Ello to anyone who actually likes this fanfic! (Or just happened to stumble upon this because I actually updated for once.)
I have unfortunately ran into a problem with the writing and have no idea why it happened.

The problem? I accidentally. Kinda left the fandom. So for a few months I was fully writersblocked. I guess that's what can happen when you write a fic even though you've only been obsessed for two weeks and didn't start it seriously???

BUT! This fic is not discontinued! It shall never be discontinued, even if it takes me til 2035. (Jeez I hope not. The writing quality is not worth that long of a wait. :<)

I actually am making some progress on the next chapter, but I am very nervous with how some things are going. (I'm looking at you Clémentine. And plot hole I shall not discuss lest it grows bigger.)

Turns out focusing on other fandoms while slowly being able to implement the music back into my life DOES help! So right now I'm half in the fandom! (Soon to hopefully be fully so that chapters come out monthly and not every third of the year.)

And there is AN ACTUAL PRO TO THE WRITERS BLOCK. I have figured out that my favorite way of escapism is by drawing, so chapters from now on with have ARTTTTT!!!!! (I also just want any fanfics I write from now on to include art because I love fics like those)

SORRY THIS IS MOSTLY GIBBBERISH BUT I PROMISE BY OCTOBER THERE'LL BE ANOTHER CHAPTER (and maybe a Kingsley backstory one shot in September, I really do feel like I'm in the final stretch of the Writers Block) - SCHOOL WON'T STOP ME - HAVE A GREAT DAY OR NIGHT!!!!

Notes:

Don't worry about things not making sense. This is purposeful. Throughout the story you'll be given context and flashbacks, cause this is kind of in the middle of the story.

By the way, the Lark are somewhere in their late teens to early 20's! And I don't know if this will ever be mentioned in later chapters, so the reason Clemmie's mad it didn't tell Cole that the Storyteller was part of the Harkers is because the Harkers are such strong fae that it takes huge amounts of iron to harm them, and Cole only has an iron necklace.
