After eating, both Wanderer and Lumine got dressed.
Lumine in a simple white dress separate from that of her travelling one while Wanderer just wore the usual: a large circular navy blue kasa hat, with golden details with the top part resembling a lotus, with a pair of light cyan strips of fabric that dangles from the back of his hat, attached with a pair of diamond-shaped trinkets, a tight black turtleneck bodysuit with long detached sleeves and a golden ornament attached to the center just beneath the collar, over which he wears a white kimono with large furisode-like sleeves in cyan coloration and an inner cyan tunic. He also sports a pair of fingerless metallic gloves on each arm consisting of black straps wrapped around his wrists giving it a bandage-like appearance. Around his waist, he wears black hakama shorts, with a thick black and indigo obi belt, decorated at the front with a large black bow with indigo tassels that dangle off it, their color paling at the ends, along with a pair of knee-high white gaiters, with a black toeless sock knee-high under it, using black geta sandals on his feet, with both legs secured around the top with indigo rope held together with a gold ornament with a singular tassel pinned to it. He wears a patterned blue half-cape with various tones that hangs off his left shoulder, where a large gold ornament containing his Anemo Vision is pinned along with a singular gold feather, which resembles the Plume of Luxury.
Together, Hand in hand, Wanderer led his beloved out. They quickly got to the heart of Sumeru City: The shopping district.
While there, Lumine was busy browsing the shops, looking for some items like potions, foods like Rose Custard, and sometimes, blue colour jewelry like a sapphire necklace she saw or even a bracelet. All the while, Wanderer just looked on, not really questioning when Lumine dishes out Mora to buy the potions or even buying food, knowing she needs to feed Paimon, that stupid glutton. He honestly still questions why his beloved continues to take care of that glutton but he supposes it is part of her saying Paimon’s “Emergency Food” or something along that line.
Whatever the case may be, he would wisely keep it shut. After all, His beloved is quite capable enough to kill him, seeing as she was the Traveller and all. From that standpoint, she would likely just attack him if he worsened her mood this late in the afternoon. After thinking from that point of view, he decided to wisely keep his mouth shut. Lumine, on her part, was careful of her spending. She does have a budget as she only earns coins for commissions or even just doing side quests. Either way, Lumine still resists the urge to shop for expensive items and even ingredients since she needs to do savings for future uses.
Once done, she took the items to store in her bag and took Wanderer’s hand in hers. It’s a tad bit surreal at the fact that Wanderer, who tried to kill her a while ago, has become her lover and bonded over shared trauma, what with Wanderer having issues with the Shogun of Inazuma as she abandoned him or how Lumine was still scarred from the time her brother joined the Abyss Order… At least now he left and disbanded that band of heathens. On that note, Lumine lets out a sigh as they walk down the winding lanes of the market, hand in hand…
