Wemmbu woke up slowly, light filtering gently through the window.
He opened his eyes, still groggy frop sleep. He fould tell by how high the sun was in the sky that it was probably in the afternoon. It wasn't surprising after all, he had gone to the Pirate Kingdom, visited it, met fans then came back very late at night.
Right. The fans. Wemmbu couldn't fully wrap his head around it yet and he had so many questions.
Wemmbu was known for being a ruthless, heartless and chaotic monster. So how did he get so many fans ??? And since when did they make a fanclub !!?
He sighed. Whatever. Let's just get up for now.
He put on new clothes, noticing that he had forgotten to take off the ones he had on yesterday.
He stretch before leaving his room and went into the living room. It seemed quiet for now. Had Egg went outside ?
Wemmbu went ahead and cooked some food because even though it was in the afternoon, he had just woken up, which meant he'll eat breakfast.
He made some scrambked eggs which he ate quickly, cleaned the kitchen before slouching on the sofa. How was he so tired after sleeping that much ?
Meh, guess he should have slept more the rest of the week.
How boring. He had nothing to do today and Egg wasn't even hile right now, so what was he supposed to do ???
As if on cue, he heard the door open. He looked toward it to see Eggchan coming in, fishing rod in hand, a serene and content expression on his face.
"Hey, you're awake. I figured I shouldn't wake you up this morning since you came back late apparently." He said lightly.
"Thanks. I guess you went fishing ? How was it ?"
"It was peaceful for once. I got lots of fish we can cook for tonight. And you, how was your trip to the Pirate Kingdom ?" He asked. "How was Jaden ?"
"It was nice. The Kingdom was doing fine. It looked lively and at peace too. Jaden was doing great too. There wasn't any problems or threats. And got you some things too." The end dragon said handing him the two plushies.
"Really ?" He blinked, surprise visible on his face and in his voice too. He took them, looking closely at both.
"Yeah, I mean... you're my best friend so I wanted to give you something as a thanks for... everything. For being here, for staying with me... for not giving up on me." Wemmbu's eyes darted to the side, standing awkwardly and blushing slightly in embarrassment.
Well that was a sight the angel didn't expect to see today. Wemmbu rarely was emotional. In fact, he could counts the times when he was with him on both hands.
Still, he didn't mind. Egg's eyes softened as he handled the gifts carefully. He smiled gently at Wemmbu. "Thank you. I'll take good care of them."
The dragon's tail swayed slightly in contentment at the sight. His best friend, his brother, was happy, and so was Wemmbu.
"Can you tell me more about your trip ?"

"-Now how crazy is that ! I have fans who made a fanclub wide enough to have people from different cities across the server !" I gestured dramatically.
"Oh, I already knew about that."
...
"What ?"
"Yeah well, I've met people in Highwater City who came to talk with me to ask things about you and stuff." He shrugged.
Wemmbu sighs, hand dragging over his face. "Oh gods... why didn't you tell me ?"
Egg chuckled lightly, shaking his head. "I thought it didn't really matter."
"Didn't really matter- dude."
Egg laughed again and Wemmbu couldn't supress a smile at that sound.
He grumbled some words of disbelief under his breath and pouted.
Egg sigh and brought his hand to the top of the dragon's head to scratch at the base of his horns. Wemmbu immediately closed his eyes, head unconsciously dropping to his lap as he started to purr slightly.
He hoped he and Egg could have more moments like these in the future. Peaceful, just between the two of them.
