Chapter Text
Three Minutes After the Titans Leave Olympus-
Zeus’ Perspective:
“We can’t stay here… Father somehow discovered our stronghold. He’ll be back…” I look around for some suggestion, partially hoping for grandmother to weigh in. However, the new young man spoke up, “What about the Island of Lemnos? It’s directly east of us mostly volcanic rock so no one‘s gonna come looking for us there and it’s far enough a way that the Titan Lord won’t even think to look over there.” It’s not a bad idea… would it work?
Metis questioned, “But the Island of Lemnos is 1,260 stadia* away… There’s no boat Big enough that’s safe enough to transport all of us and even if we were to build one, how are we supposed to keep that away from the prying eyes of the Lord of my kin?” The man just smirked answering, “You all focus on making it to the shore intact. I’ll focus on getting everyone to the island.”
I commanded, “Alright everyone, We’ll follow Helios to the East. There our new ally,” I looked to him. He spoke up, “Percy, my Name is Percy.” Strange name… “There Percy Will figure how for us to get to the Island of Lemnos. Let’s get moving.” I waved my siblings to come close. I spoke to them, “We should stay at the flanks of the half bloods. Poseidon and Demeter, I want you two leading us to the Coast. Hades and Hera, I want you two to make sure no one falls behind and ensure that no one is following us. Hestia, I would appreciate your council near the center.”
Around about An Hour of travel later-
Third Person:
They crusted a hill as they saw a vast expanse of water… Clearly, the sea between them and the island promised. Zeus called a “camp”(more everyone sit and rest) near the beach. The siblings watched with curiosity as they saw Percy you weighed into the water and sit nearly shoulder deep… They could all send something was weird going on as they could see the ocean calming around him almost swirling as if to recognize him…
Poseidon approached Percy as he saw the water crawling up Percy’s clothes. As salt water pours into cuts on his arms closing them. Poseidon, “Water can heal your wounds?” Percy nodded, “Yeah, it kind of comes with being a prince of the sea. Thought I didn’t even noticed that I got cut… The Styx’s blessing should have made that impossible however, I don’t think it was ever intended to survive what I went through…”
Poseidon couldn’t even comprehend how this sea prince had gotten Lady Styx’s blessing… The only way she could have given something like this could have been… She must have seen something in the young man.
Percy broke Poseidon’s thoughts as he spoke. “I have travel covered. You all should as much rest as you can… it’s going to be an heavy endurance trip…”
