“Y/N! WAKE UP!”
Even though I’m still half asleep I can hear my moms loud voice right in my ear. Her shout and subtle shake pulls me from my peaceful sleep completely.
“I don’t wanna go.”
The words come out muffled as my face is still in my pillow. I can feel the weight shift on the bed as my mom sits on it.
“1. For a seven year old you are quite sassy, 2. Don’t you wanna play with Izuku and Katsuki?”
Oh right! I almost forgot that after school we were playing today! After this realization, I’m quick to jump out of bed and start putting on my school uniform. I can hear my moms quiet chuckle as she starts walking out of my room and towards downstairs.
“That’s more like it! There’s breakfast downstairs once you’re done, so don’t take too long!”
After finishing putting on my outfit, I make my way downstairs and sit at the dining table. I didn’t realize how hungry I was until I smelled the toast and eggs on the plate in-front of me. I’m quick to start shoving the food in my face, quite excited to leave for school. Once I’m done eating I grab my backpack and put on my shoes.
“Ready kiddo?”
“Mhm!”

Once I’m out of the car, I give my mom a hug and a wave as I make my way towards the school. With some pep in my step I enter my classroom. And, like almost every day, I’m greeted with a bright smile from my dear friend Izuku.
“Hey y/n! How’s your morning?”
Izuku asks, patiently awaiting my answer.
“It’s been alright, how about yours? And where’s Katsu?”
He responds saying it was good, and points over to the corner of crowded people with...Katsu standing in the middle? I grab Izuku’s arm and drag him over to the crowd.
“What’s happening? Why is everyone around Katsu?”
“Kachan got his quirk!! It looks like it’s an explosion quirk too! Isn’t that so cool!”
‘Katsu already got his quirk? Well, I guess we are all around the age to get them..I hope mine comes soon too!’ I push me and Izu through the class so we can make our way towards Katsu.
“Hey, Katsu! Izu told me you got your quirk, is it really true?”
The blonde turns around after hearing my voice, and after hearing my question gives me a proud smile.
“Of course it is! Just look at this y/n!”
I watch in awe as he creates small sparks and pops from his hands. Izu looks just as amazed as I do, letting Katsu know how awesome it is.
“Wow Kachan! You’re so cool!”
Katsu laughs loudly, almost like a certain hero I know he admires..I find it funny, so I end up laughing as well. All might, the best hero of them all! It’s obvious Kastu and Izu wanna be just like him. I think they’re both gonna be great heroes!
