Mitsuki climbs the stairs to her room. She feels a light ache on her lower back from sitting behind the counter whole day. Yes she dustes off cds and shelves up the new albums but it only takes two hours at most. The quiet light of the dusk gives the room a blue tint. After a moment of fixation on her room, Mitsuki switches on the light. The bulb emitts a warm yellowish hue. She slides off her vest and hangs it behind her door. Then pulls off her rings one by one and leaves them on the nightstand by her carabiner. Some rings given by her uncle, some bought by herself. Mitsuki definetly needs a warm shower. Not for her body but her mind. She Runs the hot water, takes off her clothes, and hops in the shower. The smell of shampoo and sensation of warm water relaxes her whole body.
After her shower, Mitsuki wears comfortable clothes and sits down on her bed. She knows nothing has changed between Oosawa and her but still, When she lays down and lets her mind wander off the first thing that pops up in her mind is Oosawa's face, the way she looked at her after they kissed. she's glad she didn't screw that up but how hot her face gets every time she thinks about it is very much embarresing to her.
Mitsuki clicks shuffle and plays some music. Then she picks up her notebook from her nightstand and starts scribbling some ideas. " Coffee? Hmm no... Karaoke? No I want to talk to her... Maybe I should ask Narita." She throws herself back, the light shines in her eye. She raises her arm to cover her eyes and just looks at her hand. When did having a friend get so complicated? When did she fall so head over heels? "Ugh my head. I should probably get some sleep" she glances at the clock on her wall. 22.47 (10.47pm) İts not even that late for her and yet she is wiped out.
The smell of toast and eggs were enough to wake Mitsuki up. She walked downstairs refreshed and ready for the day. Her uncle is wearing an apron and is sliding eggs off a pan to two plates "There you are. I was just about to call out to you." "mornin' uncle." Mitsuki sits down and starts digging in. "Ah Mitsuki I forgot to tell you last night" Mitsuki looks up from her plate. "Some old friends are in town today so I'm gonna be out late. You can invite your friends over if you want. The shop is closed today anyway. "Okay" Mitsuki didn't think much of it but after a few minutes an idea came to her mind. She finished her breakfast picked up the plates and put them on the kitchen counter. then she basically sprints upstairs and picks up her phone and dials oosawa's number it rings twice. Oosawa picks up. "Hello? *yawn*" "Sorry Oosawa did I wake you?" "No no its fine I had to get up in a few minutes anyway. Whats up?" "I uhh my uncle... He's out till tomorrow. Would you like to stay over? We can cook something together if you want." "Oh s-sure I would love that!" "Okay great" "I'll be there at 4 is that okay?" "yeah of course." "Okay then see you at 4" "Okayy Cya. Bye" They hang up. Mitsuki feels giddy. She usually only feels giddy when listening to music. and yet there she is. İf she had a tail it would wag.
