Chapter 2: heart breaking news
It was another gorgeous day. Alexander was heading off to the school again, hoping to see Maya. Just imagining her made him feel butterflies in his stomach.
Today he decided to wear a green polo with black cargo pants that made him look like he shit himself (he probably did).
When he finally reached the school, his three neck roles were already covered in sweat.
Alexander went to go search for the ostrich-like woman he dreamed of, but she was nowhere to be seen. He started limping faster and his breathing quickened, it was a good thing the children made way for him, he was glad he smelled like sweaty socks.
After ten minutes of searching, he was already out of breath. Alexander spent so much time searching for Maya that he didn't even have time to look at the children.
He finally decided to approach a shy girl, who was already disgusted by the sight of him.
"H-have you seen your teacher M-Maya?" He questioned.
"... She only comes in Fridays" replied the girl, clearly uncomfortable.
"No... No no no no..." Alexander turned around, limping to the teacher's powder room as fast as he could.
When he reached the bathroom, he locked himself in a stall, dropping everything he was holding. Tears and snot ran down his face. He sobbed in there for a while and ate his snot.
Moments like these made him think of the time he was a school boy too. Back then, everyone bullied him for being an ugly and balding 5th grader (he had been shitting himself since the early days).
He could stay in this cramped bathroom stall and sob all day, but, sadly, he was a teacher and he had to get up and continue to work.
Alexander went on to teach, but he was truly heartbroken.
'I hope I see her on Friday..' He thought to himself. His eyes were still welling with tears from time to time and he also pissed himself.
