My instincts demand you (But you're out of my reach)

Chapter 3: It takes a dedicated hand to put it through the wall

Summary:

“Thanks.” Chuuya smiled at her. Dazai hated every second of this. He wished All Might would speak up already before the bandaged teen got less suicidal and more homicidal

Notes:

chapter title from mother mother wrecking ball

Whopses! Rex accidentally posted this early so I guess... y'all can keep it. enjoy early chapter. that also means potentially no chapter on Friday..

TW: mentions of suicide, cannon typical violence, and blood/gore

sorry not sorry Uraraka lovers. I need my angst, it's ok she won't be entirely done wrong.. I hope.. I like Uraraka but I think since she's already seen as a love interest it would make sense for her to also be a love interest to Chuuya (especially since omegaxOmega isn't accepted my most of society). Yes alphaxalpha and omegaxOmega still happens, but its like mlm and wlw back in the 1970s. It's just barely begining to be recognized and in Japan they are even less open to it. (pretty sure even now same-sex marriage is illegal in Japan.) So to be gay in this cannon of the omegaverse is to like someone of the same secondary gender.

I've spent 20 hours on google docs this week (9-15)... I got this idea on like the 9th doing dishes, clearly I put in the work to write this stuff.. even my beta reader was surprised id gotten chapter one done on Tuesday 😭

I genuinely started writing this fic not realizing people actually wanted this fic.. I love my omegaverse and I love seeing it done correctly. I also realized that there was not a single fic that was mha x bsd with omegaverse. probably because that's not people’s cup of tea often since omegaverse is usually smutty n stuff. well if you dislike smut, rejoice because I'm not writing it in the fic. maybe in a oneshot but very unlikely

Anyways Rexy out! I hope you enjoy the chapter!

Big thanks to my beta reader for helping me make this a fantastic fic! I love you so much /p ^^ 🩵

Chapter Text

Dazai’s bad feeling was justified, because it turned out this was the class he actually had to do something in. It was the ‘heroics class,’ or whatever the name was. Either way, it meant the omega couldn't just laze around and he actually had to do something. Which was not something Dazai enjoyed very much.

Dazai was also required to get changed into P.E. clothes, so everyone went to the locker rooms to get changed. The brunette wasn't thrilled about it, but Chuuya blocked him so the other teens couldn't look at him or his body. He did the same with the ginger once he was done.

The Nullifier had to say, these uniforms were ugly. Like really ugly. But he couldn't really say that out loud without getting hit by the gravity manipulator next to him. They walked back into the room they had all first entered, with All Might standing in the center of the room.

“I am here!” All Might called out, likely to get the students' attention. “Today you will be fighting young Nakahara and young Dazai! you will be split into groups of four at random with one group of five.” All might held up 4 fingers as he said that.

“Can't I just fight the entire class at once? it'd be faster.” The alpha said, causing the entire class to turn towards him in shock.

Dazai almost laughed at that, unable to resist making a teasing comment. “Over achieving alpha's am I right?” That comment managed to irritate both Chuuya and Bakugo.

Bakugo spoke up before Chuuya could. “Oi, bandages!” well that was certainly a new nickname. ”You don't know one thing about alphas. We're bigger and stronger than you, especially dominant alphas!” The ginger alpha walked up and took his place by the omega's side, a silent warning not to hurt Dazai.

“Young Bakugo, no need to get so mad! it was just a simple comment, no need to be so mad!” The number one hero said, “Sorry young Nakahara, but you will not be fighting everyone at once.” There was a pause as the man turned and grabbed a cup filled with coloured straws. ”Now! everyone please pick a straw!”

Everyone began picking straws, carefully finding their teammates. Dazai walked over to Chuuya and threw his lanky arms over the short alpha’s shoulders, setting his chin onto the top of Chuuya's head. This was as close as the omega usually got to basking in the gingers scent.

Everyone began meeting up with their teammates, and when everyone had partnered up with their matching teams, All Might called for their attention. “Now that everyone's paired up, let's begin the first match!”

The first team to go against Soukoku was Iida, Bakugo, Kirishima, Sato and Ojiro. The pair had been let into the field before the other two, where they automatically split up. No plan, just fight until they won. Chuuya went left and Dazai went right. They didn't plan to meet up.

Dazai laid across a pipe that ran high off the ground. He didn't really want to fight, but as he heard loud footsteps and a very angry scent approaching him, he doubted that would be an option.

“When I see that damn beta– I swear I'm going to put him in his place and remind him why alpha's are better!” The words echoed across the pipes in the narrow space, bouncing off the walls and to the omega laying on the pipe.

“Chill bakubro! he probably didn't mean it like that!” Another voice, this one was trying to defuse the angry alpha.

“Yes Bakugo! that's a very villain-like thing to say, it is wrong to put someone in their place if it is not warranted!” Dazai looked over to where the sound was coming from. He really hated the concept of heroes and villains. The world wasn't that black and white. Good people did bad things, bad people did good things. It wasn't how many bad things they did that mattered, it was why they did it.

They all began to come into view, Bakugo, Iida and Kirishima. Bakugo looked pissed. Dazai turned and swung his legs over as they approached. None of the three looked up, which was a shame, the omega half wished they had. He was sure that if they had, the blue haired beta would have said something about safety.

They passed right under Dazai, and the omega made his presence known by jumping from pipe to pipe till he was right behind them. Each pipe he landed on made a slight metallic clang when he landed on them. Luckily he wasn't heavy enough to cause them to break, but it made a good amount of noise for the narrow space.

The brunette was not exactly thrilled to have to immediately jump out of the way of a very angry alpha. “Not the kindest way to welcome me..” Dazai grumbled, and he kept having to dodge so as to not get blasted to bits.

Bakugo leaped for him again, “Die!!” The nullifier couldn't help but scoff at that. Chuuya might be the brawn of the pair, but that didn't mean Dazai was helpless. Both of them were smart and strong, they just each had their main skills. Dazai was a genius, Chuuya had a God trapped within his body.

Dazai grabbed Bakugo’s wrist as he stepped to the side, he took advantage of the brief moment of shock where he processed the fact that at this current moment, he was quirkless. The omega slammed Bakugo on his back. The blond alpha let out a grunt and was left dazed as Dazai turned his attention to the other two opponents.

Iida came at him faster than he had expected, and he silently thanked Chuuya for giving him unintentional training on this. He didn't move from his spot, and Iida slowed down, not coming at him full speed. That was the beta’s first mistake. His second was thinking that Dazai was weak. The brunette balled his fist, and when Iida got close enough he stepped to the side and punched him square in the face, he hadn't intended to hit the teen that hard, but the force from the engines on his calves and Dazai putting just a little force into his hit led to him actually being knocked out.

