Out of context, I’d look like a sadist. But I promise I have a valid reason for being happy at the knowledge that 4 kid’s dead bodies have been found mangled in alleyways within a week of each other. Some new serial killer, people are saying.
I pull up a digital map, dropping a pin in all of the cities with a case like this. They’re all just too similar… specific injuries. One weapon, almost a bear trap… but too large to be one. No trap found, either. And who gets caught in one by their torso?
The red dots on the screen follow a vague eastward direction. I print the image and tack it to my board.

A week later, like clockwork, another kid was found. Same cause of death, no killer found. Twenty miles eastward from the last city.
Five isn’t a coincidence anymore.
And now, we try to figure out what could possibly be doing this. There’s a few blueprints I have saved to my desktop, so I quickly scan through trying to find a weapon that would cause this. Funtime foxy has a claw similar to one that could cause this. Is it one of the funtimes? It can prove quite difficult to find real information on them, so I’m quite limited on resources. A few forums, once you get past the children and true crime obsessors, are pretty helpful. People sharing what they find, genuinely trying to learn more. Help each other.
A quick scan through my usual few, and nothing particularly interesting shows up. The same meme posted a million times, the same two blueprints… the only new thing is a picture of some little kid next to Circus Baby. She’s become well known to me, showing up a lot due to being a mascot in her pizzeria, though there isn’t much information on her current whereabouts. I wonder…
I had seen some blueprint of her design once months ago. Didn’t bother to save it anywhere. I quickly type in a few words to the search bar, scrolling down until something seems familiar.

Disclosed is an image of her blueprint, detailing the way she works and her various features. One of which a claw in her stomach, that almost resembles a bear trap…..
