Chapter Text
Day 2~
I've been told by Blue to at least add… something here. Always strict about punctuality, that one… even before his descent. It's amusing how, for all he tries to deny it, he hasn't changed too much since the days he spent countless hours burning moonlight, trying to figure out paperwork— among other things.
Originally, all of us were angry— or at least upset— that he'd done this to us. But… we would've crumbled, or gone back in that tree if he hadn't. I suppose he did keep that promise, in the end. Just not the way he anticipated…
One thing about Shimme Shadow Milk is that he will always stick to his word. Even if it was a promise made centuries ago. I'm happy he at least kept that, even if… If he ended up like me and Spice. He tried, so, so hard to try and find out why this was happening. To try and find a way to reverse it… that's when he started isolating himself even further than he already was, and when unrest started in the towns around the original Spire…
I believe that was what sealed his fate. Maybe not exactly that… none of us know what happened during the riots that Flour thinks caused it. All we have is two words he murmured before passing out in Salt's arms, according to her. 'Crimson' and 'Berry'. I don't know what they mean. We've never been able to figure it out, even now.
Especially with how antsy Blue gets when we even say crimson around him.
All I can say is that something bad happened. He was different, after that. Didn't speak to us as much, he was colder, more calculating. Intentionally started discourse for his own entertainment. Unnoticeable, at first, but.. it didn't stay that way for very long…
…I'm lamenting about the past. I'll stop writing, at least for now.

Day 2(.5)
..I don't really know how to say what I want to. I just feel… wrong? I have since Blue made us like this.
Sometimes I swear I can feel my wings and tail behind me— but they're not. They're not because to my Knowledge, Blue doesn't have any.
I want to… I want to claw at my shoulders in hopes that maybe they'll come back… they will, surely….
But they won't! It's a delusion. That's all.
I should end this. I can hear someone coming up the hall…
— Eternal Sugar Cookie, at least I hope…