Iida landed on his back, passed out. The omega would apologize for that later. Probably... Dazai still had Kirishima to deal with. Who had stood there dazed when he took down Bakugo. Wait he hadn't–

Dazai’s body was slammed into the asphalt hard, Bakugo on his back. He would feel that later, he was sure of it. The omega went limp, the blond alpha slamming him into the ground hard enough that if his head had been hit, it would have knocked him out– and he planned to make it seem like he did get knocked out.

Bakugo applied more pressure in between his shoulder blades, “and stay down.” Dazai just felt irritation as the alpha used a command. He didn't like alphas much, especially not ones that felt the need to make everyone submit to them. It was straight annoying, and the omega did not plan on giving him the satisfaction. Not like the command would have worked anyway, Dazai was mated so it would have failed.

As soon as Bakugo removed his weight from the bandaged teens back, he made a move to swipe Bakugo’s feet out from under him. The alpha looked rather startled by that, clearly not expecting Dazai to not only resist the command, but take him out as well. When Bakugo was down for the second time, he grabbed the capture tape and quickly tied it around his hands.

Kirishima hadn't wasted much time after Bakugo fell, and Dazai just barely moved so that he didn't get a fist to his blind eye. Why did he have to deal with 3 people anyway? this was the only group of 5, meaning Chuuya just had two people to fight. That pissed off the omega as he grabbed Kirishima’s wrist and nullified his quirk. Thatleft the beta confused for a solid second, which gave Dazai enough time to grab his other wrist and wrap capture tape around both of them.

As soon as he did that, an announcement rang across the arena through the intercoms. “Young Nakahara and young Dazai win”

Dazai could hear the subtle growl from Bakugo as he undid the capture tape from him. “That was so manly bro!” Kirishima congratulated him as he removed the tape from him as well

“Thanks, though I didn't mean to knock out Iida.” The brunette motioned to the still out cold beta, and the redhead picked him up and tossed him over his shoulder.

“No biggie! accidents happen, I'm sure he won't mind.” They started to head over to the main entrance, and where their teacher was waiting.

As soon as Chuuya walked in, Uraraka ran up to him. “That was so cool! You’ve got to teach me how to do that, we have similar quirks so we can learn from each other!" She hooked her arm with the alpha's, and dazai, even from a fair distance, could smell her sickly sweet white chocolate and cherry scent. It made the omega want to growl, make it clear he wasn't available, but that wasn't true–Chuuya was available.

Dazai shoved past them both, purposely stepping on the short alpha's foot. Chuuya didn't even acknowledge it, must have been too caught up in the pretty omega trying to get with him. Oh well.

“That was a great match, I hope everyone learned something!” All Might said, clapping his hands together with his signature grin.

“Young Nakahara, your control over your quirk is incredible. Better than some pro heroes one might say!” the blond alpha said, “and you young Dazai, your hand to hand is quite impressive. Though do try and be gentler next time.” Dazai nodded, he hadn't intended to knock Iida out anyway.

The next match up was against Todoroki, Mina, Sero, and Tokoyami. This time Chuuya had wanted them to stay together, for some reason. Dazai liked to imagine it was because he was worried after hearing the omega was almost knocked out by having his head slammed into the ground, but he doubted it. It was probably just for the slug’s convenience so that he didn't have to deal with quirks that couldn't be stopped by his ability.

So, Chuuya was somewhere–the brunette wasn't sure where–while Dazai sat with his legs swinging on a low hanging pipe. The team had been rather quiet moving through the winding fields of pipes. Compared to the last team, the omega hadn't expected the heroes in training capable of such.

Chuuya landed next to him. “They're coming this way.” The alpha looked at Dazai for a minute, either examining his plain face for hints at what he was thinking, or just staring at him for another reason.

Dazai nodded “So what’s the plan Chibi?” Dazai put his hands on either side of him, standing up to look at the short teen.

“Distressed omega?” Chuuya offered, glancing at the bandaged omega.

“Chuuya knows I hate that plan.” Dazai groaned, standing up and jumping down from the pipe.

“Suck it up mackerel, you asked me what the plan was so I gave you a plan.” The alpha said, jumping down with the omega.

“Chibi should be the omega this time!” The bandaged teen shot Chuuya a glare as he waited for the ginger to tell him where he was supposed to go.

“We both know why you're the omega every time.” The gravity manipulator pointed in the direction he'd come from. “Take a left at the first turn then a right.”

Dazai nodded and he set off in that direction. Chuuya headed off in a different direction. The walk was anything but entertaining. Just pipes and boring grey buildings. He took the turns instructed by the short teen, and soon he could see the group of 4.

The bandaged teen had to force down the urge to grin as he saw them. He might hate the role he played in this plan, but he loves watching Chuuya enact it.

“H-Hey! I need your help! Chuuya is in danger! please!” Dazai yelped, and as soon as Todoroki came running towards him he began running.

“Help him please! He messed up and lost control of his quirk! He was crushed under pipes. He needs help!” Dazai stumbled as he ran, further portraying a feeling of distress as his partner was injured.

“It's gonna be ok, we're going to help.” Todoroki called, and Dazai skidded around the last corner, to a pile of pipes that had been knocked down and haphazardly piled. He dropped to his knees, trying to pull at the pipes. The half and half hero was next to him, staring at the pile, hesitating as Sero ran up behind him, Mina and Tokoyami not far behind.

Dazai could understand why, if someone had been crushed under these pipes, they likely wouldn't make it out. The omega felt a hand on his back. Tokoyami was using his quirk to pull pipes off what he assumed to be Chuuya. The person touching his back was Mina, and the brunette used that opportunity to bury his face into his hands. He made choked noises and made his shoulders shake.

“I'm so sorry Dazai..” Mina said, glancing at the pile again, and Dazai realized these heroes in training were way too gullible. Shame really, if they had realized it was a lie they would have already had the brunette captured.

Within the next second a pipe slammed into Todoroki’s back, angled to pin him down, Dazai's choked noises turned into giggles. Mina tore her attention away from the omega on his knees by the pile of pipes.

Dazai looked up and back, a grin on his face. Chuuya was floating in the center of the wide alley. The pipes on the floor by the Nullifier began to float up as the gravity manipulator actived his ability.

“Your first mistake was thinking that stupid mackerel would care if I was crushed.” Chuuya flung a pipe right at Tokoyami, making the beast–dark shadow–lunge to fend off the barrage. “Your second? Thinking I'd loose control of my ability like that.”

