America was in the hospital on the bed giving birth as Japan held his hand, "PUSHHHHH"
The doctor pulled 3 babies straight out of America's ass.

"not if I have anything to say out that! " Japan said before he pulled Italy out from behind the chair and held him close so Germany can't have him. "GIVE ME MY KIDS OR ITALY GETS IT"

Germany gasped before he threw the kids at America (who caught them) and ran over and took Italy from Japan.

Meanwhile America looked down at his kids and started crying while Japan held him Gayly(idk).
