Chapter Text
Izuku could barely open his eyes; he was so worn out. He was, however, awoken by the sound of his mother cooing him awake.
“Izuku, honey...come on, hun, wake up…” she whispered, the greenette hearing Katsuki’s low growling up close.
“Mmh...Kacchan, stop it…” Izuku said, gently hitting the hybrid’s chest a few times before sitting up and rubbing his eyes, “Hey mom. What are you doing here?” he asked, his eyes bloodshot as he looked back down at Katsuki, whose eyes were wide open as he stared at the greenette’s mother in concern for the slightly smaller boy, his hand on the side of Izuku’s torso.
“I figured I should come check on you after the news last night. I didn’t want to hear of an accident that happened or something without me coming to check on you.” Inko said.
Izuku sighed gently, then looked back up at his mother, “I’m fine, mom. Kacchan was here for me.” he said, running his hand through Katsuki’s hair which worked like a charm, making Katsuki stop growling and his ears perk up.
“I knew he would. Katsuki is perfect for you, huh?” Inko asked, helping Izuku off the couch with a smile. Izuku nodded, then he walked, no longer limping due to the pain subsiding, into the kitchen and grabbed himself a small peach soda. He took a sip as his mother walked in and set a grocery bag on the counter, Katsuki eyeing her attentively.
"Kacchan, calm down." Izuku whispered to the hybrid, the blonde continuing his staring. Izuku knew something was off, though he didn't ask any further questions.
"Hey mom? You can leave." Izuku said, Inko looking over at him and nodding.
"Alright honey. Call me later, okay?" She asked, Izuku agreeing to the terms as he looked over at Katsuki; the blonde's face pink as his tail went back and forth frantically.
"I will! I promise! I love you mom." Izuku said, promised, his mother kissing his cheek gently.
“I love you.” his mother said before she walked out, leaving just the hybrid and his injured companion.
“Okay...you okay, Kacchan? You’re acting kinda weird…” Izuku asked, turning around and placing the back of his hand on Katuki’s forehead.
“I feel dizzy...you smell really good…” Katsuki said, taking Izuku’s hand by his wrist and holding it hostage as he leaned in, carefully sniffing Izuku’s neck. Izuku, who was nowhere near scared but simply confused, moved his free hand into Katsuki’s hair and gently pet him.
“Kacchan? Do you have a fever or something?” Izuku asked, the sniffing ending as Katsuki nestled his head in the crook of Izuku’s neck; small, non-violent growls escaping his lips.
“Iunno…” Katsuki replied, his tail wagging violently. It took Izuku a moment, but once he figured out Katsuki’s heat had begun, he pulled the hybrid into the living room and sat him down on the couch.
“Okay uhm...let me just…” Izuku began, though Katsuki grabbed his wrist and pulled him back onto the couch, keeping the greenette hostage, “Kacchan...I know going through this is difficult, but you gotta let me get up. I can’t just sit here for the next four days and wait for you to feel better.” Izuku said, sounding slightly annoyed but mostly concerned.
“I know but...you’re just so warm and-and you smell so good…” Katsuki said, small whines sounding through as he spoke. Izuku sighed, though he took Katsuki’s hand and rubbed the back of it with his thumb.
“Kacchan, you can come to the kitchen with me if it’s not too uncomfortable for you to walk.” Izuku consoled as he stood up; the softest, most genuine smile ever on his face.
“I’ll come with you…” Katsuki said, his tail still sticking up in the air as it wagged violently.
Katsuki looked embarrassed, mad, and filled with lust as Izuku took his hand once again. The blonde’s face was now almost completely red, his fingers interlocked tightly with the greenette’s as they slowly made their way to the kitchen as Katsuki was slightly uncomfortable in his own skin. He felt sticky, gross, and weird, afraid to voice his uncomfort.
“Hey...Izuku?” Katsuki asked, his tail now hitting the island in the middle of the kitchen.