Dazai had used the distraction the alpha had provided to sneak up behind Tokoyami. He tackled the Bird boy to the floor, sitting on his back as he tied his hands with the capture tape.

Todoroki tried to get out of where he was pinned, The brunette turned his attention to him. Getting off of Tokoyami, he hurried to the half and half teen. Grabbing his ankle, he prevented him from using his quirk. he considered what to do but he just decided to wrap the capture tape around his ankles.

Unfortunately, the omega had forgotten about the Raven haired omega. Tape wrapped around him, startling him as he realized his ability wouldn't nullify it. Seemed as though the tape created by his elbows could not be removed by Dazai's ability. Capture tape was wrapped around him, effectively taking the bandaged teen out of the fight.

Chuuya spared him a glance, but went back to tossing pipes at Mina. The pink omega kept dodging, melting or jumping on the pipes. It looked like it was irritating the alpha, by the way his scent sharppened and filled the space with a more smoky smell than normal. Dazai watched as the short alpha lunged to him, and the acid user froze completely. That small lapse in control cost her, a capture tape tightly wrapping around her.

The Alpha turne his attention to Sero who had stayed near Dazai. A pipe was launched at him from the pile–the omega could tell the ginger had had enough of this fight. The pipe slammed info the wall by Sero, bending in the middle and pressing the tape user tightly to the wall.

“young Dazai and young Chuuya win the match!” All might called over the speakers.

Chuuya wasted no time in walking straight over to Dazai and unwrapped the tape and capture tape. The omega had smelt a little of how he had smelt from a far, but this close? Chuuya was really pissed. His scent was mostly smoke, and Dazai made the decision not to tease him.

The pair unwrapped the other teens not long after. Dazai unwrapped Mina and Tokoyami while Chuuya dislodged the pipes pinning Sero and Todoroki. He unwrapped the capture tape from Todoroki.

The alpha glared at the omega, and Dazai went to walking next to him. Chuuya fell into his normal spot slightly behind Dazai. The alpha’s scent began to calm down gradually. The UA teens fell into step behind them, keeping a fairly large distance from the pissed off alpha. Most of the group was omegas, so it made sense they didn't plan to fuck around and find out with how mad Chuuya smelt.

They walked into the room everyone else was in. No one said anything, but no one dared to speak to Chuuya. All Might paused, he didn't give corrections, just motioned for both Chuuya and Dazai to go back out onto the field.

Dazai assumed that All Might was giving Chuuya time to calm down. Currently, the pair were in an alley on the field, pretty far from the entry gate. The brunette doubted the cameras were on currently so when the ginger grabbed him and dragged him onto the floor, he didn't mind.

The omega sat in the center of the alley while the pissed off alpha was finger combing his hair. “What happened?” Dazai asked, but he didn't have to specify what he meant.

“Wouldn't shut up.” Chuuya replied. He sniffed the bandaged teen’s hair. Dazai’s scent was faint, almost unnoticeable, but his hair still smelt of him. The whisky and cherry pie, with the light undertone of cherry blossom, clung to him.

When Chuuya said ‘wouldn't shut up’ Dazai was well aware he meant Arahabaki. Seeing that just by touching the Nullifier for a short amount of time had calmed the gravity manipulator down a lot, it made sense.

“Is Chuuya going to keep smelling my hair?” Dazai grumbled, he made a small effort to move away from Chuuya. That proved to do the opposite of what he wanted, because the alpha growled and dragged him back even closer than before.

“Chibi, they're going to think we're together!” The brunette whined.

“I don't care shitty Dazai, stop moving.” Chuuya snapped. Dazai twisted to look him in the face, both brows raised.

“Chibi you know beta and alpha pairings aren't legal right?” Dazai yelped as he was shoved away, causing him to almost land face first into the floor for the second time today. He grumbled something as he stood up and followed Chuuya, he didn't know how long it had been, but he assumed it was time for the next match.

The next match up was Koda, Hagakure, Kaminari, and Shinso. Dazai had already warned Chuuya of Shinso's quirk. He would rather not find out how the alpha, or Arahabaki, would react to being controlled.

Corruption was a liability, it always was. The power it had was beautiful, corruption was beautiful, but the draw-backs were dangerous. Dazai would actually put money on it that if Chuuya hadn't been Arahabaki’s vessel, he would have been an omega. Seeing that the creature caged within Chuuya’s body had not only given him a strong ability–if not the strongest, it wasn't crazy to assume it also changed his secondary gender.

Dazai was walking through the alleys, hands in his pockets as he walked. He'd lost track of the gravity manipulator jumping around the field, not that he really cared. He couldn't hear any voices, nor could he smell anyone.

The brunette felt hands on him, and he jumped away, confused. Who had just touched him? Where were they? again, a hand on his wrist this time, Dazai kicked out with his leg, a grunt. So someone was there, Hagakure most likely. She must have gone ahead so that the others wouldn't give her away.

Dazai hadn't been able to get the grip off his wrist, so he went limp. At the last second before he slammed against the ground, he pulled Hagakure under him.

An offended squawk was heard under him, and that confused the omega. “Hey! that's totally inappropriate you pervert!”

Dazai was confused, wait, don't tell him–”You're naked!?” the bandaged teen leaped back, his face shocked. He understood why she was like that. He had introduced himself as a beta, and beta on beta couples were very common. More acceptable than any other beta couples that weren't with betas, actually.

“Yes? Did you not realize that!?” The air spat, and Dazai just sat there, mouth agape, horrified at what he'd done.

“No? How would I have known you weren't wearing anything!? I thought they would have been able to make something invisible when you're using it!” the brunette said, his shock was undoubtedly justified, how was he supposed to know she was naked? He would have thought the heroes would have figured out a better solution for this!

A thump next to him and the scent of gunpowder. “What in the world is happening here mackerel?” Chuuya asked, glancing at him. He never really saw Dazai this shocked.

“Hagakure is naked! I can't–why isn't there a better solution for this?” The alpha was staring at the omega now, then he burst out laughing.

“You–You touched a naked woman! must've been your first time shitty Dazai!” Chuuya was barely getting words out through his laughter.

“Shut up Chuuya! I didn't mean too! It's not like you've touched an omega either!” Dazai was red, glaring at the ginger who was still laughing at him.

“You don't know that.” Chuuya was starting to get his laughter under control, and the short teen shot Dazai a glare.

Capture tape had found and wrapped around Hagakure while she was distracted by Dazai and Chuuya’s banter. “Awe man, I didn't even realize that.” She sighed, “Though I don't blame you for that Dazai, most people don't think I'm naked at first.”

“I might love women but I'm no pervert. Sorry about that Hagakure.” Dazai said, and he stood up.

