EARTH-404. Two years after the Battle of New York, Steve Rogers returned to Camp Lehigh with Natasha Romanoff to uncover the HYDRA infiltration eating away at SHIELD from the inside. The world had changed and there was no going back, but sometimes the best that can be done is to start over. With SHIELD weakened so thoroughly it could only collapse, from the rubble came AEGIS. This new organization aims to provide help in facing threats from both within and outside of Earth and protecting each and every one its citizens, human and mutant alike.
