer was unable to drink the vision completely.
Not when she approached her.
A boy , a little robust, hair licked with gel and a smile too easy. He introduced himself to Seulgi as if it were an honor to her. His body, wearing a suit set of a noticeably smaller number just for show, bent over the counter next to her.
Almost at the same time, still from above, Jaeyi bent against the parapet of the second floor. A smile played on her lips.
The guy asked the bartender for something, turning his full attention to a visibly uninterested Seulgi. That would be so funny.
His boldness, as stressful as it was, deserved her compliments. For some unknown reason thanks to the man's unpredictably high self-esteem, he placed another order of the waiter, who slipped a new drink in front of Seulgi. The nuisance smiled widely.
Woo didn't even touch the glass.
The boy looked around. Jaeyi finally saw his face. He recognized him as one of the surgeons on the Jena team. Leon- don't know what
First of all, she looked for her cell phone, calling a very well memorized number. She watched Seulgi fetch his own device from her handbag, making a gesture to the man as he attended to her.
"Do you want me to get rid of him?" It was the first thing the lawyer said.
Woo's breathing faltered a bit. Calmly, the young woman began to look around, seeking her eyes.
"Up, Seulgi-ah," Jaeyi said quietly, using Woo favorite tone.
They eyes met. Even though the college student's expression didn't change, she was able to perceive the raw change in her mood just by breathing through the call.
"His conceitiness is irritating me from here," Jaeyi continued, letting the sentence drag with her velvety voice, " Heavens , you look so beautiful."
Seulgi continued to stare at her in silence. Yoo smiled mischievously, "Please, love ... Let me get rid of him.
And then your ruin echoed softly in your ear “you don't have to.”
“No?” Yoo asked in a sly voice “But he's looking at you”
"And i only see you, Yoo Jaeyi," she revealed. All circulation of the lawyer stopped. A sigh escaped her lips. Gods “Just get down right away.”
Jaeyi found her still at the bar.
If from afar her vision was stunning, at that distance it was more than enough to knock her off her feet. Yoo made herself a promise: she would kiss every inch of that body that night.
Fortunately, the clown from earlier had already disappeared from her radar by the time they ended their brief call. Well, that was smart enough.
With her patience renewed, Yoo allowed herself to drink in the divine sight once more.
The fabric cascaded down in an elegant but not too revealing slit, leaving only a few glimpses of the smooth leg.
The lawyer could have screamed about what a sin it was to hide it, if her possessiveness hadn't been so comfortable and satisfied with protecting what she considered uniquely hers.
Although Seulgi two side-swept bangs were loose, her hair was tied up in a tight bun, highlighting her beautiful profile. She wore light make-up. Flawless. Yoo could say that Yeri played about eighty percent of the role in that look. I'd have to please her another time. Suddenly, her presence became tolerable again.
Jae watched her from a distance, allowing herself to admire and memorize. It was as if her eyes, the camera of the moment, were capturing a specific cinematic scene; the simple softness of Seulgi existence.
Jaeyi approached. Heart pounding. That persistent nervous anxiety whenever she was near Woo Seulgi.
A thousand ways to approach her flashed through her mind, but just as she was about to touch her arm, her amused voice caught her off guard.
“Finally, i thought I was going to keep eating myself with my eyes all night.”
Jae felt her pupil dilate. An amused smile played on her lips as placed herself next to Woo.
“What sophisticated language for this type of event, Seulgi-ah”
Their eyes met. Sparks jumped between them.
“Sorry, should i retract? I thought i would be lurking in my soul like an obsessing spirit all night.”
Yoo laughed, in a way that revealed all her dimples and left her nose furrowed as her face drooped down.
"I don't think this one is better than the other," she approached the counter, leaning her shoulders, "and the clown?"
Woo shrugged, looking disgusted with the situation. The lawyer smiled.
“He left before i even finished the call.”
“hum..” Her little smile didn't waver. Jae reached her ear “I know what you did.”
“What did i do?” Seulgi looked at her with those corsican eyes, feigning innocence.
“Saying my name like that. Messing with me as he swept away the garbage," Jaeyi practically purred in her ear, seeking her gaze next, "I liked it.”