Dazai and Chuuya left Hagakure there, back tracking where they assumed she came from. It wasn't long before they found the others of her team. Kaminari was leading them with Shinso not far behind, Koda trailer after them hesitantly.

Chuuya used one of the pipes above them to slam Koda down, and he landed on top of the omega. Dazai walked up from the way they were heading. They had made the mistake of choosing a thinner alley.

Dazai was probably the less threatening of the two, so Kaminari slammed his hands onto the floor, sending a shock of electricity. That was useless because the bandaged teen’s ability immediately nullified it. That, along with putting far too much power behind it, rendered the Pikachu-like teen useless.

That left just Shinso, which probably should have been more scary with the mind control, but seeing that he hadn't figured out Dazai nor Chuuya, it wouldn't be that concerning. Neither would answer him.

“How do you say we end this quickly, Chibi?” The voice changer was good, Dazai would give him that. But unfortunately for him, the brunette would never say anything like that. Chuuya gave the teen a look before aiming a kick towards his head, stopping only centimeters away.

“Young Nakahara and young Dazai win!” Shinso looked shocked, he hadn't expected they’d lose that easily.

Back in the room All Might gave them their critiques. “Young Dazai, you had good hand to hand with Hagakure, but your lapse in attention could have led to your capture. Luckily your ally came in and prevented that.” The omega in question rolled his eyes, if he had known the beta was naked, he wouldn't have made that mistake, so you couldn't really blame him.

As All Might gave the student their critiques, Dazai flopped onto Chuuya’s back. He basked in the alpha’s soothed scent. The ginger was no longer as pissed off as he had been, and the bandaged teen wasn't sure why he had been so mad in the first place.

The next team to go was Jiro, Aoyama, Yaoyorozu, and Midoriya. Though Dazai wasn't so sure it was Midoriya because everyone seemed to be calling him Deku. The brunette would figure that out later, now wasn't the time.

They still have a minute or two before the teens are released onto the battlefield field. Dazai was sprawled out on the top of a random building.

“Chibi, you deal with this one I'm tired!” Dazai whined. Chuuya gave him a look, which the brunette did not mind.

The ginger walked towards him, crouching by his side and leaning over the bandaged teen. “Mackerel, I'm not doing your work for you.” The alpha was met with long silence, “Fine but you owe me.”

Dazai watched as Chuuya leaped away, the buzzer rang out not long after, signaling the students were allowed on the field. 1 alpha, 1 omega, and 2 betas. The omega was sure the gravity manipulator would be fine.

He took the time to think over what Chuuya might want from him. A massage? Probably not, he knew Dazai would take way too much joy in causing him pain. Maybe scenting? but in their current predicament, that made no sense. The pair weren't allowed off UA campus without a hero so it'd be suspicious for an omega to have scented the short alpha. then again maybe Chuuya didn't care about that.

A crash in the distance mad him turn his head slightly, glancing in the direction. The green haired omega leaped high enough for Dazai to briefly see him before being slammed by a piece of concrete. Then some sparkly beam went into the sky, and the ginger came into view briefly before disappearing behind the buildings again.

Dazai went back to pondering things, but it was no longer about owing Chuuya. More about instinct stuff. He didn't like to admit it, but he was beginning to miss Rynosuke and Gin. The two pups should have presented before he left, but they hadn't–well at least Rynosuke should have. He guessed malnourishment, constant stress, and threats he was under made his body scared to present.

People presented around twelve to fourteen. Only occasionally did they present later. Even Dazai had presented at thirteen. That was the day Mori found him.

Mori, right. The omega had been a little off right before he and Chuuya had been caught. Something must have been wrong. What could have possibly been wrong to make him keep nagging Dazai about stupid things? It hadn't been his heat soon, Dazai knew that.

Mori had his heat maybe one to two weeks ago. Dazai had been excused from work that week because the Port Mafia boss didn't want him out of his sight. The omega had also been marked, but the bandaged teen was never sure who Mori's mate was.

Mori could have been worried about Dazai attempting soon since it had been a while since his last attempt. Maybe the omega was just worried about the brunette for other reasons? Dazai could never be sure with him. He was a confusing man, constantly giving the nullifier orders that conflicted each other.

An explosion sounded from close by. Closer than he'd thought the fight would get. Chuuya had been going easy on these teens. Dazai had made sure to warn the alpha that he couldn't go full throttle–quirks had drawbacks, and he couldn't just use his ability like he normally did.

The short teen was right above him now, and for a second he thought he was going to be asked to join, but the ginger spared him the effort and took off back into the fight. Dazai guessed he wouldn't give up the omega owing him for help, not when he could do this himself.

Dazai remembered their burner phones had been taken. He guessed he had gotten a lot of messages from Mori. Likely panicked with how fast the outside world had found out. Knowing the bandaged teen’s track record, he wouldn’t be surprised if those messages were asking if he committed suicide or if he needed help.

He pondered if the heroes would go through those, but they probably would. They had little to no information on Dazai and Chuuya. It would be idiotic not to go through their phones. Hopefully, the alpha didn't keep anything too incriminating on his phone.

“young Dazai and young Chuuya win the match!” the announcer blasted. Dazai groaned as he hauled himself off the floor, Chuuya was next to him now, and yanked him up the rest of the way.

“Time to go back, waste of bandages.” The ginger said before he made his way down the building. Dazai trailed behind him, even if he didn't see why they had to go back and forth every time. It was not an optimal situation whatsoever.

They walked into the room and that damned brunette omega from 1-A went up to Chuuya again. “That was incredible! You have such good control over your quirk!”

“Thanks.” Chuuya smiled at her. Dazai hated every second of this. He wished All Might would speak up already before the bandaged teen got less suicidal and more homicidal.

“You should help me learn my quirk better! since our quirks are really similar!” Uraraka said, walking next to the short alpha. Maybe that's the omega he should have. Dazai wasn't exactly the best example of an omega. Hell, the two of them had never spent a single heat or rut together.

“I wouldn't mind doing that, we can plan out a time after we get our schedules.” Chuuya smiled down at the brunette, and the nullifier felt a pang of jealousy. If he had his gun, he would have shot that omega clean in the head. But he didn't, so she got to live another day flirting with his–the alpha.

“Excellent job young Nakahara! Young Dazai, you should have done more to help!” All Might blasted. Then he went off about the UA students. Dazai tuned him out, he knew it'd probably be good to learn their weaknesses, but if they actually went against Chuuya full force, they wouldn't be walking right now.

The alpha usually lets his scent control go when in a fight like that, a serious one. It worked well to make people cower and back down. Or he'd just seriously injure them so they were out of the fight. Whatever works best.

