Chapter Text
"Aah, good ol' softball!" I said happily.
Amity snorted and sat right next to me. "You've never played softball before,"
I smirked. "But I have my glyphs!" I showed off all my papers with glyphs on them. I had a lot. "These bad boys would help a lot!"
[pop!]
The glyphs disappeared out of my hand.
"Sorry, Luz!" The tooth guy said. "No cheating is allowed, especially glyphs!"
"…Why did he say that so enthusiastically?" I asked Amity.
She shrugged. Great answer, Amity. Thanks.
I sighed, then just sat there.
"LUZ IS UP TO BALL!"
This girl that was a robot high-fived me. I think her name was V.
"Good luck, Luz,"
"Thanks," I replied.
"Aaaand, here we have Luz Noceda from Connecticut!!" Caine exclaimed happily.
"How do you know where I live?" I asked Caine.
He completely ignored me like I was some random piece of gum stuck to his shoe. (actually, I'd think he'd be pissed if there was a piece of gum on his shoe,) Maybe because he's a total psycho freak that stalks me when I'm sleeping. Heh, hopefully not.
But doesn't he mess with our brains?
I don't know.
Again, hopefuly not.
Everyone here is complaining about what they look like. They all say that they don't look the same as they were in the human realm.
I stood on the softball field, I clutched the bat tightly. There was no one on the other side.
Then, I heard a familiar giggle.
"I'm soo excited to play with you, Luz!"
[BLEEP!]
~Switch to Bella's (mine) perspective~
THE COLLECTOR HOLY [BLEEP!].
I feel bad for Luz is all I'm going to say.
I watched The Collector throw the ball. WITH FULL FORCE. And it knocked Luz over.
Ouch.
I looked away from the game, and watched as Cyn sidled up to me.
"D-Do you like lo-bot-omies?" she asked.
"No, I do not want another surgery, my heart surgery is enough for a lifetime, thank you."
She frowned, then went quiet - I saw Anemone on the other side of the platform talking with a Bill Cipher, and Cyn as she teleported over. The Three Musketeers That Destroyed Everything. :)