The bartender smiled broadly as she narrowed her eyes “i have no idea what you're talking about.”
The lawyer rested her face on her hand, leaning in with an emotion of deep thought, "I could have solved the problem too, you know.”
Jae wasn't really upset. She loved the way Seulgi used it. In such a quiet way, so tasty.
However, her possessive monster had not yet completely calmed down. Yoo mind had thought of some interesting possibilities to get rid of that discomfort.
"He wasn't even relevant enough," Seulgi clicked her tongue, smiling minimally when she saw her stubborn pout, "Come on, don't be difficult, Ms. Yoo."
"Am i difficult?" Yoo implied before making her best expression of feigned disbelief, "I've had a fall on you since high school and only managed to be your friend about three months ago."
Seulgi didn't laugh. Her expression turned to something soft, almost affectionate. Jaeyi held her gaze familiarly but hesitantly, not knowing if it crossed the line.
"Don't be convinced," Jae said in an attempt to soften the weight of the statement.
"It's over, I want you to tell me everything, miss " I didn't want to get you involved in my mess, so I kept my distance for your sake" Woo recited her words with an almost frightening precision.
“You suck, you know?” Jaeyi signaled to the bartender, asking for a water while the other woman dissected the side of her face.
"How embarrassing."
“It was cute.”
“You're having fun. I won't say anything else.”
Woo laughed, resting her chin on her hand, "Alright, I think your sister would love to talk about her Romeo phase lurking”
Jaeyi looked at her in disbelief at the blow
“So it's going to be like this? You know, your stepmother has also told me curious things about you, Seulgi-ah.”
Her smile persisted, perhaps thinking she was bluffing, though the way she cleared her throat lightly as she looked at her drink gave away all her play.
“What could it be? It doesn't leave the books back then, and believe me, the nickname "bookworm" isn't as good as it makes it out to be.”
Jaeyi sniffed her hesitation, "Nothing too serious, just the many times you deliberately commented on our feuds and praised my techniques."
Seulgi stared at her as if she had told the most unfunny joke of his life.
“Could having three teachers per subject be called "technical" ?”
“You were talking about me.”
Seulgi kept that bored look.
Jaeyi knew she hit the nail on the head.
“Several times.”
The bartender leaned in, "You're not going to leave me alone about this, are you?"
Jaeyi pressed her lips together to suppress the laughter, letting only her inner devil convey the message through her eyes. Seulgi smiled shyly, slightly denying with his head.
Before she could continue the conversation, a call pulled the attention of both.
A voice lavishing an Italian with an accent reached her ears before the sight of the familiar lady.
“Little Jaeyi, how long!” Yoo smiled broadly at the sight of the frail, gray-haired woman.
Her body moved automatically, cradling her in a tight embrace, feeling the softness of the grandpa dress she was wearing. Its almost natural smell of flowers was still a mystery to the majority.
They moved away just enough for the lady to place two loud kisses on her cheeks, then squeezed them.
“Aunt Angélica, I thought I couldn't travel because of my health” even though your Italian had a more accentuated touch, the years living with Angélica helped a lot in her pronunciation.
The lady made a gesture with her hand, looking at her with a brief humorous disdain.
“Like a single doctor is going to stop me”
And then her attention fell on Seulgi, first with curiosity and then a burst of understanding gracing her eyes.
Jaeyi swallowed.
“Isn't that angel that girl you kept researching about?” Angelica said as he approached the young woman, who kept a sweet smile and nervous looks in Yoo's direction.
The lawyer thanked heaven and earth that Woo did not understand her language.
“Angelica, i beg” She placed herself gently between them, holding the lady's hands before she was affectionate in a way out of the usual way for the university student “That's Woo Seulgi, if it's possible, can we keep the conversation in korean, please?”
The lady, fully aware of her sudden nervousness, agreed to the same old mosquito wag.
"Oh, yes, yes, a thousand pardons, little Woo Seulgi!” She said gently, pulling back with her hands.
Jae felt calmer, giving space for both of them to get to know each other.
