He’d been abandoned by every hero he’d ever met. Every last one of them could care less about the quirkless in this world.
Midoriya wanted to tear them all down from their pedestals, and show the world their true colors. Every last one of them, even All Might.
That man he met, Shigaraki Tomura, had some pretty convincing rhetoric. Maybe Midoriya would help him. After all, their goals seemed similar.
If he couldn’t make a change in this world as a policeman, and he couldn’t be a hero, then maybe he’d just become a villain.

The boy shook his head and walked into the shadows, and dark alleys, up until the lights of legality were long gone. He heard a flap of wings and turned around to see the villain he was supposed to meet again. “You know” Izuku said, shoving his hands in his pockets “A pair of horns would suit you so much better.”
“You flatter me” Hawks smiled and stretched his arm. Izuku sighed and handed over the notebook, waiting while the villain took pictures of the newest pages written. He handed it back with a smug smile. -

Izuku is a detective going undercover for his biggest assignment yet. He is a new recruit trying to take
down the biggest villain group terrorizing Japan, Endeavor’s Alliance. All he has to do is pretend to be a villain in order to learn what they are planning and ruin their heists by reporting them back to the station.Meanwhile, Shouto is being groomed to become Endeavor's successor. The Alliance is suddenly having their plans foiled and Shouto is given the task of discovering who the rat is and killing him. Not that Shouto cares, he’s got bigger plans for Endeavor and there's a new recruit that might be able to help him with that.
