Hello there little one worried about your job or finding employment when you have TFS? Well not to worry! Just because you’re a True Former doesn’t mean you are out of luck or chances of a job and aren’t stuck in daycare or a preschool.
Why don’t I have to worry?
Well friend your protected by the disabilities act which means you can’t be legally be fired because of your disability unless your employer has a true honest reason to terminate your employment so they can’t use your TSF as an excuse to fire you for no true reason in any case you can choose to work from home sine it had been a normal thing now a days. their employees still going through your transition you are allowed shorter hours if needed or 'little days.'
Though if you are super tiny so they can have time at home when in True Form Then when you return to work you will be able to stay in adult form you can avoid work burnout by having a little day if or allow them to work from home if they are going thru transition they also need to be given clear days off during Tiny season where those with TFS who are under nine years are unable to transform into their adult forms and if they are in adult form turn into True form like hay Feaver but just lasts for 7 hours. Work places should have a workplace Daycare or kid and teen zones for True Former employees in case they do transform or need a break from adult work or a nap then you’ll be recharged to get back to work and less burnouts.
But what are the reason to fire a worker with TFS?
Mainly the type of job if it’s too stressful which can cause involuntarily transformation which could be dangerous depending on the job or if it’s a job True Formers are banned from working for safety unless their form is eighteen years old. if bosses fire them or need to work from home if the work place is too stressful but only if a registered therapist or doctor says they needs it to prevent Involuntary Transformation.
What jobs are True Fromers banned from?
It’s mostly in any thing involving “adult based” so if they are working there, they have to quit to keep them safe from child predators or being hurt or abused unless they are eighteen or much older.
Banned jobs:
Adult stores
'Adult centered' Entertainment
Prostituting
Strip clubs
But what if I become unemployed and my Boss still fires me for my TFS being under 18 years old?
Don’t worry those that now a days there are many jobs you can do working at home not to mention there are free-lance job opportunities for those below 18 and you can work at a job that you used to work for but better version. But what if I am working at a banned job?
Oh you do not have to worry you’re True Form 18 you are fine however it turns out that if a studio toon is found to have TFS after getting tested, that are below 18 and are working at any of those two places they can choose where to be re-employed and transferred to, if they don't know where they can get free-lance jobs, they can get recommended to one but they can get temp work in child care or daycares: which not only gets them work experience but staff can look after you if you transform during shifts until you find the right new one even help with writing a new resume to include the new learning experience at the daycare we currently have daycares at some of our newly opened stores just for True Formers for caretakers can get their supplies so less awkward asks if you had a child or nasty rumors.
