Chapter Text
I am sorry to say, but this story will be discontinued. I have about 1/4 of the second chapter done and I have no motivation. Sorry, you can read the chapter here.
As the scream pierced through the walls of the cabin and possibly beyond, every single one of the survivor's eyes widened like saucers at the sheer volume. Most of them started to panic.
"Was that Shedletsky!?" Noob sounded absolutely petrified as they yelled out.
"I'll go check on him immediately!" Builderman used an authorative voice over the chaos to make sure that everybody knew they would be safe, getting up from his chair and leaving.
"I'm coming with you," BrightEyes confidently nodded her head at Builderman, standing up and following the other.
Builderman and BrightEyes ran up the stairs to the bathroom, their heavy, yet hurried feet sounding like a herd of elephants. As soon as they reached the door, Builderman knocked on.
"Shedletsky, lad, can you hear me!?" he exclaimed, "Please, open the door!" Builderman continued to knock, his knuckles going red, "Shedletsky, please!"
BrightEyes also started to talk, "Tell us you're okay!" She paused for a moment, eyes lighting up with an idea, "Get a butter knife for the lock!"
Builderman nodded, "Great idea, lass!"
He started to run downstairs stomping on each wooden step and sprinting into the kitchen and harshly dragging the drawer open and grabbing a butter knife and sprinting back up the stairs to stomp on each wooden step and finally coming back to BrightEyes where he could use the knife to turn the lock on the door. *1
Builderman carefully put the end of the butter knife in the lock, turning it and immediately opening the door. Both Builderman and BrightEyes took a look inside of the room. The mirror was shattered, blood spilling down it onto the floor, but where was Shedletsky?
They both started to wonder, looking around until a deep voice spoke to them, "Hello."
BrightEyes looked in the direction of the voice, seeing a large figure sitting on the floor, around 8 feet, with a black hooded robe with yellow accents and ancient writing, a belt, had a black facial crest covering their eyes, talons, head wings, back wings and curly hair. Telamon!?
BrightEyes' eyebrows both raised in shock, "Uh oh. . ."
"Telamon seems to be too tall for this bathroom to accommodate him," the deity scratched his head.
Builderman recognised the voice and entered the bathroom with BrightEyes, "Telamon!?" he yelled out in absolute disbelief.
"Greetings, Builderman," Telamon paused for a second, "this bathroom is rather small."
". . .Can't you change sizes?" BrightEyes inquired.
"Great idea," Telamon shrunk his body down to Shedletsky's height—5'10, "Telamon is more comfortable now," the deity stood up, hands behind his back, "It's great to see Builderman and BrightEyes," he smiled, tilting his head.
Builderman still could not believe his eyes, "How are you here. . .? I thought you—"
"Telamon did not die," Telamon interrupted, "in fact, he switched to his human vessel, Shedletsky, as soon as he was dying, so that he could still live! Telamon and Shedletsky are the same person!"
BrightEyes sighed softly, "I knew this day would come. . ."
"You knew about this!?" Builderman yelled.
BrightEyes nodded, "Shedletsky told me immediately since we were married."
Builderman felt a little bit left out, "Why not me?"
"Because Shedletsky did not trust Builderman like he trusted Brighteyes," Telamon spoke.
Builderman let out a little sound of acknowledgment, shifting his weight on his feet, "I created you... It's not that hard to trust me..."
"You're ancient," Telamon said.
"Builder, is everything okay up there?" Chance shouted from in the dining room.
"All is fine, we're taking care of it," Builderman shouted back.
BrightEyes moved closer to Telamon, grabbing his cheeks in her hands and squishing them.
"What is BrightEyes doing to Telamon?" Telamon didn't mind it, but he feigned annoyance nonetheless.
"Calming you down so that you don't lash out at anybody," BrightEyes started to pet Telamon's head wings, evoking a little coo from the God, "You're cute," she giggled.
"N-Noooo. . ." Telamon whined, "Telamon is not cute! And Telamon hates affection," his wings were betraying him as they were pressed flat against his head.
BrightEyes raised an eyebrow, "Really? Tell me why your little head wings say otherwise?"
Builderman was watching the scene with a mix of different emotions, like confusion, anger, shock, and happiness, "I can't believe you're here, Telamon."
"Telamon is always here. Shedletsky never lets Telamon out so Telamon has to torture him," Telamon obnoxiously announced.
Dusekkar came up to the bathroom, followed by Taph, to make sure that the Admin would end up being alright.
"Builderman, could I possibly ask you, how is our friend, is he better and no longer blue?" Dusekkar asked, making Builderman turn around to face them.
"He's doing fine, just. . . encountered a small problem," Builderman answered, holding his sinuses in annoyance.
"👷♂️🍗👍❓" (Builderman, is Shedletsky really okay?) Taph asked, head peeking past the bathroom door. They froze. What they were met with was not Shedletsky. . .
Telamon tilted his head, "An Avian?"
Taph put both their hands to their head; they were flabbergasted, "🍗🌬️🪽‼️" (Telamon!!) Taph immediately started bowing multiple times like an idiot.
Telamon stared at the bomb maker, "Telamon likes this one."
Taph clapped their hands together, ceasing their bowing. Telamon had noticed them, and liked them!
BrightEyes squished Telamon's cheeks together again, making him sound stupid when speaking.
"Stop that!" Telamon's voice was muffled.
Taph was very confused. Telamon was flailing his arms and legs like an idiot, playfully hitting BrightEyes, though not hard enough to hurt.
Builderman was devastated, yet also ecstatic. His old creation, the God he made himself who had 'died' years ago, standing in front of him, in the flesh. His face portrayed a nostalgic smile, brows furrowed slightly.
*1 This sentence is so long without punctuation as it highlights the speed and urgency that Builderman needs to work at to be able to effectively help his teammate.