“Yes Kacchan?” Izuku asked, moving around the kitchen to grab the ingredients for Katsuki’s favorite snack.
“I...need to shower. I feel gross.” Katsuki said, his voice barely louder than a squeak. Izuku worriedly set his things down and walked over to the blonde. Katsuki’s face looked feverish and he looked uncomfortable, shifting around a few times in discomfort.
A knock resonated through the house just then, the sound loud and clear. Katsuki annoyedly growled, though a moment later, he picked up the scent of another hybrid outside the door. He could tell the hybrid was a male, and that drove him over the edge. He began barking loudly, the hybrid on the other side of the door replying by barking once.
Izuku opened the door with a gentle sigh where a pink-skinned girl stood, her black-haired hybrid standing with her.
“Sero! No barking, okay?” she reprimanded, the hybrid’s ears going back onto his head as he nodded. Izuku was simply holding Katsuki’s hand, afraid he would attack the other hybrid if he let go. Katsuki was growling louder, spit dripping from his mouth.
“Kacchan...hey, do you wanna go lay down until they leave?” Izuku whispered, though Katsuki wouldn’t answer. All he did was stare ahead, anger and hatred in his eyes.
“Hi there! I’m Mina! You won’t remember me, but we were classmates a while back before...the accident.” she said, Izuku’s eyes beginning to glow with the power surging through his veins.
“Come on in.” he said, his heart beating faster and faster as his veins began to glow a pretty maroon color. His head was pounding, his mind racing with thoughts. He wished everyone would stop bringing up ‘the incident’ as if it were something that had happened years ago. As far as he knew, it had only truly been a month and two weeks since the incident, but everyone talked about it as if it were in the faraway past, as if it were something that could be talked about so casually around him.
“Thanks for having me over! I’m glad I was able to find out where your house was from Ochaco-Chan and-”
“Stop. Ochaco’s giving out my personal information now? That’s wonderful. First the news tells practically the WHOLE COUNTRY about where I’m at medically, which, by the way, is SO much fun. BUT NOW I ALSO HAVE TO DEAL WITH MY INFO BEING SPREAD, A SERVICE HYBRID IN HEAT WHO I WANT TO TAKE CARE OF, SOMEONE IN MY PENTHOUSE, AND SOME INCIDENT THAT I WAS SUPPOSEDLY A HERO IN BUT I CAN’T REMEMBER.” Izuku yelled as he ran his hands through his hair, Mina staring in shock as she had never seen him act like this. Katsuki wanted so badly to help, but he was so filled with lust that he was scared to touch the greenette even slightly.
“De-” Mina began, though Izuku cut her off so easily.
“NO. DO NOT CALL ME THAT. I’M NOT DeKu, I’M IZUKU. MY NAME IS IZUKU MIDORIYA. I’M ONLY 19, SO I DON’T KNOW WHY EVERYONE ALL OF A SUDDEN THINKS I’M SOME KIND OF SYMBOL OF HOPE, BUT I’M NOT THE IZUKU YOU ONCE KNEW.”
“Okay, Izuku...I’m sorry. I won’t call you a hero if you don’t want to be called one, but I wanted to come say hi. That’s the only reason I came here.” the girl said, obvious fear lacing her face as her hybrid took her hand and kissed it.
“Leave. Please just- leave…” Izuku pleaded, the pink-skinned girl taking her hybrid and leaving as Katski growled at them. Once they closed the door, Izuku fell to his knees and sobbed as his hybrid crawled over, the feeling of lust slowly dissipating. He was a service hybrid, and he had a job to do.
“I-zuku…” he attempted, crawling towards the greenette and pulling him into a hug. Izuku was shaking uncontrollably, his body refusing to let him breathe for even a moment. His lungs felt like they were filling with air and he couldn’t get them to stop, so he blacked out in Katsuki’s arms.

