Midoriya Izuku is : never going to get splashed
Because as The BNHA Hero, that just wouldn’t work (Initial plan was : let’s say they invited Shinsou for whatever reason, and they were discussing something, and Shinsou managed to tackle Izuku out of range, but got hit instead : Shinsou needs to get hit anyway ---> Eventually got turned into Izuku got protected from the splash by his All Might Worship).
Asui Tsuyu is : Brienne
Blunt and to the point, but tries to be nice when she knows how. (hello awkward with YamaJaime.)
Also the whole "want to be a knight for honor" would go well with wanting to be a hero student, and both have pretty good relationship with their family, as far as we can tell... Not much more detail planned...

Bakugou Katsuki is: Baby Rickon
Rickon's background not already given in Canon :
Died at twelve on Skagos, by failing to escape about twenty grown men and warriors coming after Osha and him : he still took five of them on his own, osha got seven, and shaggy dog (with rickon inside at the end) got ten more total (Shaggy did get killed by the very end of the fight too, so, in a way, that was 2 deaths for the price of one).
How do they work together ? :
Rickon is Wild and Angry at the world. Bakugou is Angry at everything. Rickon got raised mostly by a wildling : he totally get Bakugou dominance mentality.
How do they BLEND together :
Bakugou respect Baby Rickon death : he fought like a fury, killed a bunch of enemies, and for a twelve year old, that was pretty badass. Is a bit unnerved by the whole actually killed people, but otherwise, total respect : had they met at twelve years old, they would both consider each other worthy opponent (which I guess is one of the few aspect of respect that Bakugou get at this point).

What who knows :
Everyone got pretty disturbed when he mentioned dying at somewhere around 11/12 years old while fighting 20 grown up warriors. Katsuki didn’t mention the direwolf part of the fight. He shares some stuff with a therapist, but Baby Rickon died young enough that there aren’t quite as many trauma than for some others…
Kirishima Eijiro is: Samwell Tarly
kinda shy and a coward (inside, for kirishima), but want to be brave so already on the good path to become so and be a hero. Not really good at tactic or strategy during a fight, little self-confidence, but actually quite good at pep talk.
Sam death was murdered by strangulation after the war with the Others: some maesters weren’t happy with how much he helped with the magic part to beat back the deads, so now that we don’t need you, go die. The saddest thing is that Samwell totally expected it.
I haven't seen the TV serie, so any character development that disagree with this in the serie can take a walk : I don't care !
Ashido Mina is: Asha Greyjoy
She got the swag, she got the brass, she got the balls (metaphoric balls).
Jiro Kyoka is: the queen of thorns
Very blunt and can be not nice (unlike tsuyu who is blunt but still trying not to hurt anyone).
Kaminari Denki is: Tyrion Lannister
Blonde ! not actually dumb, only pretends to be dumb (he knows how useful it is to be underestimated). But he HAS dyslexia and maybe adhd, so difficulty with learning in a classic school environment. Perfect for mirroring YamaJaime, and makes them closer even before realizing the relationship between their previous life. His death : I've decided happened because Cersei found a way to poison him from afar : same poison as killed Joffrey because of revenge. He didn't get to trully clear the air with Jaime before his Death, but died pretty much in his arms hearing that his big bro did love him even now, and wanting to reciprocate, but unable.
About the Tysha's thing (reflexion about a canon non-con event)
This is the closest we're going to get for a 1-A member to rape, as either victim or perpetrator. Yes, the Tysha's thing was obviously rape once Tywin got involved (not before, before, it was 2 kids being dumb). But I don't consider Tyrion to be a regular rapist, and I won't treat him as such. First, because since I'm using book canon, he would have been VERY young when it happened (I headcanon him being 13, Tysha being 12 : if the book gives other ages, well, it's what I'll use anyway). Technically, at 13, yes, a kid starts being legally responsible for their own actions, but it's sort of the early limit in my country. Add to that the very real pressure from Tywin, his very dangerous Dad who hates him, and I would consider what happened to be very dubiously consensual on Tyrion's part too.
Also add the fact that he was raised by Tywin, who wouldn't consider that a prostitute could be raped : as in, in some country, marital rape is not a thing, because the very marriage is considered implied consent forever, sort of, for Tywin (and anyone following him), "choosing" the "profession" of whore give implied consent forever to anyone willing to pay. So Tyrion wouldn't be able to understand it was rape, once he believed Jaime's story of Tysha being a whore he paid. He did reflect later and he certainly never touched anyone unwilling, even a whore (once you ignore the dubious nature of consent when it's literally what you have to do make a living). And once Jaime fessed up about his lie, for sure, he knows he did rape his own wife (if under threat). And I don't know how he felt about thing before that realization, but after, he would consider that someone who doesn't accept a "no" from a prostitute is as much a rapist as someone that doesn't accept a "no" from anyone else. No matter if she got paid after.
Separately, I headcanon that the reason Jaime lied initially was because he was terrified that situation would be what broke the camel's back for Tywin and he would choose to kill Tyrion, kinslaying be damned. And so, he lied because he knew it was the only way to keep Tyrion alive, even with every other consequences (which he knew). I also headcanon that he was very much right in his assessment. Fuck Tywin.
As a result, I guess at some point, I'm going to need to get him to have a talk with Midnight about the Tysha's Thing : it's going to be awful for everyone involved, because Midnight has a serious dislike against rapists, ans, as previously said, Tyrion technically qualifies. So it's going to take serious efforts on her part to go look for the exact circumstances before accepting the circumstances were exceptional enough to deserve a nuanced judgement.
Shouji Mezou is: Shireen Baratheon
She hides her face, he hides his face, both a bit self-effacing, but also not that much.
Tokoyami Fumikage : is Melisandre (after a serious wakeup call)
Fascinated with the occult but not fanatical anymore, very very dramatic (revelry in the dark/the night is dark and full of terrors). Will get finally recognized as Melisandre because will mix his favourite sentences in front of someone able to add things up. Either Todoroki, or someone else… (Possibly whoever ends up with Davos, but probably not BNHA!Stannis, given it would be an actual problem given who I plan to saddle him with...)
Hagakure Tooru is: Margaery Tyrell
No one can really see her true face (literally for Hagakure, figuratively for Margaery). Had been married to the king of the 7 kingdom after the war with the Others (so with TodoroJon), died giving birth to the next king (kinda put her very very off getting pregnant).
Koda Koji is: Myrcella Baratheon
Very shy and self-effaced / the thing with the animals is very princessy. I've decided that Myrcella survived the whole war by faking her death with help from the Dornish (who did NOT murder her just pretended to: we don't kill little girls in my Dorne). As a result she gets some kind of accidental death that isn't all that bad, and had time to enjoy her life. Cersei got to bury her “golden shroud”, but never realized it wasn't her actual daughter with it...
Aaaand that's it for the characters known to have been splashed ! There will be another one added later, after I actually post the 1rst chapter of the next fic, mostly because it would explain a lot about how I initially planned to go for that fic... And after that, I still have a bunch of associations more or less fleshed out that I might post...