He leaned on the short ginger as the pro hero talked to his students. He ended up getting a sideways glance from Uraraka. Betas and alphas weren't a commonly accepted pair of mates, and often shunned for it. So the brunette omega must have assumed Dazai was a weird beta who liked alphas instead of betas.

The final match, and one Dazai was not about to be lazing around in. It was versus Uraraka, Shoji, Mineta, and Tsu. The brunette was not about to leave his alpha alone with that gravity changing omega. The bandaged teen would give up suicide before he left those two alone.

Anyway, that entire ‘I'm not leaving them alone’ back fired completely. Shoji and Mineta had chased him away from the pair, and Dazai was currently in a losing one v three. Tsu was cutting off any attempts to get back to his partner, and Shoji and Mineta kept trying to capture him.

Dazai narrowly avoided stepping on one of Mineta’s balls. He wasn't sure if the stinky alpha’s quirk would be nullified or not, and he was not risking it, not with how he’s seen how he treated omegas and women.

Shoji was now right in front of him, and he had to stumble to the side to avoid his arms. He wasn't even sure what his quirk was. Dazai had decided not that long ago he hated quirks. He hated them a lot. He couldn't nullify some of them, and he had yet to figure out which ones he could nullify.

Tsu’s tongue flung at him, trying to wrap around him He wasn't about to let that happen, but he also couldn't engage in hand to hand with so many people all working against him.

He wondered how Chuuya’s fight was going, probably a lot better than his. He was probably having a merry ol’ time with the omega. That just pissed the brunette off more.

He punched Mineta right in the face out of annoyance before leaping back, the purple alpha had stumbled back. That gave him a chance to dart towards where he'd last seen Chuuya.

Dazai was absolutely not pleased with the sight he was met with, or well scent. It smelt so strongly of white chocolate and cherry. He didn't have time to stop and get pissed about that though, he had to keep running. Shoji and Tsu were right on his tail, and Mineta wasn't far behind.

Chuuya had caught Uraraka, and was talking to her casually. Dazai ran right in front of the alpha. The ginger sighed and a wall of concrete and pipes blocked the way the omega had come from.

Dazai stumbled and collapsed onto the floor, shooting Chuuya a glare. “You.. are taking care of the rest of this..” the brunette huffed out. He was too tired to tease the alpha, he usually would have just let them win, but that wasn't optimal.

“Got it.” The alpha said, and he was gone, the stacked wall of concrete stayed up. The omega that had been captured turned bitter eyes to Dazai, who was still sprawled out on the floor.

“We were talking, you know.” Uraraka said. He could hear the irritation in her voice, the bitterness from having her chance ruined.

“Guess that sucks. You know he’s got an omega back home right?” Dazai said, rolling over onto his back and looking at the brunette girl. A little white lie couldn't hurt right?

“He does? Well it's not like he's going back to Yokohama anytime soon.” The gravity-quirked girl said. Goodness, Dazai was getting more homicidal.

“Young Nakahara and young Dazai win!” All Might said over the speakers. The omega just got up and walked away from Uraraka. He didn't free her, he just left her. No omega that desperate deserved his time.

All might welcome him back, since he was the first one back, and got straight to his critiques. “Young Dazai, you held your ground well, but you're far too reliant on your team mate. What would you do if he wasn't there?” All might not want that answer, Dazai already knew that.

“I would just let them capture me.” Dazai lazily replied. That got a startled reaction out of All Might. ”I would never enter a fight knowing Chibi wasn't able to show up or save me.”

“Well what if he wasn't around and wasn't able to be around?” Dazai gave the pro hero a weird look.

“I would expect someone to still come and get me. I never go into a fight without a plan.” He was trying to avoid mentioning the port mafia, or anything relating to his status. All night nodded and decided to just give up on his point. Dazai ran to Chuuya knowing the alpha would save his ass, that's what the ginger always did, without a doubt.

Chuuya walked in not long after, he shot the brunette a glare, probably for leaving Uraraka but he couldn't be bothered. The omega in question was right next to the alpha, her scent was everywhere, all over him, making Dazai wrinkle his nose.

All might, luckily for him, got their critiques done quickly. Dazai didn't want to wait for them to learn everything they did wrong or right. Chuuya fell into step behind Dazai as they left the training grounds and were dismissed for the rest of the day.

The class 1-A dorms were nice. Like really nice. At least in the brunette omegas opinion. The common room was large, a couch and a table. though Dazai soon realized the couch had been shoved back, along with the table to make room for a large pile of pillows and blankets in the center of the room.

“Is that a–” Dazai placed a hand over Chuuya’s mouth. If the alpha had learned manners about omegas, he'd know not to talk about a nest like it was confusing him on what it was. Actually the idiot alpha had made that mistake with Dazai and well, let's just say he had to drag the omega out of a river a day after.

“This is our common room, you guys can sit on the couches. Though you'll have to get one of the omega’s permission to be allowed in the nest.” Iida said, still making those odd robotic motions. Dazai had assumed as much, omegas didn't like people they didn't know in the nest, and you needed permission to enter a nest.

Chuuya looked confused, but he also hadn't experienced a nest. He'd only seen the very few the bandaged teen had made, and it was usually torn apart seconds later. Dazai hated almost every single nest he made, they felt wrong, felt like they were missing something and the brunette could possibly figure out what. He usually just spent the torturous days of his heats curled in Mori’s nest behind his main office. Occasionally Mori would come and scent him but that was about it.

“Why do we need permission?” Chuuya asked, Dazai kicked his shin, but it was too late. Every omega in the room was staring at the alpha. “Sorry, I never really see omega nests. My only omega friend always tears apart their nest.” that earned Chuuya another kick to his shin. The alpha hissed in pain and shot Dazai a look.

“He knows nothing about omega culture.” Dazai deadpanned. “You need permission because omegas do not like when someone enters their nest without permission. Certain exceptions exist like pups or mates but that's it.” Chuuya looked at him, and now everyone was staring at him. Right. He was a beta, and betas didn't usually know much about secondary genders.

“Oh okay.” The alpha muttered, glancing to the side. He must have assumed you could just enter one with how many times he has watched Dazai curl up into Mori’s nest without permission, but that was because the omega was the port mafia boss’s pup.

Everyone was still staring at Chuuya, especially that brunette rat who was after him. They saw how he treated omegas and had assumed he knew omega culture. It was surprising to see him not realize it.

“Your omega friend always tears up their nest?” Midoriya asked, his expression pitying. Dazai hated it, quite a lot.

Chuuya nodded, looking over at the green haired omega. “Yeah they do, I'm not sure why, they've never told me.” It was a jab at the omega in a way that Dazai couldn't deflect it, and it would get him an actual answer.

