Chapter Text
Turbo stepped in, the same man that supposedly died in that diet cola volcano 3 years ago, the same man who game jumped, standing in front of Felix with coffee in hand, a red and white striped robe, and a few cybug editions.
“Turbo?” Felix asked, a mix of fear and skepticism in his voice.
“Hey fix-it, I saw you sleeping on a beach on the sidewalk and decided to take you home, couldn't just leave you there, ya’ know?” Turbo said, sipping his coffee like he didn't just take Felix off the street.
“I thought you died!” Felix said, an undeniable anger in his voice that's mixed with fear.
“I was so deeply embedded into the code I respawned in the mountain, so I decided to escape while you guys were busy, and I hid for a while until I escaped to the internet when it was first plugged in, then I rebranded myself and became a sorta virus.” turbo said, sitting on the edge of the bed next to Felix.
“Turbo, please tell me I didn't unwillingly sleep in the same bed as you last night.”
That sentence almost made turbo spit out his coffee, “What!? No! Of course not! I slept on the couch.”
“Oh thank mod, I thought you were in the same bed as me for a moment!” Felix said, relief spreading over his face.
“Now, question, what do you want for breakfast? We can get anything, we're in dark web right now.” Turbo said while laying down.
“DARK WEB!? ISN'T THAT ILLEGAL!?” Felix asked, panicked.
“Chillax fix-it, they can't arrest viruses, now what do you want for breakfast?” Turbo said, pulling out his phone, where did he even get a phone?
“... Pancakes.”
“Pancakes it is.” Turbo said, getting up and leaving.
Felix is still confused, why would turbo bring him here? Why would he ask what he wanted for breakfast? Why is he being so nice? What does turbo have planned for him? Why did turbo sleep on the couch for him? And why would turbo get him pancakes!?
Before Felix could dwell on it any longer, turbo comes in with pancakes.
“For the handyman!” Turbo said, putting the plate on said handymans lap.
“For me?” Felix sheepishly asked.
“Yeah, you're gonna need a new outfit by the way, handyman does not fit the dark web.” Turbo said, continuing to drink his coffee.
“Whats wrong with my clothes? I've always worn these.” Felix said before starting to eat his pancakes.
“They're too flashy, you'll get noticed, and if you're gonna be the one stealing information while I distract, we can't have that.” Turbo said
“Huh!? Stealing!? I would never steal!” Felix said, dropping his fork in surprise.
“Well, if we're gonna survive, you kinda have to, pretty difficult to do it on my own.” Turbo said, “finish eating, we gotta go shopping”
“Ok…” Felix said, picking up his fork and continuing to eat

After Felix finished eating, turbo dragged him to a clothing shop, well, kinda? Since they're digital characters, it's more like they stole images of clothes, but you get the idea, Felix tried a couple differently outfits, but some were too flashy, others were uncomfortable, he even tried on a skirt, while he secretly enjoyed it, he decided against wearing it
“You're gonna need something, fix-it!” Turbo said, exhausted, he's now in normal clothes, well, a tattered tracksuit, but still normal ish.
“Well, I want it to be comfortable and you want it to not be flashy!” Felix said in retaliation, “and you should be the one looking for clothes!”
“My brand is that I'm weird and creepy! That's how I get people to click download!” Turbo said, clearly starting to get annoyed.
Felix just grumbled, put on a simple black shirt, hoodie, sweatpants, gloves, and shoes, “there, happy!?”
“Ugh, finally! Now let's go!” Turbo said, dragging Felix out of the store.

After a while of walking with no sense of purpose, turbo stopping only to be a pop-up ad for the strange faced people with things on their wrists, Felix sees 2 people who seem… familiar in a way, but he just couldn't place it…
“Jet! Booster!” Turbo said as he walked over to the 2 people.
“The twins are here!?” Felix asked in surprise as he rushed to follow turbo.
“Yeah! Did you not realize they escaped turbotime?” Turbo said, turning to look at Felix.
“No!?” Felix said, looking at the twins, they looked a bit different than he remembered, jet had longer hair, and booster had bangs, “you guys look different!”
“heck yeah we do! Looking identical is booooriiiing” Jet said.
“Yeah!” Booster said in agreement.
“How have you guys been?” Turbo asked.
“Pretty good, booster hasn't been annoying as much recently.” jet said.
“Hey!” Booster said, playfully elbowing jet.
“Ow!” Jet said in response to the elbow.
“Both of you calm down.” turbo said sternly.
Felix was confused by the whole situation, the twins were alive!? And still being assholes to each other!? And why did Felix like turbo talking sternly? But before Felix could think more, he's suddenly picked up by turbo before turbo begins to walk back to his place, still talking to the twins, oh dear God, how did Felix develop a crush on turbo this quickly!?

Once back at turbos house, turbo sets a very flustered Felix on the couch.
“Dude, is fix-it blushing?” Jet asked, pointing at the red-faced handyman.
“I'M NOT BLUSHING!” Felix said in retaliation, his face even more red.
“You're gonna turn into a tomato at this rate!” Booster said before laughing his ass off, jet joining in on the laughter. (hyena ass)
“SHUT UP!” Felix said, his face as red as a ripe tomato.
“Both of you stop, maybe he's embarrassed about being manhandled” turbo said, which only made the twins laugh harder.
Felix immediately gets butterflies in his stomach at turbos voice, God dammit, is he really crushing on his ex a day after he divorced his wife!? He has gotta get his act together ASAP.
