Gangle had had…suspisions of Zooble taking an interest, more specifically a romantic one, to her. Helping her out all the time when Jax was being pissy, always trying to be on her team during team adventures, staring at her…the private list Gangle made goes on.
Zooble sat next to Gangle, who now lay belly-down on her bed, (she doesn't even have a stomach but wtvr bruh) her pencil moving in the air. Gangle was trying to design a new outfit for one of her magical girl characters. She was stuck on a symbol, as the obvious heart, sun, moon, and star were already taken.
Zooble took this moment to gaze at the masked ribbon girl, taking in her silky figure. Subconsciously, she traced her humanoid hand on Gangle’s ribbons, feeling the warmth of her laced anatomy while still running their hands on her.
“So beautiful…” they mumbled barely above a whisper.
Gangle, on the other hand, had frozen completely as her mask became bright red withi blush. She squeaked at Zooble’s words, causing them to snap out of their trance and realize what they were doing.
“Holy [shit], G-Gangle, oh god, I-I’m so–” Zooble yelped as their eyes widened.
Gangle wrapped her ribbon hand around Zooble’s plastic one. She blushed shyly before speaking, a small smile curled onto her lips.
“It’s…okay. Um. I l-liked it.”
Before Zooble could answer, a small kiss was placed on their face, where their mouth was **supposed** to be. Even then, the kiss felt like fire, like a comforting and special present given only to them. Gangle squealed and rushed out the door, covering her blushing face with her lanky lace arms.
“Wow…” Zooble said, sure they could see stars.