“Grandpa, don't be so informal and she's bigger than you.”
The lady looked at her with a curious smile before saying gently, "Did i ask?"
Jaeyi rolled her eyes as she heard a giggle from Seulgi to the side.
"It's okay with the informalities, ma'am," Woo's soft, almost shy, but polite voice echoed for the first time.
The woman seemed to have heard an angel. Yoo searched the nearest emergency exits.
“Oh, no ma’am. Just Angelica, please. I hope i can call you Seulgi in return?”
Woo made a polite gesture, looking at Jaeyi for a moment for some vague guidance, which he shrugged.
"It will be an honor," she returned, opening a wide smile.
“So polite! Jaeyi, she's a sweetheart, look at those dimples. Sweet as a strawberry meringue!” Angelica admired with a strong emotion, mixing the pronunciations “I called you strawberry meringue, have you tried it?”
“I think I've heard of it, but i didn't have the opportunity.”
The lady looked at Jaeyi angrily. The lawyer turned her face, aware that she had not received a pinch only because they were in public.
"Jaeyi, how can you?" Drama began “Your first week at my house and i treated you like my daughter and you didn't even show some of the family recipes to your girlfriend?”
Jaeyi wanted to kill herself, right there, now, jump behind the bar counter and never leave.
“For God's sake, grandma”
"I think we just didn't have the opportunity, Angelica," Seulgi cut her off, offering a calm and sweet expression to the lady. How many their eyes met, Yoo Jaeyi saw the provocative glow.
The final nail in her coffin was always the worst.
She only needed a single asylum.
"Leave it to me, Seulgi! I'll prepare you a portion before i leave.”
The bartender thanked her. Her face still had that redder and nervous tone.
"I didn't know Jaeyi had foreign relatives, if you allow me to ask.”
"Oh, we are not of blood. Didn't she tell you?” The lady gave another rough look at the tall woman, totally oblivious to the fun pleasure present in the college student in front of her “The time Yoo Jaeyi was away, in college, she stayed at my house.”
"Oh, really?"
“Angelica is a close friend of my maternal grandmother” The lawyer explained “when I needed a discreet and distant place, she had the best.”
“You talk like we live in a cave, ungrateful girl.”
“I would say more like a peasant village.”
The lady looked her up and down, in silence, almost making a 'tsk' as if Jaeyi were a mere dog. How could she go from a sweet little lady to a mob mom so quickly?
"Woo Seulgi, it was an honor to meet you. Would you please agree to have tea with me one of these days?”
Jaeyi made a disapproving sound, incredulous at the change in tone, though she feared the danger of leaving the two gossipers alone.
“You call her "my girlfriend" and then ask her out, Angelica? How low, even for someone so small.”
The woman didn't even turn her face “Quiet.”
Ordinary old woman.
“I would love to, Angelica. And the honor was totally mine.”
"So polite and sweet," the lady turned to Jaeyi, leaving her "fragile lady" robe completely aside . "See if you don't do shit, little Jaeyi."
She moved closer, clutching her face as if she'd be ready to assess every pore of his skin, only to leave two more kisses on her cheeks.
"Where's your sister?"
Jaeyi shrugged “Being flattered or fawning around.”
Angelica simulated a shiver before staring her up and down, with a new concern “ Have you been eating right?”
Yoo smiled, "Yes, ma'am.”
Silence. She didn't believe it.
“Liar. Where's those cheeks it took me a while to bring back?” She tried to hold her face again, which she narrowly escaped as she tried to put Woo Seulgi between them this time.
“Angelica, weren't you going to find my sister? She is missing her to death.”
The chef stared at her menacingly before diverting attention to the shy college girl amused by the situation.
“Seulgi, be prepared for the photos of the summer of two thousand and ten, you will die of cuteness.”
Yoo Jaeyi's face fell “Angelica!”
Later, sitting in their car and en route to their meeting destination, it took about five minutes for Seulgi to finally break down in an impressed giggle.
“Who knew you'd be so afraid of a five-foot-tall lady.”
“One meter and forty-eight. And no, I'm not afraid of her," she said smiling a little, taking the humor in her words "although she can be scary when she wants to.”
