Chapter Text
Price Tag was one of the ones still curious at this engagement, she peeked behind the door, silent as ever. She watched them treat HIM with some medicine and substances that she doesn't know about. Their paper thin eyes narrowed, why are they curing the curse? She drags her lasso arm as she watches closer and closer. Well, until she pushes her luck to the point Six notices them.
"Dude, your not sneaky. Show yourself!"
Six yelled, almost dramatically. Loser and Saw almost sighed right then and there. Price Tag flinched, they were well.. Standing right near Saw. Six didn't even got mad. She found it so funny that she was chuckling for the 2nd time. Saw, once again, bumped her shoulder. Whisper-yelling "Be serious!" Price Tag sweated, as she backed out, or atleast tried. "8XPLAIN your self, Price Tag!" Saw exclaimed, pointing at them. Six stopped laughing, but still smiled. "Ok ok chill out everyone! Pricey, why 'you here?" Six paused Saw's interrogation, making a calmer one grow instead. Price Tag looked at Saw, then back at Six, sighing doing so. "I was tryna' check all the commotion! What got them all so hyped?" Price Tag said casually, leaving Saw rolling her eyes and continue healing HIM. Well, with gazing, unfocused eyes.
..
Loser was still nervous, looking at the three people with worry. They talk and retort, is Saw even focusing on curing him? "Hey guys..." He couldn't say anything else, he didn't know what to say. They all looked at him, they never really heard his raspy voice emerge from volunteering. Saw looked back immediately, getting back to healing in an instant. Price Tag stared at him, then looked back at the floor in silence. "Soo what?" She said, not looking at any of them. No one responded, leaving a dreading silence behind with unanswered questions.
..
As the silence grew heavy, suddenly the door bursted wider, revealing that noisy murderer, Pillow. "Hi! Did i appeared late!? Whats this about? Is it murder-related?' Pillow quickly went to question the scene, making them stand still and go silent as ever for a good second. "Out, OUT!" Saw became on edge once again, not trusting the murderer. Six
nervously shrugged, just looking back at Pillow holding her little notebook. Saw tried to push Pillow out, but she kept ranting and questioning. Price Tag looked between all of them, and facepalmed with her lasso shaped arm. Once Six and Saw convinced Pillow to get out in exchange for tips on murder, which in their exact words, was "Well, be.. Silent?" but nonetheless, Pillow took the advice, and scurried away with a manic smile plastered on her face. "What did-tchu guys just do..?" Price Tag asked curiously, with a hint of disappointment at the low-effort scam. Six scratched her back saying she said no idea, while Saw stomped back to "curing" him.
"I-i think im fine.. You.. You dont need to try all this."
Loser's voice rises, his voice not even above a whisper. Saw sighed again, loosing count on how much she breathed so heavily. "Ok.. Sorry! You M8Y go now." Saw said, slightly ashamed about her not doing her duty. "Its ok buddy, maybe next time" Six said sarcastically, while Price Tag smirked at that line.
..
"Are we EVER gonna take a break from this drama!?" Liy complained to Pencil, as she drew while walking, but definitely listened to her carefully. "Well.. I dont think so Liy, but i can accompany you while the drama happens!" Pencil said, eager to make interactions with her more. Liy secretly rolled her eyes, knowing her antics. She realize she can abuse this power, and said yes. Meanwhile from afar, Pen gave them a worried look, hoping no drama will appear once again. Donut nudged Pen, asking if he's okay. Pen nodded without question, making him raise an eyebrow. "Is it about Liy again?" Donut asked, already knowing the answer. Pen sighed as he fidgeted with his fingers, nodding once again. "You dont need to worry, i think she's changing!.. A little" Donut weakly reassured him, earning a short-lived chuckle from Pen. "I-i... Dont think she's actually changing.." Pen said hesitantly, before earning a pat from Donut. "Its okay! You have your..like.. Friends, right? Including me!" He said, making Pen feel relieved.. For now.
Four was talking with X, ranting about his old host duties he always adored, while also talking about his HATRED for Two. X listened to every word, being clingy while doing it. They spoke in the hotel hallways as they went up to the roof. The afternoon view was amazing, making X's eyes shine. "Woah, the sun is bright, like you!" X said happily, pointing at the blinding sun while looking at Four. Four smiled, it was a rare sight, which made X smile even wider.
"Heya lovebirds!"
Puffball floated to the roof as she waved teasingly, her pink makeup glittering majestically. Four immediately turned red from anger and embarrassment, exclaiming "Get out! NOW!" And Puffball only laughed, but listened anyway.. For a few seconds. She brought some company, which was obviously Fries. "Heya guys, whas' up?" Fries said casually, making it worse. He raised his arms up, than put it behind his back casually. Puffball leaned against him, looking at Four, smug as ever. "Hypocrite! You two like each other!" He exclaims, loud as ever. Puffball and Fries immediately seperated, muttering words that couldn't be understood. Puffball huffed, saying "Whatever! You too are WAY clingier!" Four felt insulted, retorting back. "Four, Four! Calm down!" X cutted his retorts, trying to diffuse the situation. But they kept arguing, almost playfully. Oh boy, this is a long ride.
..
"Ugh, whats the commotion at the top, i can hear it from down here!" Golfball said, frustrated as always. Dora shook her head and gave her coffee, earning a firm gratitude from her. David just watched them both, unbothered and emotionless. Dora stared back at him and sighed, not even questioning it anymore. "You should get some rest, da.." Dora said to her while putting her hand on the chair, worried about her physical health. Golfball put her hand away, saying "I am statistically fine enough. Go follow your business." She said formally, earning a hard look from Dora. "Please, da. For.. 5 minutes?" Dora pleaded, her purple glasses tilting slightly. "I command, please. I am fine" Golfball desperately tried to dismiss her, her robotic arm clenching. Meanwhile, David just watched the two girls plead to each other and facepalmed, why is the smartest people in the room like this? The retorts go back and forth until..
"Da..Just take a damn rest!"
Golfball and David go silent at the shout, looking back at Dora. "Okay, ok. Ill do it. I apologize. 5 minutes." Golfball unexpectedly obeyed, making David jaw drop. Okay, maybe he underestimated his cousin a little. Dora immediately said her sorries, but Golfball sighed, saying its okay.
Well, i guess convincing needs a little more pushing sometimes..
