Please remember that all ordnance should be properly secured before any trips. Furthermore, this ordnance should not be used for anything besides approved uses. If you are confused about the approved uses of ordnance, please refer to: Ordnance, Munitions, and Demolitions Regulation Manual 1 (see attached file). Non-approved uses include but are not limited to: pranks, playing catch, opening the “good” ration crates (There are no good rations, who are you kidding?).
Please note that all non-approved uses of ordnance will be noted and punished by three weeks of night patrol, to be served aboard the Resolute.
Thank you,
CT-7567, Captain Rex

Day 2
Accidental Explosion Report 265
Filed by: CT-4818, Saf
Time: 09:41 Galactic Standard Time (GST)
Location: Hangar Bay 1
Incident: At 09:07, an explosion occurred in Hangar Bay 2 due to a faulty wiring sequence on a stabilizer panel on a Y-wing. When a technician attempted to resolve the wiring issue, a spark ignited the fuel tank, causing the explosion. Damage included complete destruction of one Y-wing and significant carbon scoring on the neighboring 2 Y-wings, as well as carbon scoring across the floor and along General Skywalker’s Delta-class star fighter.
Two service technicians (CT-4818, Saf, and CT-4971, Tow) and one pilot (CT-3254, Kickback) suffered second degree burns and minor shrapnel injuries. Thanks to the quick actions of the deck maintenance crew, further damage to the hangar was minimized. One catwalk suffered some damage, though the extent is unknown. A deck maintenance crew member (CT-9421, Eyin) has been assigned to investigate. A maintenance status form will be filed upon completion of the inspection.

Upon closer inspection of the damaged catwalk, no structural issues appear dijaoshgghdioahndddhnjgvaghdpdg
If Eyin had a credit for every time a damaged catwalk collapsed underneath him during a post-explosion stability inspection, he would have two credits. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it's happened twice.
Accidental Explosion Report 268
Filed by: CT-7567, Captain Rex
Time: 11:23 GST
Location: Hangar Bay 1
Incident: Following the inspection by CT-9421, Eyin, it is clear that the catwalk is not stable, considering that it fell from the ceiling and crushed the remaining Y-wings of Blue Squadron, causing an explosion that compromised the structural integrity and shields of Hangar Bay 1. CT-9421, Eyin, suffered minor burns and decompression sickness. The bay has been sealed off and is set for repairs in dry dock following the campaign.

General Skywalker presented with minor burns on forearm. Claims burns were from faulty wiring in hand prosthetic. Burns treated with bacta and antiseptic. Patient claims that hand is now functional. Suspicions remain that burns were caused by the General attempting to place a flamethrower in the prosthetic. Betting pool remains open.