“Like when?” She asked amused as she let her hair down.
Jaeyi took a few minutes to think of something.
“In the first days working for her, i was still a little disgusted to wash dishes with leftover food, even with gloves.”
"So your face," woo whispered against the window, loud enough for the driver to hear.
“Every time i hesitated or tried to avoid the task of washing the dishes, she made sure to give me more of that work, to the point that i would only go to work washing dishes.”
Seulgi smiled a little, her eyes sympathetic.
“Even though i died internally at the beginning, she presented me with a single candy at the end and a conversation... critically necessary” They stopped at a traffic light “She would say, in that cute granny apron, "Look, you're fucked already. Your parents are gone, your gold-caged crib is gone, and your sister is trying to hold on while you pull yourself together. If you want that freedom, Yoo Jaeyi, you need to learn how to get dirty, whether it's with wet food or mud."
The traffic light opened and the car continued on its way.
“She gave me exactly three candies for three days in a row and then stopped completely. "What? You washed dishes, don't expect life to give you gifts for wiping your own ass"
Jaeyi laughed a little, biting her lips lightly, taking comfort in those memories. She felt Seulgi's curious gaze.
“After a few days, i understood the incentive. I asked her to teach me how to cook.”
Silence. About two miles later, Seulgi found his voice again.
“She is a special lady.”
"She's quite mackerel, actually. But yes. Special.”
"I'm not sure what to say about your run with life.”
Jaeyi shrugged, wondering about the phrase “you don't need to say anything. I don't want to congratulate you for just learning how to be functional. I'm just sharing... I like to share it with you.”
“That's a little harsh.”
“Is it a lie?”
Seulgi processed for a while before continuing;
“Once, at school, it rained a lot during a school event and some music club materials were left out. I remember that because of desperation, no one remembered to take them out," Seulgi's gaze found her profile , "You did. I was on the third floor, in the living room, studying and i saw you, in the rain, running with drums and trumpet boxes through the lawn area.”
“Huh, don't even remind me. That was ridiculous. A bunch of adult idiots, constantly complaining about the lack of responsibilities of the students, but no one dared to go through a simple rain to get the drug from an instrument that should be worth the monthly salary of an entire family” Her fingers on the steering wheels tightened, the frustration with the neglect of that day still irritated her “If it was dangerous, That's why adults should move and not fight with teenagers to do their job.”
“They did it after you made the first move.”
“A bunch of slackers.”
Seulgi laughed.
"You've always been a queen bee, Jaeyi. Even before you can throw wet food away.”
The silence that followed was a mixture of comfort and surprise. Jaeyi took advantage of the weak movement to poke his shoulder lightly.
“What a cute compliment.”
Woo rolled her eyes.
“Just accept it.”
"Yes, princess.”
The next twenty minutes were in comfortable silence until Seulgi asked if she could choose any music. As soon as Ogi's quiet voice escaped through the speakers, the university student noticed a sign on the road.
“You're leaving town.”
- Uhum.
Jaeyi laughed weakly, trying not to complete the humor with a harsher answer.
Woo let out a funny buzz “Are you going to kill me?”
"Only in good ways, i hope."
“That doesn't reassure me much.”
“Let's go to a nice place, with an amazing view of Seoul.”
“Still in the middle of nowhere?” Yoo agreed with a slight movement, unwilling to reveal more. "I'll send my location to the girls just in case."
"Yah, Woo Seulgi!
The car stopped at the beginning of a hill.
They were surrounded by a rice field, whose low lawn helped with the perfect glimpse of the entire city miles away. The city shone. A chaotic place full of life, but from up there, it was totally silent. Well, almost entirely, either by the whistling of the wind or by the touches of what seemed to be several crickets in their habitats.
The sky was beautiful, starry, with only a few clouds surrounding the moon in an almost respectful way. She was perfect. Bright to the point of fully illuminating the night path. Seulgi couldn't stop staring at her. The lawyer might feel jealous if it weren't for the huge advantage of being able to watch her muse freely.
