Another ‘ding!’ rang from her phone, the turquoise tissue box glanced, getting a big blob of jam off the ground with her mop.
Tisha was recleaning the kitchen after Sprout and Cosmo finished baking their—what was it called again— ‘Extravagant 4 Layer Fruitified Cake of Joy!’ as they explained from the menu. She told them to clean up after themselves, but they were going on a run and needed to cook dinner later! They could’ve postponed the run and tidied up first, but Tisha wasn’t busy so they assumed she didn’t mind.
She did. She was trying to redecorate her room before they knocked on the door. She said no, Sprout begged and promised biscuits, now Tisha had no choice but to or she’d feel absolutely terrible!
To be honest, she only took one of those things from the box since Shelly was recommending for her to get one, but she just didn’t get the jist of her ‘phone’ or whatever it’s called. The screen was way too bright and flashy, and stupid sounds kept emitting from that thing every second!
She was way too busy to even deal with being able to use it to it’s full potential! What’s the use of distracting yourself with a rectangle when you could clean up all the gunk and dust around her?
And with everyone bombarding her with new things to clean, how could she resist?
…
Now’s not really a good time to complain, is it? Someone has to keep the place tidy around here. And on the bright side: she’s almost done!
*DING!*
She covers the phone with one of her microfiber cloths from her cart. She just needed a few more minutes.
[YourFavoriteClown] I think it’s best to let it go Pops, she’s probably really busy. Best not to disturb her.
