“That’s what you always say!” Yibo shoots back. “You’re always ‘in the middle of’ a project — several at once, in fact, so nothing ever gets put away!”
He doesn’t really mean for his voice to sound so accusatory, but they’ve been stuck in quarantine together for a couple of weeks now, and the escalating disorder is starting to get to him. Yibo sweeps his eyes across the room to survey the disheveled state of their apartment, and sighs deeply.
