Yoongi walk down the long hall tracing his fingers along the white walls as he went. He nearly sighed in relief when he finally stepped back into the small waiting room of the psychologist's office. In the corner,sitting on a green sofa and listening to music, was his Dongsaeng,his friend, his leader: Kim Namjoon. The rapper had taken time out of his schedule just so he could support Yoongi on this trip.
Yoongi, with his hands in his pockets, slowly walked over to Namjoon whom was so into his music that his eyes were closed and his head was lightly bobbing to the beat. Yoongi briefly smiled at this before lightly kicking the leaders foot to announce his presence.
Namjoon’s eyes flicked open in quick surprise before settling back into their normal composed look. Then he took the headphones off his head and hung them around his neck.
“Ah, Hyung you’re done. How did it go?”
Yoongi shrugged “ Good… I guess”
Namjoon nodded sympathetically “Okay. Did you want to talk about it?”
Yoongi shifted his attention to his feet “ Well, they want to adjust my medication, so we’ll have to stop at a pharmacy on the way back. And um we talked about some stuff” he said,nodding to himself.
“Yeah?” Namjoon couldn’t help but ask. He felt proud of his hyung for trying his best.
“Yeah” Yoongi responded, “And i'm going to keep seeing him regularly. We're even gonna meet though video chat during our tour.”
It took Yoongi a few moments before gathering the courage to look back up at Namjoon’s face. He was scared of what he might see. Sure, The leader knew he wasn't well, but having this appointment basically confirmed that he wasn't. What if Namjoon is disappointed that there no quick fix. Or what if he starts treating him differently now.
When Yoongi finally looked up, all he could see was namjoon’s bright face with a reassuring smile.
“That sounds like a good plan Yoongi, I’m truly proud of you.”
Yoongi smiled sheepishly “Thanks”
Namjoon got up and swung his arm over Yoongi’s shoulders, “So you ready to go then? It's almost dinner time.”
Yoongi nodded and they made their way to the door. Once outside Yoongi remembered something he had thought of while talking with his psychologist.
“Oh uh Namjoon-ah?”
“Yeah hyung?”
“ I think our next album theme should be ‘love yourself’ “ Yoongi said with a confident smirk
Namjoon chuckled “What a perfect idea.I love it”
And with that Namjoon and Yoongi walked side-by-side off into the sunset.[ like… literally, because that's the direction their car was in XD ]
