"Yeah" Verity exhaled, he was exhausted even though he had slept through the whole night.
"Hey, how about we go mining today, eh?" Mob suggested, trying to lighten up the mood.
"Sure Mob!" Verity said, as his cheery self started to come back.
"Hmm okay, let me wake up Twixxel so we can get ready and start heading, okay?" Mob said softly, already getting up which Verity immediately noticed as a cold breeze hit him.
"Okay" Verity mumbled as he sat up
...
"Yo Twix wake up bro" Mob whispered soflty into Twixxel's ear as he nudged him.
"Ughh 5 more min pleaseee" Twixxel whispered, as he dragged out the last word until it fell silent again
"Aw cmon! How about we go mining eh? We were supposed to go mining yesterday anyways but we didn't cuz it was raining. It isn’t raining anymore." Mob said, trying to be reasonable
"But I don't wannaaa" Twixxel mumbled.
"But I want to thooooo" Mob whispered as he copied the way Twuxxel dragged out the last word.
"Hey that's what I do, not you" Twixxel grumbled as he sat up.
"I know, but hey at least you're awake now, that's progress!" Mob said, getting up and extending down his hand towards Twixxel
" I guess, I'll help you with gathering the stuff and shi" Twixxel said as he accepted Mob's hand and got up
While Twixxel and Mob were gathering their stuff, Verity sat in his bed thinking about the dream he had. It was quite a weird one indeed. But how? I mean a meeting between him and his dad in some kind of void was weird enough right? Or was he just being paranoid? He didn't know anymore, that's was scared him. He was supposed to know everything, no? Wasn't that his purpose?
His thoughts were interrupted by the sound of a knock.
"Hey Verity are you there? We are ready to start heading to the mines. Just waiting on you" Mob said softly, careful not to startle Verity even though he wasn't even in the room, though Verity appreciated it.
"Yeah I'm here. Just give me 5 minutes to get ready, okay?" Verity said as he got up to see what he would wear.
"Hmm okay, we'll be waiting in the living room!" Mob said as his voice seems to become more quieter at the end. Probably because he was father away now.
After 5 minutes, Verity came out. He was waiting a brown tartan button up shirt with some jeans and running shoes accompanied with a messager bag which included some essentials like food and water.
"I'm ready" Verity said, a bit more relaxed than when he woke up.
"Okay then, let's start heading!" Mob said, as Twixxel pulled out his map to give to Mob

After a bit of walking they got to their destination, a giant cave was presented in front of the group of 3.
"Let's go inside eh?" Twixxel said as he grabbed Mob's hand and dragged him into the cave. Verity just trailed after them, he didn't mind.
"Hmm so where do we first?" Mob asked. There was a lot of paths leading to different parts of the cave.
"We can go to the path in the left? Heard there was some kind of "gates" in there" Twixxel suggested.
"NO" Verity blurted out, not processing what he said, until he said it.
"Why not?" Mob said, startled by the way Verity was quick to react to what Twixxel said.
Verity was quick to recompose himself and replied, "Because its dangerous, many people have went that way and never made it out."
"Oh" Mob said, more quietly realizing what Twixxel had just unknowingly suggested.
"I didn't know, I'm sorry" Twixxel said, apologizing.
"It's fine! Hey how about we go to the path down the right, there are some diamonds there!" Verity exclaimed as he grabbed both Mob and Twixxel's hand and dragged them onto the path he was talking about.
And just like that, as quick as the mention of the left path was, as quick it was forgotten. How convenient for Verity.
"Woahh. There are sure a lot of diamonds here" Mob said as he started at the amount of diamond ores that there was
"Yeah. After this we will have like 3 stacks of diamonds" Twixxel said happily, grinning at Mob slightly.
"You're right. Hey how about we start mining instead eh? Otherwise we are gonna be standing here just staring at these ores" Mob suggested, already swinging his iron pickaxe at an ore in front of him, followed by Twixxel and Mob doing the same action.
For the remaining time they spent at the cave mining, they talked about many things. For once, it was calm, peaceful even. Nothing was chasing them, nothing wanted to harm them, they were just, existing together, doing something productive and having a normal conversation.
Eventually they finished mining, by the time they finished, the sun had already set and it was night time.
"We sure got a lot of diamonds" Said Verity, a bit of an exhausted tone to his voice; which was completely reasonable as they spent the whole day mining.
"Enough to last us a whole 5 months type shi" Mob said, with him somewhat carrying Twixxel as he had sprained his ankle.
"Hey mob why don't you just teleport us back home?" Twixxel suddenly asked, as he remembered that Mob was able to teleport thanks to the fact he was an enderman hybrid.
"I don't know actually, I'm just really tired anyways so if I do, we'll probably be teleported to a random place" Mob replied to Twixxel's question almost instantly.
"I guess that makes sense. But could you pleaseee hurry up?" Twixxel whined, with a bit of pain in his voice.
"You know, we would probably be already home if I wouldn't be carrying SOMEONE" Mob said back, sarcasm in his voice.
"Talking about home, we are already here! Wasn't that so quick?" Verity suddenly said.
"Huh- OH. We are already here?" Twixxel asked, dumbfounded.
"Nah really? Nah bro we are like across the map right now" Mob replied sarcastically.
"Heyyy, I was asking a question" Twixxel said as they walked back into their house and started to put their findings away.
After they were done they cooked some eggs for their dinner and ate
"You know, I don't know whether these eggs are special or something, but they are amazing" Twixxel said munching down on his eggs, as if he hadn't eaten in days, in which, in a way he hadn't.
"That's because you haven't eaten a proper meal today, so your body accepts any food as if it was a 5 star meal!" Verity replied cheerfully at Twixxel's response.
"Actually? Well that's good to know then." Twixxel said, finishing up his food, being the first one to do so again.
After everyone had finished eating their food they decided to pull an all nighter... but why?