“It's probably something missing from it. I've had that before, it took me forever to realize I was missing my favorite scent.” Midoriya explained. Dazai groaned internally, and Chuuya was going to pester him about that when they were alone without any risk of the omega's status getting out.

“Thanks, I'll have to ask them about it.” Chuuya smiled at Midoriya, which flustered the omega slightly. Yep, the ginger was going to ask him about it.

“Your welcome–!” The green haired omega yelped, his face was tinted a reddish. Dazai wasn't worried about him taking Chuuya though, he had a hunch the omega liked someone already.

“How is your omega friend fairing? Usually omegas nest because it relieves stress. All omegas I've seen that don't nest are either depressed or constantly distressed, ribbit.” Tsu said, and unfortunately, the alpha knew the brunette had horrible mental health. Only Arahabaki knew how many times the ginger had to save him from his own suicide attempts.

“Their mental health isn't the best.” Chuuya sighed, he wasn't looking at Dazai, but he got the message.

“How bad is it? If they’ve never nested I'm sure it's bad.” Yaoyarozu asked, the alpha taking a step forward. Dazai was confused about what she could possibly know, but it also made sense, she probably had a lot of omega friends. She was kind, warm and not the pushy or aggressive alpha–she was a lot like Chuuya.

“I'm not exactly sure, but they had to spend a lot of time around the omega who claimed them as their pup.” The ginger said, and Dazai really, really wanted to shut him up. But that was probably really risky and might give away.

“I hope they get better, I really do. It's not healthy to not nest. That and for an omega to feel like they were rejected by their alpha.” Kaminari said, and for being known as the class idiot, it was quite informative. It wasn't wrong, though Dazai’s mental health had been bad for a while, he guessed it did get worse when his instincts registered that the short alpha would never really want him.

“Yeah, actually you should offer some of your clothes to them if you're friends!” Mina pitched in, the pink haired omega grinning. She must have wanted the ginger to tell her more.

Chuuya seemed to process that, and Dazai wished he could take a photo. “I don't think they would–”

Mina cut him off. “Oh yes they would! If your friends, no matter how close, even if you barely know them.” The pink skinned omega was grinning. She wasn't wrong, omegas loved the scents of friends, even if they weren't that close.

“I guess I can try it.” Chuuya grumbled. If he did, and knowing the ginger he was going to try, Dazai would refuse.

“I think they'll appreciate it! I would!” Denki grinned, giving the alpha a thumbs up.

Kirishima walked past everyone, and sat on the couch, turning on the TV. Not long, pretty much everyone had joined him, either on the couch or curled in the pile of blankets and pillows on the door.

Dazai and Chuuya stood hesitantly where the others had left them. The ginger was the first to move, sitting down at the edge of the couch. The bandaged teen didn't really want to indulge in watching TV, but the look Chuuya gave him told him he didn't really have a say in this.

The brunette ended up on the floor, as far away from the nest and the others as possible, the only person he was relatively close to was the short alpha sat on the couch. Dazai leaned against the ginger's legs.

Uraraka had been sitting on the couch, and scooted over to be right next to Chuuya. The class 1-A students turned on a show or maybe a movie. Dazai couldn't be bothered to check which. They were happy about no homework today, and were just going to spend the evening relaxing.

The pair on the couch were talking, but the omega against the alpha’s leg was only listening briefly. He closed his eyes, though he knew he wasn't going to fall asleep, it would work in relaxing his instincts and brain. The gravity manipulator's hand was idly playing with his hair.

Aizawa did not know why there was a meeting today. He was supposed to be watching the alpha and beta duo they had recently apprehended. He knew there was more to their story. No way a beta and alpha were that close, that trusting just because they worked together on occasion.

The omega was also unsure on why Nakahara was so protective of Dazai. He hadn't seen the alpha take his eyes off the beta for longer than a few minutes, with the exception of battle training.

Nothing about the pair made sense. We're they in some beta and alpha relationship? He guessed that could be the case. Even if it's not normal, and most people don't respect those pairs, who was he to judge? Love was love wasn't it?

Aizawa hoped that the alpha’s rut wasn't anytime soon. The only positive thing was that he didn't have to worry about Dazai. Beta’s didn't have heats or ruts. So he only had to worry about removing Nakahara when that happened.

He pushed open the door to the meeting room, all UA teachers that would be dealing with the two. Hizashi, Aizawa, Midnight, All Might, Ectoplasm, Cementos, and Recovery Girl. Nezu was of course there, at the front of the room.

“Hello UA staff! As you know we have taken in two teens from Yokohama with charges of gang activity.” Nezu started. “As we know, that's not enough to send someone to jail, but I'm afraid if this continues they might end up with Mafia affiliations.”

Nezu clicked on the large screen at the front of the room before continuing. “For safety, we took both their burner phones.” He clicked to another slide, this one with a few contacts. The most recent one was labeled “mom” and the few others were dad, stupid alpha, Aku, Gin, and dad 2. There were more of course, but none seemed that important.

“I took the time to open their phones and look at what they've texted.” The mouse-bear said. Aizawa would consider that an invasion of privacy, but seeing as they needed as much info as possible, looking into the pair's life would be necessary. “This is Dazai’s phone.”

The principal clicked to a new slide, this time with the “mom” contact open. The messages seemed to get more panicked as they descended. This must have been the beta’s mom. Nezu clicked through the slides, giving the teachers adequate time to read the messages.

The person referred to Dazai as Dazai-kun, and the brunette referred to him as Mori-san. That made Aizawa wonder if it actually was his mom, or just someone who was like a mother.

“I believe this isn't Dazai’s actual mom, but rather someone who acts like it.” Nezu said once they reached the last slide. The dark haired omega felt his heart sink at the messages on the screen, many asking where he was, if he was ok, if he attempted again–which Aizawa felt sick at that, again? Was the beta suicidal?

The last message almost made him sick, instead of ‘Dazai-kun’ the messenger referred to him as Osamu. His first name.

“Osamu, where are you? It's been a day, I know you probably found a new interesting way to commit suicide. But Chuuya is also missing, where are you two?”

“I have a suspicion Dazai is suicidal but nothing to back it other than these messages. I ask that all teachers keep a closer eye on him.”

They kept going through the messages. The contact named "Dad" had some stuff about a bar. Did this kid drink? he sure hoped not. He was only 16, far too young to be drinking.

Stupid alpha had unsurprisingly been Nakahara. It was mainly just them arguing, some complaining. A few messages about Dazai stealing the alpha’s clothes piqued his interest. Why would the beta do that? Few details on a nest, was Nakahara the type of alpha to nest? He doubted it, but then again, you never knew much about people behind closed doors.