As soon as Woo got out of the car, with Jae's chivalrous help, her eyes went back to the starry ocean.
Her mouth opened a little, perplexed and amazed.
The tallest approached her, short and silent steps, taking advantage of her distraction to put herself on her back, bordering on the limit so as not to make her startle or feel uncomfortable.
“the moon is beautiful tonight, isn't it?” Yoo low voice was not deliberate, although the way the body in front of her tensed in a shiver satisfied her.
Seulgi did not move away, however. It seemed comfortable. She turned her face a little, crossing her arms with the next icy breeze that jumped between them.
"What are you planning, Jaeyi?"
Jae smiled widely, taking off her own jacket to cover her princess. "Come on, we're already close, I don't want to spoil the surprise now," she held out her hand to a shy Woo, feeling her own heart pounding.
When they reached the top, still holding hands, Jaeyi let the other take a few steps forward, waiting for her reaction.
It was laborious.
First, a large enough space was illuminated by golden lamp posts, high enough not to be too uncomfortable on the eyes or create a feeling of tightness.
An open-air hut, without ceilings, walls or floors.
In the middle, two picnic tables. One with all the necessary utensils for an improvised kitchen; pots, a small electric stove, canisters, two thermal coolers, three large bags next to them.
Yoo would need to send a thanks to Kyung and a good financial transfer to Yeri afterwards.
The second table was set for dinner, obviously.
Seulgi looked confused and impressed.
Jaeyi took the cue to undo the plain tie he wore for a butterfly, using her spider pendant to decorate the center.
Woo, as always, had to run away from the script right in the middle of his preparation.
When her eyes, which possess the lawyer's soul more than she could admit, noticed her difficulty in the tissue in her throat, her entire expression softened into an affectionate giggle.
“What are you doing?” she asked as her approached.
Jae gave up the damn tie as all her confidence faded away with a single question, a single look, and the comforting sight of the college girl calmly approaching.
“I forgot how to make this kind of knot” Jae replied embarrassedly, purposely skipping the real question.
Seulgi noticed. Her thin, nimble, beautiful fingers began to play with the fabric of the tie as soon as it was close enough to the larger one.
Jaeyi smiled shyly, taking the moment to watch her.
Her hair was loose now, swaying in the wind. Seulgi shone with the golden light of the lamps. Her serene, slightly reddened face seemed like a gift.
“I referred to that... Everything” Woo eyes turned to the tables.
“I wanted to cook for you.”
The bow tie was perfect.
Seulgi's gaze stared at her in a different way, almost as if she were the most defenseless and impressive being she had ever seen.
This really moved Jaeyi, who smiled and disengaged a little from the proximity, suddenly nervous, heading towards the tables.
“The girls helped me! I thought about taking you to my house and cooking there, but i wanted it to be special” The silence of the other only worsened the state of her anxiety.
Jae cleared her throat, pulling a loop from her wrist to tie his hair into a bun “Not that my house isn't special. I just got carried away, i guess. Like, if it's too much you can tell me…”
Seulgi just stood there, staring at Jaeyi. Hell of a woman, say something before i cry in front of you.
Her hands became restless on the table. She looked for the small homemade menu she made, playing with it
“I also made a menu. I put three of the top foreign recipes i learned out” Woo's expression remained the same.
Silence. Jaeyi stood with her back to the table, staring at the distant young woman, who had started to walk around her, still quiet and observing the surroundings.
“There's a sign here, we can ask for something, or go away and do something less... tacky?”
Woo seemed to be having fun with everything, even without saying a single word. Her eyes showed this, especially in the way that sometimes they stole a few glances in her direction, devouring her with that overwhelming intensity.
Jaeyi always forgot this detail; Seulgi knew the effect it had on her and how to use it. Arrogance has always been a cruel enemy. She was so used to her shy and distant version that she easily forgot about that side, preventing her from preparing herself mentally.
Yoo Jaeyi knew how to deal with distant shyness. Now this version?
The version that will come on the mat in your class.
The version that will come at the bar.
That pushed her to her limit. The version that used it on that call.
It was out of this world.
