After Nami told everyone her plan they all nodded their heads agreeing with it.
Nami looks to Luffy, "Did you pay attention?" she asks.
Luffy who was picking his nose, snaps his attention to her. "Huh?"
Everyone sighs, "He wasn't paying attention." they think.
Nami smiles, "Luffy do you at least have a general idea on what were doing?" she asks.
Luffy shivers, "Yea. We're gonna help out Brook and stuff."
"Can you be more detailed?" Nami asks.
Luffy sweats, "We're gonna uhm...go and get berri with Brook."
Nami sighs, "Well, for you that's enough. Anyways Brook, who are your managers? I'll talk with them about this." Nami says.
"Well..."
Days later, Nami and Luffy signed a contract with Brooks company.
It was a simple one where they would just work together for a mutual benefit.
Luffy bounces his seat as he watched Brook smoothly write his signature in a very creative way.
"Ok! It's done!" Brooks manager says.
Luffy jumps up and cheers, "Yay! Let's go eat to celebrate!"
"What a good idea!"Brook exclaims, "I know of a lively restaurant you'd love Luffy-san."
"Let's go!" Luffy exclaims, raising his fist in the air.
"Wait." Nami says.
Luffy and Brook who were already in the doorway to leave the room turn to her.
"Who's paying for it?" she asks.
Luffy looks at Brook and Brook looks at Luffy.
"Him." the two say at once, pointing at each other.
"You both can pay." Nami says.
"But I don't have any berri." Luffy whines.
Nami sighs, "Of course you don't." she didn't mention how Sabo and Ace had both mentioned before Luffy can't spend berri wisely. So the brothers have Luffy just come to them for berri wih a reason why he needs it.
Is this guy really 15?
Luffy comes home that day with great news.
"My pirate club can make money now! And we get to go with Brook on his music tours!" Luffy says as he joined Ace and Sabo on the couch.
Ace hums, "That sounds fun. So you'll get to go out of the city."
"Yup! But we gotta help Brook get more famous first." Luffy says.
"Who all will be going with you for this?" Sabo asks.
"Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji..." Luffy counts, raising a finer with each person's name he lists.
"I get the idea." Sabo interrupts.
Luffy grins, "Ok! Anyways what's for dinner?" he asks.
"What would you want for dinner? We can just order some food." Sabo says.
"Hmm..." Luffy hums.
"What about some honey pork roast from that restaurant down the street?" Ace suggests.
Luffy's mouth instantly waters at the idea, "Yes Yes Yes!"
Sabo laughs, "Well its settled. I'll go ahead and call them." he says, grabbing his phone from the table.
"Did you do anything fun today Ace?" Luffy asks.
"Not really just got caught up on school work and destroyed Sabo at Mario Cart." Ace boasts.
"Good job Ace! Usually you suck at Mario Cart." Luffy says.
"That's because you and Sabo always want to do the hardest courses for some reason!" Ace retorts.
Luffy sticks his tongue out at Ace.
Ace growls and tackles Luffy down on the couch. To Luffy's dismay, Ace starts to tickle him.
"Haha! S-stahahahappp!"
Ace laughs and continues.
Luffy proceeds to kick Ace and wiggle, trying to get away.
Sabo hangs up and looks at the two, "Ace, don't tickle him for something as stupid as you being a sore loser." the blonde says.
"Huh? Me? A sore loser? I'll get you for that." Ace says, turning his attention to tackle Sabo.
By the time the food arrives, Sabo and Luffy were both tickled like crazy, of course the two ganged up on Ace and returned it!