Aku and gin were both pretty much empty. Some stuff on places to go, referring to a shopping container, or Nakahara’s apartment. That was confusing but nothing really too notable, nothing they could do anything with.

Dad 2’s contact actually had nothing in it. Not a single word, it was suspicious, maybe he was deleting messages? That was probably the case. If so, why? What were these two talking about?

“Dazai also had a lot of photos saved.” Nezu said, clicking to a new slide. There were a lot of photos on the screen. “These are what most of his camera roll looked like.”

Many were of Nakahara, Some painted him as scary and intimidating, while others showed him surrounded by pups, laughing and smiling. He wondered why Dazai had taken those. Some were of a black haired man, he looked intimidating in some, while in others he looked distressed.

Then the principal clicked the slide over. The entire room took a collective breath in. One of the photos showed blood all over Nakahara, his skin seemingly splitting. Aizawa wondered why Dazai took a picture instead of helping him or getting the teen medical help.

Another photo showed bodies everywhere, blood covering the floor. Some of the bodies looked like gravity had crushed them. It was sickening, and knowing a teen had taken these photos made it worse.

The other photos showed what seemed to be torture victims, and other graphic things. “These were only a small amount of his camera roll. We do not know what circumstances these were taken in; and it's best we do not assume what happened.”

Nezu went to a new slide, the entire room was silent. No one wanted to say anything, but everyone felt sick. They've all seen bad things as heroes, but these sights would be one of the worst sights they had seen, and to know teens saw this? That made it so so much worse.

“This is Nakahara’s phone.” The screen showed a contact list. This one had a lot more people in it. The contacts were Boss, Ane-san, Shitty Mackerel, Verlaine, Flags, and a ton of others. Many seemed to be just names of people, most with no texts in them.

Boss had the most recent notification. Aizawa wondered if that was the person's name, a nickname, or if this was who the alpha got his commands from. “Chuuya, where is Dazai?” It was the only message, along with others that gave little to no information other than this was likely Nakahara's boss.

Ane-san had a lot of stuff. A lot of it was normal talking, questions about being an alpha. Some of it was on what should omegas do, if he should help him nest–wait who was him? Did Nakahara have an omega back in Yokohama? Well, that would make sense, he was a teen. Aizawa just hoped he hadn't marked the omega, seeing that the two didn't seem to have a proper education.

Shitty mackerel was Dazai, and nothing new was revealed that wasn't already revealed when they went through the beta’s phone.

Verlaine had one message, and the caller was actually blocked. It was just “Fuck you asshole.” and nothing else. Either all past messages had been deleted or this was the first and last message transferred between the two.

The Flags was a group chat, it hadn't been active in a while. A lot of it was just friendly banter, showing affection and joking about each other. It seemed to just be a lot of teens being teens. The last message was “I miss you guys” from a few months back. The friends must have just drifted apart over time.

“Nakahara doesn't have as many photos as Dazai, and most aren't as concerning as his were.” Nezu explained, clicking over to a new screen with a few photos.

Some of the photos were with a tall red-headed lady in a kimono. Others were of Dazai, smiling, and playing games. It seemed like most of the photos on this page were just them being teens together.

Then the slide changed. A photo of Dazai on a medical bed, heart monitors. Another photo was the beta curled up in a nest, and Aizawa wondered whose nest it was. The bandages Dazai wore were bloodied. The dark haired omega wondered why Nakahara had even taken this photo.

Either way, they both had photos that were concerning. Between the Dazai potentially being suicidal to the amount of things they've seen, Nezu’s next words had no objections. “I plan to put both of them in therapy. I think having someone of the same secondary gender would be best, at least for Nakahara, But seeing as we do not have any Dominate alphas, I think Hound dog, Vlad king or–”

Aizawa cut off the secondary genderless principal. ”I’ll do it.” Everyone was looking at him, but after seeing how the alpha was, he wanted to help the teen. Plus, his scent wouldn't have much of an effect due to the fact he was marked.

“Alright then!” Nezu clapped his paws together and continued. “For Dazai, I think Recovery Girl would be best for him. Even if he's a beta, I think he should be placed with an omega.” Recovery Girl nodded, and no one stood up to the principal on this one.

“Alright everyone is dismissed!” Aizawa stood up and walked out of the class room. What was he getting himself into? He just hoped he could help Nakahara and comfort him through whatever he had gone through.

“I want to scent you.”

Dazai froze, the door to their shared room had just been closed. The brunette hadn't even had time to check for cameras or microphones.

“You what?” The omega glanced at the alpha, he began to look through the room, as there was no sign of cameras. Not in outlets or on the roof, hidden in book shelves, none. So no cameras, now time for microphones.

“You owe me. I want to scent you.” Chuuya stated again. He began checking for things as well. Dazai had come up empty handed, no microphones or anything.

“Why? You could have me do whatever you want.” Dazai said, jumping onto the bed he had decided was his. Why? He just liked this side of the room better. All their stuff had already been moved into the room.

“And I want your permission to scent you.” The alpha repeated, he was now standing in front of the brunette, hands on his hips.

“But you could have me do anything? Why do something that's not beneficial to you?” The brunette hated to admit it, but Chuuya was genuinely confusing him right now. The genius couldn't figure out why, what benefit did the ginger get from this? None that he could see. Everything that couldn't possibly be beneficial for the alpha was already done in the bite on the back of Dazai's neck.

“Stop asking questions mackerel. You owe me, it doesn't matter how I spend it.” The short teen snapped, but then he backtracked. ”Unless you’re uncomfortable with it?”

Dazai shook his head, he began to unwrap the bandages around his neck. “No, no it's fine. Just thought Chibi would ask for something different.”

“Of course you did..” Chuuya grumbled, as soon as the bandages were off his neck, he peeled off the scent patches the covered his scent glands.

Chuuya checked his wrist, right where the scent gland was. It had been a while since Dazai took his patches off around the ginger. Whiskey, cherry pie, and cherry blossom surrounded the pair. The bandaged teen had very little control of his scent, unlike Chuuya. He couldn't hide what he was feeling when his scent wasn't suppressed.

Dazai's scent was very obviously confused, and Chuuya sniffled a laugh as he sat beside the brunette on the bed. The brunette glared at him, his scent taking on a hint of irritation. “You really should learn how to control your scent.” the gravity manipulator observed.

Chuuya pressed his wrist scent gland to the glands on Dazai’s neck. The omega practically melted. Usually only Mori scented him, but never on his neck glands, wrist only. His scent became more cherry pie-scented.