Once he woke back up, he was in his bed, the feeling of his bangs in his face gone. He sat up and a warm washcloth slid off his forehead. Katsuki had taken care of him well even during heat, most likely sweating and uncomfortable the whole time.
Izuku heard water running, so he walked into the bathroom where he found Katsuki, sitting in the tub with absolutely nothing on as he washed his body off.
"Hey Kacchan. Thanks for...taking care of me while you're still...yaknow...in heat." Izuku said, inching his way over and sitting next to the tub. The hybrid groaned in approval, then laid his head back and closed his eyes.
"That's my job. Just because this is happening doesn't mean I'm not gonna do my job." Katsuki said, opening one eye to look at the greenette. Izuku nodded and smiled, then got up to go finish making the sugary apples. Katsuki then grabbed his wrist and whined gently, his ears back on his head with a sad look on his face.
“Kacchan?” Izuku asked, confusion in his voice as he kneeled back down by the tub, holding Katsuki’s face in his hands.
“Don’t...don’t go…” the blonde whispered, Izuku’s face looking extremely sympathetic. The greenette kissed Katsuki’s head gently, the hybrid continuing to whine as Izuku held him; the hybrid’s hand still wrapped around Izuku’s wrist.
The both of them sat in near silence for a few minutes until Katsu moved his hand to Izuku’s palm, interlocking their fingers and kissing up the greenette’s arm. Izuku’s face went pink, then he connected his forehead with the blonde as he reached his face.
“Izuku…” Katsuki whispered, now holding the greenette’s face in his hands.
“Y-yeah?” Izuku asked, his body practically melting.
“I don’t know if this is the heat brain talking, but I want you…” Katsuki said, planting a gentle kiss on the greenette’s forehead.
“Wh- what do you mean?” Izuku asked as the blonde kissed his hand.
“I mean I want you. I want all of you. I want sad Izuku, happy Izuku, soft Izuku, angry Izuku, warm Izuku, the Izuku that’s covered in snow when he walks in after a walk in the winter, the Izuku that’s drenched in rain as he runs through the rain. I want you. ” Katsuki said, Izuku beginning to tear up at the serenade.
“Kacchan you...you want me? Like actually want me?” Izuku asked, laying his head on Katsuki’s bare shoulder.
“Yeah.” Katsuki answered, now licking the tears off of Izuku’s face. Izuku giggled, then broke the news to Katsuki.
“Don’t worry Kacchan. I want you too.” Izuku replied, his smile wide.
Both of them were warm, their hearts pounding and their faces flushed.

Once Katsuki got out of the shower and they had finished their sugary apples, both of them laid down to take a nap. Izuku hummed softly, the blonde’s ears twitching happily as they laid together.
“You’re warm.” Katsuki said, sweating and radiating a caramel-like scent due to his heat.
“I think that’s all you, Kacchan. You’re almost like a walking heated blanket.” Izuku said as he ran his hands through the hybrid’s hair.
“Mhm...right…” Katsuki mumbled, gently sniffing the greenette. Both of them closed their eyes as Izuku hummed a sweet serenade, sending Katsuki to sleep in a matter of seconds. Once Izuku was sure the blonde was asleep, he carefully made his way out of his arms and into the bathroom. He closed the door, then stared at himself in the mirror before channeling some odd amount of power into his body.
Once he did, his veins and eyes began to glow, scaring him half to death. He remembered powers existed, but he didn’t know he had one of his own.
“Now...it’s your turn.” a simple sentence flashed through his mind, then he gripped the counter tightly, another migraine kicking in. Luckily he hadn’t woken Katsuki up, but he could hear the blonde tossing and turning, so he turned the light in the bathroom off and climbed back in next to him.
Katsuki, though unconscious, wrapped his arms around Izuku once again and whined quietly, the greenette rubbing his ears gently to calm himself down.
Once Izuku was calm enough, he fell asleep, both him and the hybrid now warm and comfortable with one another.