The youngest did not stutter as she rambled. Her signs of nervousness were as subtle as the wind, but she knew that her eyes were what deleted her. Jaeyi felt exposed with a single stare.
Seulgi began to walk towards her.
"hum, by the way, don't worry about the ingredients, I talked to Hee Yoon about her allergies and tastes," she feigned a relaxed laugh at the memory, "who knew you'd throw a tantrum over peas."
One facing the other. Seulgi had that same cocky smile, small and daring.
“So.. Will you serve me tonight?”
Jaeyi's mouth dried up completely. She joked with a little smile.
“Completely.”
Her smile widened.
“And what would be the menu?”
Jaeyi held out the small, hardened paper, made completely home-made with annoying youtube tutorials and colored pen.
Seulgi barely looked at them.
"Oh, no, i want you to tell me the menu for the night," she took a step. Jae backed one back.
Yoo's air escaped once more.
“Yes, ma'am," she joked, mentally congratulating herself on the way her pupils vibrated.
And then it happened.
Seulgi acted quickly, almost like a sigh. She glued and released her lips in a simple, loud kiss. A little seal. The crack was loud, adding the contact of the sweet and moist lips, a complete shiver went down her spine.
Jaeyi blinked a few times, standing still. Lost, didn't know if she expected more or anything else. Her mind, tossed and pulled out of a fog, was utterly lost.
"Keep going," Woo said with an almost innocent look.
Taking a deep breath, Yoo tried to concentrate again.
‘The sausage is ground pork and seasoned with lemon and sauce to accompany” She managed to proceed without hesitation, without stuttering, trying to evaluate the other's reaction “For main, we will have pirão-de-leite , with sun-dried meat and vinaigrette.
Seulgi agreed, coming closer so calmly that Yoo almost didn't notice. Until her foot touched the support of the table. She has not yet wavered.
“This dish has three bases, pirão is made with cassava flour and milk.
“What does it look like?”
“Try to think of a puree. If you have a preference for texture, just let me know," Jae reassured, smiling. A hand from Seulgi reached her waist, pushing her to the edge of the table. Her smile almost died “the meat, being a soft thigh, will be cut into strips”.
"You look experienced," Seulgi noticed just before stealing another kiss, quick and open, with another wet snap. Jaeyi tried to search for more, only to see her target turn her face away with another slutty grin, "Go on, please ."
The lawyer will stop caring if she would falter or not.
“I'll pass the strips with butter and onion, you'll feel like it has a little saltier, but it's because of the preparation i did before” Yoo really tried to find a more audible tone for her voice.
Another kiss. It took her exactly three seconds longer than the others, just to try her harder.
Jaeyi finally stumbled, stuttering stupidly "The vinaigrette has... There are onions, tomatoes and green peppers.”
“Are you okay? Woo asked. The older one let out a disbelieving giggle, her own hands grabbing the other's waist tightly, just to hold on.
"Perfectly," JAe whispered almost rudely. Another kiss. Fast again. Wet. High. Sweet.
“And for dessert” Another kiss. She felt the ghost of Seulgi language in this one. Lost her breath completely “humm.. Soufflé.”
“A Soufflé? I've heard, how is it made?”
Jaeyi couldn't answer. She didn't want to. She didn't care to explain at that moment, just to pull the other woman by the waist that was tied to life and kiss her as if she depended on it again.
Firm and desperate. She sighed into her mouth, smiling between her lips, as she caressed her cheek. Yoo felt that it would melt. It was always like this. Seulgi touched her and Jaeyi melted into a mess of sighs and heat.
Woo urged her back, until she felt the firmness of the table behind them and settled into it, half seated, with the other between her legs.
“I am sorry... You were so, so beautiful all nervous” the eldest whispered as she took a breath. Jae felt warm, warm “All of it... It's incredible.”
“Did you like it?”
Seulgi kissed her again, slower and more affectionately. Jae smiled, caressing the fabric of her dress.
“What are we going to have for drink?” Still in her embrace, Woo asked shyly as she stroked her face.
“oh” she scratched the back of his neck “I forgot to think of something more elaborate, so it will be coca-cola.”
The bartender laughed out loud.
