Chapter Text
They say the last minutes of your life are the ones where you think about how you lived.
I thought about how much I loved Bryan, the future we were going to have, and the time we spent together. Our little dates to the bookstore, the countless hours spent binge watching on Netflix, and sharing meals by the candlelight of their balcony. Those words spoken in the bed before passing out, surprise visits to the beach, and multiple snatched textbooks in order to have fun.
The things you spoke to your parents the day you decided to leave.
Okay maybe I did have some regrets as I passed onto the other world.
As my soul left my body after the crash, I noticed something lingered behind on my stone cold body. Thinking my eyes had deceived me, I squinted to see a figure floating near my dead body. What the heck was that thing doing?
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Carly felt as if she was hit by a truck.
Her whole body felt in pain, even though she was supposedly dead. Passing out in the sand was probably a bad idea, but she had to process what or who she just saw. To her understanding, that was Star Platinum and Stone Free from Jojo. Wasn't that series fake though? How is it possible for them to be real?
Groaning, she tried to lift herself only to find her body wrapped in green vines that pulsed with golden energy. Her wounds were healing thanks to them, but she was secretly screaming at the fact that they were wrapped around her breast and other regions she didn't want to talk about.
Then she noticed that where she was currently sleeping was on a bed in the most extravagant room she had ever seen. The walls were dark blue with specks of white that made it appear to look like stars. A crystal chandelier hung from the ceiling with cute little crystal animals like dolphins, ladybugs, and dogs. Her bed was purple sheets, pillows, and comforter, along with a black curtain that hung from the top. A large wardrobe sat in the corner near a enormous window that showed the weird sky she saw when she appeared here. In fact, the outfit she was currently wearing was a long, sleeveless black dress with no shoes as usual.
The door opened, making her lie back in the bed. Covering her head with the blanket, she heard voices from the door, some she didn't recognize at all.
"Is she going to be alright Jiji?" A deep voice said, large footsteps approaching the bed.
"Well I did the best I could with Joseph's Hamon. He has a lot of untapped power to use." A older British voice chimed up, Carly feeling a hand on her head. "Seems like she's almost healed too. Where did you find her anyways? I thought humans couldn't enter the Stand Dimension."
"That's what I thought too. Could she just be a humanoid stand with clothes or something?" A female voice asked, feeling the bed weigh down as she sat on it. "Then again, she was just as shocked as we were when dad freaked her out."
"Star! You could've killed her when you interrogated her." The older man said, Carly flinching as she heard him hit the other man. "Be kinder when she wakes up and try not to make her heart stop again!"
Carly muffled her giggles in her pillow, causing the last voice in the room to go. "Hey I think she's awake! I heard her giggling at what the old man said." Suddenly, she felt her face being poked by that young man voice. "I heard you! Wake up!"
Carly took the blanket off her head and her eyes went wide again. Stone Free was chilling out on her bed, leaning over the edge as she watched her with her sunglasses. Star Platinum stood in the nearby corner, rubbing his head from the hit. Two new faces appeared in front of her that she barely recognized.
The first one was a pink humanoid who wore pale blue armor and had a buff build to it. Cables join the back of its head to its upper back. It bears a heart motif between the top of its helm, its chin, shoulders, celiac plexus, belt, and knees; with pairs of short spikes protruding from its shoulders and ankles. The being was currently poking her face with an awed look in its eyes.
Kneeling down on the other side of the bed was another purple humanoid looking stand who was buff like the other ones. Vines were wrapped around its body, forming purplish armor on its legs, arms, and a helmet on its head. More of those vines were on its hands, the same ones that were on her body. Black irises stared down at her in concern, swatting the pink humanoid's hand away from her face.
"Careful, she's still healing here! Which reminds me, where the heck is Gold Experience? I thought he would be here to help out with this problem." The stand stared down at her. "Hello young miss, are you feeling okay?"
"Well I-"
"Of course she isn't okay Jiji, humans don't really see us unless they're stand users themselves. To her, this may come as a shock, but we might seem weird to her." Star said, coming over and sitting next to Stone.
"Actually I-"
"So how did you get here? Where did you come from? Who's your stand?" The pink one asked, getting more excited with every question.
"ENOUGH! LET HER TALK, GOSH DARNIT!" Stone finally yelled, shutting up the men in the room. Fixing her glasses, she turns to Carly with a smile. "Floor's all yours girl."
Carly cleared her throat, thankful that she stopped them. "My name is Carly Dimaggio, I'm from...um..." Stopping, she furrowed her eyebrows. "Well I don't remember, but I do know that I know who you all are..."
"Really? Do you know who I am?" The pink one said, only to be dragged backwards by Stone. "Oww! Stone stop it!"
"You're Crazy Diamond." The two stopped, surprised at her knowledge. "And she's Stone Free. Star Platinum is over there and judging by these vines that one is Hermit Purple. You are the stands of Joseph, Jotaro, Josuke, and Jolyne of the Joestar family."
The whole room went quiet as all eyes were on her. Carly paused before she realized two very important things.
The first was that the only memories on her mind were those of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure.
And the second was that she was stuck in another dimension.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Lord World...it would appear that something has popped into the dimensional barrier."
"Oh? What has breached the barrier that surrounds this world? I haven't left this accursed mansion since my user had died."
"Apparently, a human has been seen! Your old family, er, enemies have taken her into the Joestar Mansion in Mock Morioh."
"A female now? You know, this could be interesting."
