Chapter Text
okay, so, adding in a chapter like this really isnt like me. Probably going to delete this once the story continues.
I just have two things I want to say.
Firstly, university started again, and I really dont know how much Ill be able to write. In other words, don't expect any updates any time soon. I am also playing with the thought of just uploading whatever I got once the semester is over at the end of July, however much that will be.
Secondly, on a much sadder note, John Flanagan passed away on February 7th 2026, aged 81. The news came out this morning (CET). I am personally grieving his death and I know of many others that do as well. I hope he rests in peace, knowing that he shaped so many childhoods and that we will always love his creation. If you need someone to chat with, feel free to comment or message me on Tumblr (stella-lesair). I'll try to be a good adult even though I don't really know what I am doing. Also, as far as I know, the dutch fanclub is also going to (or already has, i dont know, i am not dutch) announce the sorrow news on their discord and in the news letter.
With that being said, I am going to bed now and cry a bit.