The alpha paused, giving the omega a questioning look. Right, he probably didn't know what that scent meant. “You can keep going.” Dazai confirmed. The ginger nodded and kept scenting the bandaged boy.

Chuuya took about 5 minutes before he was content with how his scent clung to the omega. Dazai’s instincts couldn't be happier, his scent was like walking into a bakery, cherry pie mainly. Chuuya’s scent had helped mellow it out, but now that they tangled together, it was probably worse.

“So what does it mean when you smell like a cherry pie bakery?” The short ginger hummed, smiling at the brunette. He moved the boy's scent patches out of his reach, setting them on the side table.

“Happy I think?” Dazai said he didn't feel happy very often nowadays, so he wasn't sure if it was happiness. But why would he be happy that the short teen had scented him? that made little to no sense to him. Stupid instincts.

“You think?” Chuuya chucked, grabbing the scent patches and walking towards the door. “I'm going to go wash these. You should get ready for bed” The alpha hummed, walking out of the room, leaving Dazai to process what just happened.

Dazai stood up, and he dug in the clothes that Aizawa had bought them. He pondered over his clothes before plucking the shirt the ginger had worn the night before. It hadn't been washed, which made it more appealing somehow, probably because it still had a fair amount of Chuuya's scent on it. He threw off his shirt, tossed it towards the foot of his bed–he'd deal with it later–and slipped the shirt on.

He climbed into his bed. He felt another pang of envy for the nest the others had. He wanted a nest but it would never be complete. He gave up on making it after realizing that.

Chuuya walked back in, setting the scent patches down on a rag he'd gotten on a night stand. “You're going to nest, right?” the ginger asked–he hadn't realized the brunette had stolen his shirt.

“No? I never nest–” Dazai was unfortunately cut off by Chuuya giving him a glare.

“You heard what they said, it makes your mental health worse.” The gravity manipulator snapped, then he raised a brow. “Did you steal my shirt?”

Dazai ignored the question, he shrugged, sitting crisscrossed on his bed. “I know, don't need to remind me.

“Fine. If you're not going to nest I'm sleeping in your bed.” The alpha said, walking over and laying on the omegas bed. The nullifier glared at him, wrinkling his nose slightly.

“We're sleeping on twin beds! There's no room for two!” Dazai whined, dramatically flopping into his bed so that his limbs covered the entire mattress.

“Guess that sucks, get comfy because I'm not letting you sleep alone until you nest.” Well this was going to be real eventful wasn't it. He really wished he had just gotten to stay in Yokohama, then he wouldn't have this alpha nagging him about nesting.

Chuuya shoved him over slightly, climbing into bed next to him and setting his head on the pillow he was supposed to be using. Dazai turned his back to the ginger, pressing himself as close to the wall as he could. He did not want to touch the boy, but he also realized he was drenched in the other's scent.

Between being scented and the shirt, he smelt more alpha than omega at the moment. He wondered how long Chuuya's scent would be on him. Didn't matter, the alpha went and cleaned his patches so they would be ready for tomorrow. Both of them knew no one could realize Dazai was an omega. It was too dangerous. What if that got out to the whole port mafia? Their enemies? The brunette would become a main target.

Chuuya flipped over and pressed against the omega. “Stop worrying, your scent smells like cheap whiskey.” The alpha’s scent was everywhere, all over the room. Well, he guessed he could get used to this arrangement. He would have too, because he'd just get upset if he tried to nest. He closed his eyes, and for once, sleep came easy.

Notes:

I am a cheerleader, which means I hear a lot of tea. So I spent the time I planned to use to finish this chapter gossiping! quite fun if you asked me. 7 people in 1 car was not fun though.. and we got pulled over like what 🫩but honestly cheerleaders gotta be so funny because they just make up words, oh you know that kind of thing for curfew. WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT???? We ended up playing imposter and skeletons now are athletic idk man.

Also don't ask about the plan name, it's 21:30-22:00 and I made some shit up idk man. it makes sense, I guess. Writing ‘grieving’ Dazai was gold for me man. If I got to write this more than once, I absolutely would.

I had to search how Aizawa’s quirk interacted with sero’s quirk. Apparently (please correct me if I'm wrong) it just stops more tape from being created?? so I used that to figure out how dazai’s ability would work. It made sense to make it do the same thing as Aizawa's quirk so I left it like that.

I like jealousy and possessiveness. giggles and kicks my feet. your not ready for this dear reader… but if you read the tags (which you might not have and that's fine) I said angst with a happy ending so dw yay we get happy… eventually..!

I also didn't write this in one sitting so I apologize for inconsistencies and such. though my beta reader reads it in one sitting so I doubt that will be the case.

I'd like to clarify, soukoku hadn't expected to get caught, so neither would have had time to clean or clear their phone. so yes I'm using this as an advantage to make the UA teachers worry about the pair, and reveal some info. I doubt as a precaution the two would keep any hits they're mafia out of their texts and photos.

Guess what guys, what's deciding if you're left on a cliffhanger or not is left in the hands of if I win or not. :) so if it's not a cliff hanger, I won!!! if it is, well… guess y'all gotta wait until next week!! (we won. enjoy your non cliffhanger dear reader.)

My minimum words for a chapter is 5K but I really want to give y'all 10k a week and no less. It feels unfair for y'all to wait all week for a chapter only for it to be a disappointing 5k. So I'll be trying to do enough filler and stuffing and bonding to make it about 9-10k+.

I love you all, and in the week this fic has been out, y'all makin me real happy. you guys are the best, and I hope you all have a good night, day, afternoon, or evening. Best of wishes Rexy

Notes:

Hi! uh you've unfortunately reached the end of what's currently been released. But not to worry! my planned update schedule is every Friday (probably in the morning or early evening). I'll probably have a backlog from that since I plan to write a bit every night. There will be exceptions to this, since I am a busy person. Currently I have over 30 chapters plan and probably more to come. I want this fic to get over 100k words but I'm not sure how that will work out..

as always, huge thanks to my beta reader (and my friend who read the first chapter and reminded me to lock in) or else this story wouldn't be very good. Also! funny fun fact, my first language is english, but my beta readers first language isn't english if I'm not wrong! every thing works around her, and if something happens to her there will be delays on chapters, sorry guys more worried about my darling beta reader than the story

If you missed it in the beginning chapter note, there is a playlist. it will have the chapter name in order for the most part. https://open.spotify.com/playlist/7aMMnErluzrttQS8Sh2veB?si=1QkaFXHdRUGic9KnK5p3bg&pi=elhbRmQlSTSvW

Thank you for reading, best of wishes, Rex 🩵
