Chapter Text
Clover stirred in the morning to find Chara still pressed tightly against their chest. “They look so peaceful” Clover thought not moving to not disturb Chara’s rest. Clover raised their arm to scratch Chara’s hair. Chara made soft sounds of contentment as they stirred. Chara opened their eyes and Clover looked into their ruby red eyes.
“Uhh Clover?” Chara said snapping Clover back to reality. “Oh uh good morning Chara!” Clover said awkwardly their cheeks slightly red. “Are you blushing?” Chara asked smirking. “What! N-no!” Clover stammered their cheeks growing more flushed. “Sure Cowboy. Whatever you say.” Chara says deciding not to push, partly out of Clover’s comfort, partly because they were too tired to push it.
“Let’s get some breakfast.” Clover says.
“Yeah let’s get some.” Chara says.
And the two went off to get some breakfast both content with their perfect morning.
