Meanwhile, back with Gingerbrave and the others, the boy is freaking out. They returned to the faerie kingdom once they realized Wizard Cookie and Strawberry Cookie weren't nearby. Gingerbrave paces anxiously; it's been years since he last felt this scared. Pure Vanilla Cookie stays with him.
"What if something happened to them? What if they're in danger!? I trust them, but... B-but maybe..."
"Gingerbrave, deep breaths" - Pure Vanilla Cookie instructs gently, placing a hand over the trembling boy's shoulder - "The knights are looking for them, but you need to calm down"
Gingerbrave, who was already at the verge of tears, takes deep breaths - "I-I need to look for them, it's been two days already..." - He says, feeling terrified at the thought of what could have happened to his close friends.
"I know, I know you want to..." - Pure Vanilla thinks for a moment, then gets an idea - "tell you what, if in a few moments they're still not here, we'll make a bigger search... I promise" - His souljam glows as he says it, which makes Gingerbrave relax for a bit, though still anxious.
It's quiet and calm, the grass is surprisingly soft, and both chirping and water hitting rocks can be heard. Strawberry Cookie wakes up, she doesn't know how long she's been unconscious. Wizard Cookie wakes up shortly after her. They look around and find out that they're in a strange place, much calmer than where they were before. They quickly get on guard once they hear an "are you okay" from a strange voice.
"I apologize, I didn't mean to frighten you" - The cookie whose voice came from says, he smiles, but has a nervous look on his face - "I found you both being brought by the river, are you two okay? Do you need something? Do you... Know where you are?"
Both kids look at each other and shake their heads. They're definitely not in beast yeast anymore, that's for sure. They look tired and disoriented, which makes the cookie in front of them worry.
"Oh dear..." - The strange cookie takes a deep breath, then returns to his smile - "My name is Whipped Cream Cookie, did you hear of me, perhaps?"
"The ballet dancer?" - Wizard Cookie says, then blushes when Strawberry Cookie looks at him - "I-I mean... He's kinda famous, I must've heard someone talking about him or something" - He looks another way with closed eyes, trying to hide his blush.
Strawberry Cookie chuckles as she sees her friend so flustered, then returns to Whipped Cream Cookie - "Ballet, huh?" - as she sees him nod, Strawberry thinks for a moment - "... W-would you like to help us?"
Wizard Cookie looks confused until he realizes, then his eyes lit up - "yeah! You would be a great help!"
"Mh? Well, now you got me curious" - Whipped Cream Cookie giggles - "I would love to help, I was just leaving the dessert paradise anyway, what can I do for you, little ones?"
Wizard Cookie and Strawberry Cookie explain the situation; their journey to Beast Yeast, how they got lost, about Jolie Peony, and how they're trying to help her. Whipped Cream Cookie stands shocked. Why are such young children involved in something like this? The dancer stands there for a moment; he's unsure of going to Beast Yeast with them, but they seem desperate, and he won't just leave them by themselves.
"I see... could you take me to her?" - Whipped Cream asks, and instantly, both kids grab both of his hands and start taking him, excitedly that they're finally getting somewhere - "Whoa, slow down!" - Whipped Cream says and chuckles nervously, what did he get himself into?
A few hours later, both kids and Whipped Cream Cookie are walking towards the place. They're still disoriented, so they try to remember the way as much as they can, while explaining to Whipped Cream in more detail what's happening. Whipped Cream listens patiently as he follows them, he frowns as he hears everything.
"How can a cookie live like that? All alone for years... Poor thing" - He mentions as they finish explaining. Strawberry Cookie nods and looks down. It's true, and that's probably why it's so hard for Jolie to trust that she can actually be helped, even after being left completely alone in a dead place.
"I think we're near, I feel the same thing that me and Strawberry felt when we first found the place, the same... Calmness" - Wizard Cookie shivers after saying that last word, the calmness they feel is less than before now that they know what's really going on there - "Didn't expect to find it again so soon, honestly"
They step into the lost garden, and the place is as pale and dead as before. There's no sound left, not even the constant sobbing of an abandoned soul waiting to be found once more by her dear angel. As they step further into the place, they eventually arrive at the cave where Jolie Peony Cookie is hiding. She's in the exact same spot as before. When they enter the cave, Whipped Cream Cookie steps closer, trying to catch her attention.
"Hello, my dear..." - Whipped Cream holds her hand and gives it a soft kiss -"... Care for a dance?"
